i find a bug on your site http://prntscr.com/92totdif full screen can see the game,but can't play also click the mouse will quit full screen Thanks, this has been reported and is currently being worked on. It appears to only affect Firefox based browsers. |

Just deposited some chips and waiting the transaction to be confirmed. Hope it will be confirmed soon so I can join this nice tournament. Edit : confirmed already but I cant open the windows client, firstly got error 502 but now only blank black page.  Try using an incognito browser window. I see, thanks for setting up this bounty. If for example you knock out both plo8monste r/ stareyoudown or the other way around does this mean the bounty for knocking you down will be accumulated into 250 mbtc?
Nope. If i knock one of those two out I get the bounty  If you knock me out, you get 200mBTC still. If someone with a bounty on their head wins the tourney, that bounty is forfeited and not paid out to anyone. Thanks for helping to clarify this for everyone! |

Okay. So the Guaranteed 200mBTC prize pool is there. While the tournament lobby only shows 110mBTC right now, if you click on the 'Prize Structure' you can see that the 200mBTC is set to be paid out to the top winners. I think we are all set, but awaiting verification from Betcoin.

The 300mBTC will be paid out for 'knockouts'. You have to knock the following people out of the tournament to claim the appropriate prize: Rapacious (me) - 200mBTC bounty plo8monster - 50mBTC bounty StareYouDown - 50mBTC bounty If you knock out one of these players, just email support for the bounty prize. Still waiting for my deposits today so I can register for the tournameny so I'll see you guys later at the game. It is said the total pot is 500 mbtc but I see in my screen it is shows as 80 mbtc?
Good question. I am asking Betcoin now about this. The guaranteed prize pool is 200mBTC (finding out why this doesnt show in the prize pool currently). The other 300mBTC are bounty bonuses and will be paid to the appropriate person post tourney by submitting a support request to Betcoin. |

Seems like refreshing a few times will get the web client to load. I think once you are loaded you should be good to go.
After several refresh I could get the into the web client but it is not loading on my end. They need to fix this or atleast reschedule the tournament since this whole pot is too much to miss I was just able to reload the web client from a fresh browser in 2 tries. Keep trying, you have a couple hours to get it loaded  The tourney is a GO for today, no stopping this train. Shortly after this tourney I will update with next weeks info. |

This is going to be a regular weekly thing ? Sunday best day to host it.
We will definitely plan next one for Sunday and see if the turnout is better. I won't be able to attend next Sunday as I will be on a plane, but will help organize it to make sure it goes off. On the casino, the second email address you provided had 'andolini' in it, it was obviously a dupe and I PM'd you back nicely explaining this and even left a smile You are already tied to an account with a coupon code =] The 3rd account you requested from did not have any matching info from your previous registrations, so it got past me. But our system detected you as a multi account, which has been verified. We are completely honest in our operations and it is sad that someone would try to take advantage of us, then when caught, try to make us look like the bad guy. I will not post all the personal details of your cheating adventure as Dox'ing someone is not okay. I am sure the mods will understand. You tried to take advantage of the system. Even after I denied your first multiple account in the giveaway, you managed to sneak another account in and get multiple bonuses. This took away from other players being able to test our system. Also this is not allowed. Your accounts were frozen by our administration team when they found your multiple accounts when processing the withdraw. You have forfeited your bonus by doing this. |

Your WR is currently under 1% so it won't show until you get past 1%. And how about the contribution percentage of each games toward the wager? Something like slots 100%, card games 20% etc, I cant find any info about it in your site. The system only tracks the total unfortunately at this time. We can definitely look into having it broken down by game since we track all that data. I will notate this on our list of features we are looking to implement. Thanks! |

We've detected an issue with table games (like blackjack, roulette) from Amatic. There's a chance you could lose your bonus when betting your entire stake. We've raised the issue with Amatic to fix.
