Where’s the fun in it if you have to depend on others for predictions?

When I use predictions of others it mostly because I have no idea about that game(or if they have a compilation of games) and just want to empty my account so that I won’t have to log in again till next time or I’m just too lazy to do my analysis myself - me depending on predictions does not have anything to do with being afraid, after all we’re talking about gambling here so nothing in the first place is certain.

As a gambler I’d advice that they should Just try to balance it - don’t depend on it too much. If not you won’t be gambling for fun just for the profit which to many of us is a bad gambling habit as it could lead to addiction.

As a gambler you should be tending to be more dependent on your prediction than that of others at least but getting betting tips/insights is good and better way of growing if it's being taken from platform or someone above us in gambling. Though one should be cautious that they are not solely depending on a platform or person instead find their lapses in becoming better gambler because in the end you are not a gambler if you just depend on others predictions.

I gamble only with my own predictions and through which I learn from my mistakes though I have place bet through people predictions before but it as never turned out well, recently I got some pro tip from someone and it was really helpful for my growth as a gambler

If you don’t trust your own predictions, how am I suppose to trust you? Am not the time that do request for tips whenever am doing anything, I don’t depend on people, I will rather do my analysis myself and place bet, I don’t use all those betting tips, because of the people giving betting tips are always requesting for money, and higher percentage of them are just scammer, they just want you to pay them, and they will end up giving you wrong prediction. It has happened to people I know multiple times before which discouraged me from things like that. Always depend on yourself, learn to do things yourself.

 I kind of think this topic has been thrown and discussed here before; However, I still have to say my opinion to this. Naturally, I hate depending or relying on some to make decisions, especially when it involves money, basically something that involves gambling or something that is 50/50 chance of winning and losing, I like to learn to do it myself and that way I even derive joy during it, if I'm not good at it predicting games, I try to keep on improving myself over time, depending on prediction sites means likely I can't make money without the sites.

I am a person with a connoisseur of gambling in Sportsbook especially for soccer but in the bets that I do nowadays very rarely I do a search on some prediction sites to strengthen the bets that I do because in my opinion even if it is also not a mistake but it makes it like we do not believe in ourselves and the analysis that we do before the game.

Majority of the people who depend on other people's predictions are people who do not trust their knowledge of the game they are about to bet on, and then people who are just in the sports to make money from betting on it.

As a gambler and sports bettor, I prefer my own predictions but I'm not against taking tips from other experienced individual with proven records or external sources that have good result.

If there are genuine, consistently profitable betting prediction sites out there I have yet to see them and it becomes self defeating in the end. If you are the person somehow coming up with profitable bets over a long time frame, then it would be better for you the more private that information is kept - as you could convert it into long term profits in many different ways. However the more people who know, via sharing bet information, the more bookmakers automatically adjust their odds on offer which would nullify profitability. Not to mention bookmakers will also have scouts out there, seeking this sort of information too and would automatically close any wrongly priced bets on their side.

Well, mostly I bet according to my own predictions or analysis in a bet, but sometimes it depends on what I'm betting on. For example, in sports betting, specifically in the NBA, as I like basketball and I really want to watch the NBA, I'm familiar with the teams and players in the NBA, so if I want to bet, I follow my own instincts and analysis of a team or players. In that way, I will enjoy watching while at the same time having a chance of winning a bet.

But if there are different sports that I'm not familiar with, then I might find a credible source or analytics that will share its predictions of a match, and I most likely followed it. Mostly on my own prediction since how can we be so sure if the prediction given by the site is accurate? Also there's no learnings we can get from that as for relying on something instant and unsure will not give use anything good in return since usually we are the one who suffer in long term since we don't learn anything for doing that. Ever since I started betting, I have always hated to collect games from any prediction site and I learnt this hard way because I witness when someone had so much certainty in such game and stake almost all the funds he intended in using for another purpose on this so called bought or expert games and to the biggest surprise the game still ended a loss so what's the need to do all those shit when the person giving you the game is still as you and nothing special about him as maybe he  or she is a psychic that can actually tell the future.

Just like any other gambler I am going to like who i like and bet the way I want, but to be a smart bettor you should always be seeking out information. The more information you have, the better decision you might make when deciding to make a bet. So, it is probably a good idea to see what a few different prediction sites might be saying and look at the POV. Might give you the info needed to make a better decision.

I mainly participate in Sportbetting and I certainly don't take anyone else's predictions for my betting. I try to do what I think is good and acceptable in my case. Also, when I lose my bets, I will have no chance to blame someone else for my defeat because in this case I have acted completely as per my prediction. But when I bet on someone else's prediction, there is definitely a chance to blame if I lose the bet. Since I do not participate in gambling for money and for entertainment, I try to do as I see fit.

I've rarely visited prediction sites, if ever. Maybe with relatively unknown/newer teams that entered the scene? But usually, for famous teams, I have a preconceived notion that came from the results of their past tournaments as well as scrims/qualifiers. I've also entertained the idea of looking at prediction sites before to see who's above or below between the two teams/players, but I've never really done it since I'm afraid it might influence my bet too much.
