Update

-Terraminer #3 is at Cointerra repair center, no estimated ETA
- no luck renegotiating a truth with colo owner, he wants the miners out. The sad part is the amount of money involved is not worth the legal costs to pursue any further and he knows that
He has promised a refund, but not sure yet how much will be refunded? 100% or prorated

So I propose that we auction the Terraminers off?

Or try and find another colo? I have talked to one other colo and they have room, but would be $2000 + a month for 5 Terraminers.

Thoughts?

Some of the miners have generated enough income to pay costs so will be sending a payment soon as I get this situation resolved.

Cheers

P.S. I have sent out an email to all members asking for a yes or no to selling the Terraminers in auction

Update

All Terraminers, 1 through 5 are mining at expected hashing rates of 1.6 Th/s

#1 http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1D9Pc6nehJAEPr4ENqss1cuokSFiTDLiE8

#2 http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/17nAFjXqqy7dWgEDXchpNsBEFkFJp8qR7M

#3 http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/14fC3MDT4q6sLhQNUSHmUTMWW1AEvtvWjj

#4 http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1DN968X3M3ENZYFY62fn3jPtXqoUwhb4tv

#5 http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/16aqmEN9fMTmsRaoYkDWCT8SxnmgxXqDUp

All miners  are given individual mining  addresses  to address issues I had with first GB and late delivery issues.

Originally  I had paid for extra slots for each TM IV  before there was some final verification of actual power usage. Now that I have that number I can deduct the actual usage from the 17.6 BTC paid. Each miner will be billed separately for hosting and duties paid on delivery.

Each miner was between $339 and $342 for duty. Yes I know, I dont know why the amount is different on the exact same priced product? This will be deducted from each TM  IV individually.

I will be posting pics of TM IV,  datacenter and invoices soon.

Have not received an official response from Cointerra from any of my emails or voicemail

Will update if  I learn or hear anything

Soniq, I emailed support@cointerra.com regarding my unit and got a response almost immediately.  They automatically create a ticket and follow up.

I had the same issue, it was working at half capacity.  The problem in my case was one of the power supplies was defective, take a look and see if you have the same issue:

You can see the LED is yellow on the top unit.

They were able to diagnose the issue online and send me a new power supply, which I literally pulled out the old one, and plugged in the new one, and everything was fine.
If you would like to try this, you can do the following.

1) First remove the 3 screws holding in the metal cover , Unplug the unit
2) Wait 3 minutes (this is very important, make sure you do this, otherwise the PSU will go nuts when you unplug it)
3) press the little grey tab in and pull STRAIGHT out, and slowly
4) you can do the same with the other, and then put them back in (i.e swap the PSUs)

Any way, this is exactly what they asked me to do, which caused the other miner (miner 2 I believe) to start functioning whereas originally miner 1 was functioning. After this they sent me a new PSU overnight express, received 1 day later in Canada

Unfortunately the unit runs really slow, 1.55TH/sec on average, but ah well.   Hopefully a firmware update will improve that

I have emails to support@cointerra.com that have not received responses for over 6 days, and voicemails that have never been responded too. Isend a new voicemail or email almost everyday.

I have been talking with megaminer on Cointerra forum as he is unofficial support and he told me to factory reset all the miners and report back.  I have factory reset all the miners but still same result.

I dont think PSU are bad as all LED lights are green.

What I do think happened is someone has hacked the miners via SSH access and that what factory reset was supposed to fix. But appears the Beaglebones are corrupted. I have sent another email and voicemail to Cointerra again today for a firmware flash.

Sorry about the lack of time spent on forum. limited access to my home computer, so I have been posting all updates on Skype group

Terraminer#1, 2, ,3 and 4 have been delivered and are hashing at

http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1DN968X3M3ENZYFY62fn3jPtXqoUwhb4tv

I have given each miner a separate address to avoid issues I had with previous GB separating income for each miner.

As you can see from above all the miners seem to be having issues except fpr #3. But it appears ad if it is starting to lose half hshing power. I have been posting all my support problems with Cointerra on The Skype Group as well, so far no response at all from Cointerra and getting an unofficial response from megaminer on Cointerra forum. Have tried calling Cointerra, sending emails and phoning them. No response, phone lines are completely  down last time I tried.

I have listed all the things I have tried to correct hashing performance in Skype group as well. power cycling, upgrading- downgrading firm ware,  power stepping, restarting Cgminer  nothing working so far

No dividend payments have been made yet as there is approx 3.3 BTC generated total  to date. The hosting payment which I made in full for 6 months hosting (17.6 BTC) needs to paid,  and approx $1300 in duties paid upon delivery of the miners needs to be paid before any payments are made.

Link to threads at Cointerrra forum http://forum.cointerra.com/threads/terraminer-hashing-at-half-capacity.539/

Have not received an official response from Cointerra from any of my emails or voicemail

Will update if  I learn or hear anything

Had posted in Cointerra Skype chat but forgot to  post here.  Terraminer #2 will  be here today.

Terraminer #3 has not been  a tracking number sent for it yet.

They don't appear to be producing a lot of Terraminers so are sending out one at a time

Cointerra has not confirmed a second rig free, but will send them an email.

There are no shares left for sale, I will update OP

Cheers

any news on Terraminer #3 ?

and Cointerra has not confirmed a second rig free ?

ok, thank you everyone for  their patience, it has been a very trying experience.

After several weeks of verifying  spreadsheets,  reverifying  and looking into all the issues  we have arrived at a final amount to be paid out, this is link to current updated spreadsheet.   https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtH6ASvoAExHdF9IcFh3QmQ2dEt4Zk5qT3lRUDFDTVE&usp=drive_web&pli=1#gid=37

- Dividend payment made today trans id  6f814b0112c5082da4cb8282fae5551d82ddb46910698ce14d13b95eb2057b2c

      - some people will have no payments this payout  because of hosting refund issues, this will all be resolved in a separate spreadsheet and paid from the address the hosting payment was received at.

      - have decided to waive any hosting penalties

Am keeping a buffer of Bitcoins  to allow for shipping costs of Jupiters to me  unless I can resolve something with KNC to arrange shipping of Jupiter  directly to buyers. If that happens I can payout the buffer as well.

Right now the buffer is quite large but am allowing for a falling bitcoin exchange rate.  The expected shipping and duties bill could be between $5000 and $15000. Again if I can resolve this issues with KNC will reduce the buffer as  well.

Hosting is paid till end of April.

Namecoin has not been dealt with yet as we have been trying to finalize the balance on the mining addresses, but should be done soon.

Thank you again for you patience

Received tracking numbers from Cointerra, currently are still in South Dakota. But am guesssing should be here tomorrow or the day after.

Hosting has been already arranged and paid for, so will have the Terraminers IV up and hashing as soon as I receive them.

Will keep everyone posted when they arrive, and the address they will be mining with.

I had an unexpected family emergency and took some time away to clear my thoughts, sorry about not posting sooner.

Have been trying to get a clarified answer from Espen on prorated balances and he has finally responded, now have to coordinate with agibby to add to currently balanced books.

Will be making a dividend payment as soon as the prorated balances are accounted for. This is the achilles heel using third party programmers, is trying to  get  timely responses.

Will try to get this done as soon as possible

Thank you for your analysis dutu

Me and agibby are looking into this and Bens question.

Espen the original programmer will be back from a business trip on Wednesday, and will help us to clarify all the transactions to date.

Will have a clarified response before next dividend payment.

Thank you for your patience

I have asked one simple question that will allow me to continue with verifying the books: "amount of bitcoin mined at Gigapool"
You have failed to provide an answer.

One of your previous questions was the start date of mining, and could I verify.

Quote
So this is the information that is public

- number of Jupiters with trans ids
- amount per share and a debited or credited amount to each member
- a balanced spreadsheet showing all mining income and expenses
- ledger showing all dividend payments to all members
- Jupiters mining addresses with stats

In the very same post, when answering the question about how many coins have been mined at Gigapool, you write:

Quote
As far as you question about gigapool, at the beginning of the GB, Oct 14 only 5 days after receiving the Jupiters almost every GB member was watching very intently as there had not even been a dividend payment made yet. There was concerns about getting best hashing rate for the Jupiters and some members suggested trying different pools.  I tested Gigapool, and  posted to the forum I was doing so, So all the members could account for the 26 mining Jupiters.  I am looking for the transactions now.

Quote
Now, please let us know have the transaction been published and indicated in the balance sheet or you are still looking for these transactions now?
Please post them when you find them.

Here are Gigapool payouts   https://blockchain.info/address/1MuU5PysvNHiKxeFz9zBAqJcuNpuqDvuDt?offset=50&filter=0  use Ctl F to find  1EN3EqqQfqq484WNATFAMA13VXpJuJNv5c

That is all I can verify because www.mineb.tc is no longer available

BTW, regarding your statement
Quote
The spreadsheets and ledgers for this GB  have been verified by a forensic scientist with the Norwegian police and two software engineers.
Quote
can you confirm if these people have verified the data you have shared with the GB members or perhaps there is some additional unpublished data they have verified.
Please also confirm their forums name or identities so we can verify with them, and please publish their reports and findings. I'm sure this with give you and us peace of mind.

agibby has responded, I can ask the others to verify but understand if they do not want to reply
