C'mon, SD! Get your shit together and keep the site running. Allow users to log in with the secret URL if they wish, even after you force them to create the email based accounts.
Actually, I think the idea of converting the accounts from secret url to emal is one of the worst ideas ever. The very thing that made SD different from other betting sites was exactly the possibility of complete anonymity. The number of bets /day is now so low that is a shame for the oldest bitcoin betting site in the history.
Fix it and fix it asap!

I think that offering the possibility to experienced players to use the secret URL (and the old API) would increase the number of users. At least, increase it to the previous levels.
Let the newbies use the user/pass login, give professionals the option to keep using the old style (even after they converted their account)!

There is a small bug at Withdraw field: "Amount is higher than current investment" when I enter less than 10 BTC, when I clearly have more than 10 BTC invested.
I do hope the cashout function will still require a password, else is very very unsecured against leaving your computer without logging out.

ATTENTION, CITIZENS OF SATOSHIDICE! All accounts must be converted from the secret-based account type to email-based accounts. Simply access the site with your old secret in the adress bar and click the Login button.
If your account was previously protected by a password, please access the site and provide it in 'Your Investor Password' field.
If you encounter any problem please contact the SatoshiDice support.
Best of luck in your future rolls!

E foarte dificil de gasit locatia exacta a BTM-urilor, "zona Piata Unirii" nu ajuta deloc.
O adresa exacta si fotografii din zona pentru orientare ar fi de mare folos.

I think the first 100 visits to the new version will get some milibits for free as welcome back bonus.
edit: I don't see any changes on the new version of the site.

Have you read the text in that pop-up window?

Now I'm sorry I had no problem with my account: I get no compensation

Could you not automatically ban IPs that are connecting with a secret key that leads to an account with any amount of btc in it? I think is perfectly reasonable to assume that people trying to access their own bitcoins are not the ones behind the ddos.

As far I can notice, the site is up. But the problem is that their new anti-ddos protection apparently is automatically banning IPs for no reason, so I have to connect from a different IP each time in order to work.
SDice_CTO should look into it and come up with a better solution. Also, some more details about what exactly is going on would be welcome.

An official statement by SDice_CTO will be made. Until then chill out and ... Netflix?

It was up for a shot time earlier. My guess is that someone is DDOS-ing them and maybe there is blackmail for some btc. Or is the competition trying to lure players away.
