Xcrowd has taken the initiative to back its customers and is only taking  30% deposits on pre orders. The 30% down payment is also escrowed providing a large level of confidence for customers of Xcrowd services.

In this group buy  I will collect the funds, pay for the hosted mining, pay the management fee once a month and send dividend payments once weekly.

The 30% deposit will be 24 BTC per share. The total cost on delivery is 72 BTC per share @ exchange rate of $118

 
Offering :

Effective August 30, 2013 Shares are 24 BTC each, will adjust as USD/BTC exchange rate changes as Xcrowd's Cloud Hosting is priced in USD.
- 10 shares at 24 BTC are available, this is for the down payment, balance will be due on delivery
- Each share entitles the owner to 1/10th* of the BTC proceeds from the Xcrowd 15 TH/s Cloud Hosting mining 24/7 till no longer profitable or sold (less expenses and management fees)
- management fees are 0.9% of BTC mined after expenses are deducted.(expenses include but are not limited to, hosting, repairs, shipping, taxes)
- payment will be made to the address of the shareholder  weekly  
- miners will be hosted at Xcrowds hosting of choice



To purchase shares:

- Send 24 BTC per share to address: 1C1gfEiXH9oUd6XA95hKDWgapjLnxVZhBM [This address will be for this GB alone]
- PM me/and post the transaction ID (txid) in this thread.  
- ONLY use sending addresses you fully control. I will use the sending address for BTC payouts for your share ownership and if you request change of payout address I will require that you can sign your share purchase address to make this happen OR I WILL NOT CHANGE THE RECEIVING ADDRESS. This is for your own protection.
-This Group Buy will be sold in lots of 10 shares to qualify for another Xcrowd 15TH/s Cloud Hosting( if I receive enough interest I will buy 25 TH/s Cloud Hosting Service)
-anyone not included in another 10 share lot once GB is closed will be refunded

  

IN CASE OF NON DELIVERY:

 -This GB is escrowed, so in case of nondelivery all funds will be refunded
- escrow is handled by JohnK or Escrow.com

- shareholders can sell their shares before Xcrowd are delivered to buyers outside of original Group Buy but will be charged a one time .1 BTC charge for name transfer
- I (soniq) will not be responsible if Xcrowd 15 TH/s Hosting Cloud do not hash at advertised rate of 15 TH/s

Here is my proposal, minimum of 500 GH/s so  about 27 BTC per share @$104 exchange rate then a 1.2 BTC per share maintenance fee per month

I will collect the funds, pay for the hosted mining, pay the management fee once a month and send dividend payments once weekly.

I already have an automatic dividend payment software in place for my other GB.

My fee would be 1%

The nice part is down payment for service is escrowed, so If Xcrowd does not deliver you get your money back.

My identity is already verified with JohnK and Jon at Bitfunder, and have experience with managing several GB's already.

Well I wouldnt mind reporting "them" , but who is "them"

There was no BTC stolen, so can we charge someone with attempted theft?

- Refunds will be given in case of non-delivery less 1% for management of GB
- this group buy will be refunded after March 1, 2014 if Terraminer is not delivered, and Cointerra refunds payments

- Any excess BTC above purchase price of a Terraminer IV  will be refunded or paid out prorata as dividends
- any negative balances will be deducted from mining income from your shares
