He inked a deal with the MGM Casino several years ago and I will assume that part of the deal is the privilege of Bruno Mars to gamble on the casino without cash-on-hand or the casino probably give him some regular bankroll periodically. It seems Bruno Mars enjoys gambling so much that he abused his privilege with the casino and now ended up in gambling debt.
