41  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Volatility: Creeping Evil or Essence of Crypto on: November 16, 2018, 06:05:20 AM
Bitcoin price always volatile i think because not regulated by government yet. Beside that, as new investment instrument, many investor think its a breaktrough on current economic system and as digital new store of value, it will be good for long term
I don’t see anything wrong with the volatility, it’s for investment and a lot of people knows that already. Things like this are meant to be volatile, it’s left for you to make your decisions wisely so that you don’t lose your money cause you have been told already that it is volatile. If you choose to trade regularly, it’s up to you, there are people that trades every few hours and makes profit from it daily.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will it fall? on: November 16, 2018, 05:33:57 AM
The stock market is now experiencing a good collapse. Last time such a collapse affected the crypto-currency market. Do you think the collapse will affect this time?
People are always saying that stock market affects cryptocurrency. Please that’s a lie. Cryptocurrency has nothing to do with stock market so stock market can never affect the cryptocurrency market. Cryptocurrency market is completely on its own and its being influenced by the investors which is true speculation and manipulation or as we would always say—rate of demand and supply.
43  Economy / Economics / Re: Sick and tired of the cryptocurrency bullshit!!! on: November 14, 2018, 07:18:05 AM
Actually, I want to know first on how long have you been here? You should be ashamed acting like that if you just started to enter this market a year ago and then rant like that. Some of the people here started in 2013 or 2014 but I hardly read some of their statements that goes like that.
Exactly. We need to understand the fact that bitcoin is slow source. You can’t just make profit in a day or two. This needs long time. plus, those who are waiting or been involved in this for long and long time, they are patient. So why these newbies are cramming like a kid. They want instant results but dudes, this is a patience game. If you have that one, do play otherwise leave.
44  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a Currency on: November 14, 2018, 06:40:23 AM
Bitcoin as a currency will help the world to become more innovative. Those countries who have accepted bitcoin has developed their business tremendously. And now many countries looking forward to making cryptocurrency legalize. This thing gonna achieve a great achievement for the cryptocurrency.
We all are quite hopeful that one day bitcoin would become the super currency of world. This would be official currency to many countries. We could say the future is all about bitcoin. But yes, this is reality as well that when you have this currency as official one, you need to change the economical law and amend some changes. You must be sure what needs to change that will not affect your economics rather increase it.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies must be careful on: November 14, 2018, 06:00:35 AM
Recently there have been several news about Etherum falling or bitcoin dumping or more still an altcoin dying
The truth is newbies are been deceived to sell cheap or buy expensive

Newbies need to work and trust their research power and not be intimidated by any news

I faced the same thing last year after I got back in 2016. Lots of news I was reading online then was making me think of taking a quit again. And just like that was not enough, the price of cryptocurrencies started to drop. I wanted to quit again, but later changed my mind and decided to continue holding no matter what will be the outcome. One thing I have learnt to never to trust the news sometimes.
46  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: November 13, 2018, 07:45:03 AM
I'm interest in trading and I want to know more about it. So please give me your valuable ideas and opinions. As a beginner I would like to know that Is there any special ways to do trading without losses or in a manner which minimize the losses. Not only that please tell me Is it possible to start trading with a small amount of money at the beginning.
Hope you will help me.
Thank you. Smiley Smiley

There is no perfect trading so we should learn how to accept it. There are always lapses along the way so we must be wise in trading. It is important that we'll have knowledge about what we are doing first to get rid of uncertain losses. Searching and learning the basics of it is important.
Not trading, don’t talk about trading. Do you ever see any source of anything that involves some effort but the ending is always win? I considered nothing like this. Whenever two or more people come and try to get something, there is always loss. Likewise whenever someone put money in something, there is always a chance of loss equal as win. So digest it.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as the heart of all coins on: November 13, 2018, 07:04:03 AM
Exactly! BTC is the earliest, largest community, most popular ... And the rise or fall of the BTC has a direct impact on the value market of the Altcoin. Therefore, it can be said that BTC is the center of all coins.
That first movers advantage is still one thing that bitcoin will always use to be on top and one of the reasons why a lot of people coming into this space, will first have to come across bitcoin first before even thinking of any altcoin at all, and in that case, we will definitely not expect that bitcoin dominance will be huge than any altcoin.

There will always be a head and that is basically dependent on what everyone has decided to go through with which in this case, bitcoin is seen as the real one here which would eventually have a real life usage, and only very few altcoins will survive eventually, since most of them are scams anyway.
48  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is going on in the market? on: November 13, 2018, 06:08:50 AM
The market has a domino effect on the prices of Bitcoin. As the bitcoin goes up then altcoins are getting some actions in their price too. The bitcoin has a big effects with the market of altcoins these days. More news would make some changes in the market though.

Altcoins are trotting behind Bitcoin and repeat its movements. When the market leader decides to go up, the tokens do the same. When it falls, the alts decrease in their prices. I suppose something like that will last till December.
Well in December we are expecting so much. Throughout the year, people have informed us with different predictions and assumptions regarding prices of bitcoin and altcoins and now it is the time here. We are assuming a classic jump from bitcoin and altcoins from the current price to a higher one. We request people to not spoil our happiness and predictions for your own sake.
49  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't be discouraged! Keep holding. on: November 10, 2018, 09:40:20 AM
bitcoin is a technology that will exist regardless of whether you believe in it or not. so I recommend you just keep your coins

A technology can survive as long as it keeps on getting the costumers who use it. If there are no costumers, it means that the inflow of money is no longer there so there is nothing much left for a technology to stay in the market and it is pushed out of the race. So it is very important for a product to interest the people and only then long life could be assured.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: When will Apple accept bitcoins? on: November 10, 2018, 07:29:19 AM
When they really need to. But they'll fight it hard! Apple's business model is to lock everything down -- very closed indeed. This does not align with the goals of bitcoin, at least, how I perceive them.

tl;dr Apple = closed. BTC = open.
Some of you are just making it seem like cryptocurrency is something that everyone will be forced into. Apple is a big company and a tech company with lots of experts working there. We are not even smarter than they are, so they know what’s good for them, they can choose to make use of cryptocurrency and also decide its not meant for them. Anywhere, we good with it.
51  Economy / Economics / Re: What language should I learn next? on: November 10, 2018, 06:44:30 AM
I know some of you would wonder what this topic is doing here, in the Economics section, but since it is in fact an economic question with purely utilitarian goals in mind, I think it is where it should be. This is a serious question and I'm not kidding. I'm not very interested in European languages like German or French, or whatever, as I think languages like Chinese and Japanese are more promising and rewarding in terms of both usage and money in the nearest future. Personally, I'm more inclined toward Japanese (that's why I'm not decided yet), though I understand that Chinese may be a better choice for the time being and years to come

So what is your opinion on this matter from an economic point of view, with crypto in mind?
I don’t know about the other language you mentioned, and I have never heard about it before. The other two languages (Chinese and Japanese) are the ones I know about and I will recommend that you learn Chinese, cause it’s going to be more helpful, you can even get a job with it. There are lots of companies that needs people that can transcript from English to Chinese.
52  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading or other business what do you choose? on: November 09, 2018, 07:09:30 AM
For me, Bitcoin trading is most suitable for me. Because I have no idea about business and I do not even know how to do it. So I like bitcoin trading more.
I believe that it always depends on what you are expert at. If you are expert at the cryptocurrency, better stick to it and replicate your money. If you have an edge in e-commerce over others, investment in e-commerce will render you make millions out of an idea. So you can make money anywhere as long as you understand the business. Plus if you pay attention to the traditional market, we still need to make changes to import the existing system to technology and this can present something different in the market which will attract costumer.
53  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Centralized vs Decentralized Exchanges - Which ones are better? on: November 09, 2018, 06:31:40 AM
More and more Decentralized Exchanges are popping up, but are they really what they are hyped up to be?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-xA7p9NbdI

I think the concept is great, but at the moment they are really hard to use because of constant downtimes especially on IDEX and EtherDelta. What are your thoughts on this?

I think the reason why people don’t usually go for centralized exchanges is because they are a being regulated by the government, but decentralized are either a bit regulated or not regulated at all. So people prefer things that are not being regulated by the government, maybe cause they don’t want the government to control their and maybe they are avoiding tax or so.
54  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy low sell high? on: November 09, 2018, 05:57:05 AM
Buy low, sell high is an old but still effective strategy in trading whether it is stock, forex or cryptocurrency. Although it is very simple, it is difficult to execute. It is easy to say whether a certain price is low or high in retrospect, but in the moment it is monumentally difficult. Prices affect the minds and emotions of market participants. This kind of strategy take time to master and you study it carefully and patiently.
Buy low and sell high is a not a new technique and this is nice in the sense that it maximizes the profit margin that could be earned by doing the business. The lower you pay for purchase and the higher you sell, the more you earn. That is it is a good way to maximize the outputs.

Buying in bulk also lowers the cost of investment and hence is preferred when the cost of investment is high. This is possible in crypto right now as the market values of many potential coins are lower than what they had been before.
This is a golden rule working out and being implemented since ages. Even if you go some thousand years ago, I am sure the business icons and traders would had gotten profit from this rule. When you don’t buy things in low price and don’t see them at higher than that buying price, there would be no business for you. Hence, you are a trader and you need to work on it.
55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better in poker: bluffing or playing only with good cards? on: November 07, 2018, 06:57:32 AM
if you have to choose, it's better if you have a good katu. because even if your opponent always bluffs, you can always keep up with your bets and bluff them with a good card. if you don't have a good card and we just bluff, then at the end of the game we will fold.
Always better when you know you have a good hand all the time, as this is the only way you know you stand a good chance of at least winning the poker game in the first place, and also it also depends on your opponent anyway and how they are able to call your bluff, but in the long game, it is all about luck and the card you are dealing, and knowing that poker is more like a game of reading your opponent as well as holding good hands, there is always a way that everything is somehow intertwined.
56  Economy / Economics / Re: Is cryptocurrency help to expand the world business? on: November 07, 2018, 06:21:50 AM
Surely, it does help, but it's role is not that significant yet in my view. Big companies rarely accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, because the volatility could kill their profit for example.
This is happening. Yes, there is sense of insecurity in such big companies of world. They are confused on their steps to be taken regarding bitcoin or any other crypto currency. They come to know sometimes profits will demolish due to volatility, but we have seen few of them making progress even using bitcoin. Some are still accepting bitcoin while mostly are avoiding.
57  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a Currency on: November 07, 2018, 05:50:52 AM
Like other currencies, value of cryptocurrencies comes from their supporters. There so many people around the world who trust the idea of crytocurrencies and wish to use it as a payment tool.
if bitcoin is used as a payment instrument like fiat currency, I think it will have a good impact on the growth of bitcoin prices because more people will buy bitcoin to be used as an automatic payment tool that will make the price of bitcoin move up and skyrocket, but I also think that it will be difficult to realize this, since there are only a few countries that legalize the remaining bitcoin still cannot make decisions as if they don't know the presence of bitcoin
And this started in some developed countries. Those who have accepted and legalized the crypto currency, business there started integrating bitcoin in their transactions. Most of them are dealing in bitcoin and other crypto currencies as well. Like McDonalds and other few food chain outlets were storied to accept bitcoin but I doing have any conformity about it.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do investors want to buy ICO even they know there are a lot of scammers? on: November 05, 2018, 06:42:32 AM
Everyone wants quick and big money. Therefore, don't pay attention to the risks and invest.
The thing is that not every investor should even be considered an investor, simply because a whole lot of them never even had any experience investing and like you said, they just heard with ICO you can make shit tons of money and they just hop into it, without even asking questions, no knowledge and they are just looking for the idea of making that quick money.

In the end, when they realized they have been getting it all wrong, it was too late. Find out today, you will realize a lot of people who have been investing in ICOs, don't even have an idea what due diligence is all about, let alone, even know how to go about it.
59  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: November 05, 2018, 06:01:39 AM
I have spend all of my time at bitcoin because bitcoin is my real job, I am never looking other job and focus for getting profit with bitcoin, its my reason why I have spend my time at bitcoin and always keep my time for checking bitcoin and altcoin price.
Of course this is the only and main motivation behind spending time in Bitcoin. This is very well-known for earning quick money and people who do not even have ideas about the cryptocurrency dream to and are investing in the coin. With the passage of time, as they learn, the market becomes like the ordinary market place for them. But this dream to make millions does not come true for all and the intervention of the exogenous forces has actually droned the spirits a bit.
60  Economy / Economics / Re: the future real money on: November 05, 2018, 05:09:45 AM
sure in future all online payment will be digital payment such altcoin or bitcoin but its need more time to be used in real life. not simple as we trade at crypto market. need regulation for governance
Even we still have this digital payment system and in many European countries-where Bitcoin is accepted widely-it happens widely to have payments in the form of Bitcoin and it all is digital. In days to come-when this cryptocurrency thing will be endorsed and adored for its benefits-Altcoin will join Bitcoin in the job and we will have both these coins being traded on the digital platforms.
