41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in stocks with crypto? on: May 12, 2024, 10:56:07 PM
Is there a way to invest directly in stocks with crypto? I'm talking about depositing BTC or any altcoin in a broker/exchange and use the funds to buy a stock of your choice. With crypto getting popular each day, it would be disappointing if we didn't have such a feature. It's likely stocks will be tokenized on the Blockchain the future.

If you know of any broker/service/exchange that allows this, please let me know. Thanks. Smiley

With my own perspective about this, you need to let your crypto converted into fiat first before buying stocks asset.
For now I have no experience yet on stocks, but according to my friend who's still active on stocks they're using cash to buy for it.
At binance and Kucoin we can sell our crypto to with fiat currency and will be deposited to our banking account.
But, always bare in mind that stock market is also worst compared with crypto, much better giving it a try instead of diverting all of your money towards this type of asset ownership.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / OG tokens from satoshi App, is this a legit project? on: May 12, 2024, 09:49:42 PM
I've noticed that satoshi app new project mining airdrop distribution of OG tokens which is glyph exchange has already ended. However, I got some few tokens of it at around less that one of quantity. At first it sounds amazing, but literally the distribution was too less for each receiver to acquire.
Let's discuss about this new project, share every opinion here, brilliant ideas are very welcome. Could this crypto project turns to be legit, or its just same with old tokens taking steps only through hype?
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Unlock Passive Income,Earn money by mining! It's now on: May 11, 2024, 11:43:59 PM
This sounds great, I think that game was similar with the popular MIR4 which is having mining environment within the game map. However, in that crypto game it's really hard to mine draco due to several factors that could lead you to face struggles of bot enemies.
With regards to this ShanHai gamefi that you discussed, I'm looking forward to try this as soon as possible.

You've mentioned DRN tokens will be dropped, was that for free or we're going to earn that in a game?
Or this could be their open promotion as the crypto game still in a testing phase?
44  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My trading method on spot market with this year on: May 11, 2024, 11:04:43 PM
Spot market is awesome, much better if we hold our asset and wait for the best time to sell now. Also monitor for everyday update of the asset community, there's a possibility of rug pull particular with altcoins.
There's always no assurance with altcoins, that's always dependent with the hype of each market.
If you suddenly observed a highest spike, then probably that's your biggest chance to initiate selling and dumping your alts to take profit quickly.
Divert with trusted coins like eth or bitcoin, because they're the mos secured in the cryptocurrency market.
45  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Take Profits! Its important! on: May 11, 2024, 09:59:46 PM
I believed being greed is more important to avoid profit loss, that proven because those old days I never had that mindset. My confidence was out breaking thinking that I wouldn't experience any problem with my holdings.
Unfortunately, when bearish came around year 2018--2019 everything went so grey and in fact it gave me a lot of emotional stress which was really hard to cope up.
46  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before Trading Bitcoin you should... on: May 10, 2024, 11:27:18 PM
Everybody should be aware of the risk as package of trading Bitcoin also with other crypto assets that we're going to own digitally. If you're a long term holder, only patience will be tested since you needed to be strong enough with your emotions.
For so many years of waiting, keeping your digital asset is really worth it when you survive that stage.
On my personal experiences, I wasn't able to cope up with that during the old days because many decisions failed due to unawareness of those risk behind.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What did you think about the future of polkadot? on: May 10, 2024, 09:44:07 PM
I'm still new in this crypto space, I have been in this forum for couple of months now and I have get to know more about cryptocurrency and also I'm beginning to understand the market somehow, I'm looking out to invest in polkadot, although I make intensive research about this polkadot seems it has a good potential in the future, so I will also like to seek for advice from you what did you think?
As long as you see an active community of crypto token, there's always a strong impact to each and every person who has interest in holding specific asset. If you have chosen polkadot based on what you reached out through your research then, the decision was all yours to make.
That isn't a bad thing being new in crypto, what's important is you don't rush everything; you should verify all certain aspects in order to avoid regrets.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Top 30 CoinmarketCap Rankings are Most Undervalued and Why? on: May 10, 2024, 02:18:07 PM
Which top 30 coinmarketcap rankings are most undervalued and why do you think this?

I'm still figuring out what to choose now, most undervalued coins was showing volatility during fluctuations. Everybody should be careful in taking risk on certain choices before deciding which of them will be the most potential to hit the hype.
My experiences was not that good, my ethereum tokens that I hold was really suffering for years and never come back being profitable.
49  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need help trading. on: May 09, 2024, 10:21:14 PM

~snip~

Please let me know what you think a beginner should know and where they can receive the knowledge that will help them become an expert, as well as how long it will take me to get the hang of the complete trading technique. Links are greatly appreciated.

There's several situations that you should learn first from trading, and one of the best part before trading is emotion control. For most experiences from an expert trader, that's they're common struggles as they started becoming one of the best. However, that still depends on how courageous you are to face that scenario.

Many ways of trading, it can be with crypto, stocks or forex, however here in cryptocurrency volatility of the market will be the most heartbreaking once you see your assets started declining it's price totally. So as you go further, doing the best research and practice will be most efficient.
50  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do whales trade/withdraw money? on: May 09, 2024, 09:30:38 PM
I probably shouldn't be asking this question because I am an old member of this forum but this recent article on Cointelegraph quickly inspired me to ask this question here today. Satoshi-era dormant Bitcoin address wakes up after 10 years.

My questions are the following:
1. People who own hundreds and thousands of Bitcoins, where do they trade? It's risky to deposit such a high amount of coins on platforms like Binance and Coinbase because you aren't guaranteed that they won't block your account, even immediately after you deposit them. So where do they trade?

2. How do they convert their Bitcoins into fiat? I know that years ago there were some bank transfer deals on this forum, I remember that Bitmain wanted to sell 10 Bitcoin or something like that here and they probably had a deal with a forum member but today when the price is so high, where do these big holders sell their coins and get fiat in their bank account? On traditional exchanges?

My answers to these questions are:
#1. These whales trades anonymously, most of them utilizes swapping method using trustwallet dapps or metamask which is very common. Though there's no guarantee with binance, there's also other platforms where they could also store their converted fiat money and they're still holding that asset despite of how risky it was.

#2. Most probably they're trading their coins at traditional exchanges as well as those with secured KYC in order to convert their cryptocurrency to fiat.
But to those whales with wide visions on crypto, I don't they'll easily dump it. They're keeping Bitcoins at they're wallets until such time it's value skyrockets to top most price ever.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I buy ALTs now or no? on: May 09, 2024, 12:00:21 AM
Many people who trade alts started the newborn tokens which about to get a hype right now.
Well, actually there's always a risk behind all investment but thinking to a ways about alts doing our own research will be best. These days many small value tokens was listed on popular exchanges like mexc, kucoin and binance which I'm using for years. I'm about to buy those tokens also and I'm looking forward to hold them and wait for a good hype to commence soon. Maybe $20 is enough before that alt season happens.
52  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can I get into trading on: May 08, 2024, 11:31:47 PM
Good day guys!
As someone who’s new to this space and wants to start trading, what are the steps I can take to start and how much of fund do I need to start?.
What wallet is best for me? Can I use meta trader?
Don't use that trading ways for you to start, here in cryptocurrency you can start by buying trusted coins like Bitcoin and ethereum. Good amount will be okay like $100 could be better, hold your asset at spot trading and you can sell it once good price is hit.
At first long term trading is a good steps in learning, rather than putting your money at the fiat bank.
53  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In order to reach your target, don't rush! on: May 07, 2024, 08:43:53 PM
That happened to me many times I've panicked and sold my most valuable asset ethereum last decade and suddenly I realized how painful it was seeing that the value right now has reached 3k.
Many what ifs came to my mind, and I might enjoy more profit these days if I value patience and time.
Regrets really hits harder after certain situations arise, so it's very important to hodle trusted asset instead of keeping shitcoins. It's because, literally my other holdings until now didn't gain a good value and in fact it became worthless. Hopefully I sold that first, maybe these days I didn't encounter challenges that affects my mental health and well being.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Damn the fees on: May 07, 2024, 02:50:43 AM
The slogan is 'Free-to-play gamefi,' but the fees are sky-high! It's just too much. I understand that gaming companies aren't charities, but can't they lower the fees? Seriously, I've worked hard to earn these coins, and when I'm excited to withdraw them, the fees are so high that I end up losing money. It's really disappointing. No matter how fun the game is, people can't endure this. Today, I want to introduce a breath of fresh air in the GameFi space, a truly free-to-earn game - ShanHai.

You can still save more coin while playing, that's normal that fees got so high during these days of pumping market. Blockchain network rises it's gas fee once demand continuously increase, the value will also spike as well as the fee of withdrawal.
Trading conversion is automatically charged upon execution of withdrawal, so it's not a new thing and you'll getting used to it from time to time.
55  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lack of capital or knowledge, which one is holding traders back from profits? on: May 05, 2024, 02:48:52 PM
This question came to my FYP on X and I could relate because at a time in my life it was the lack of knowledge of not knowing how to trade that was holding me back from making profit until I started learning how to trade from my mentor and I can make some profits when I get my reading of the market right. I also had the challenge of getting capital that I can use for trading because I was depending on my trading profits until I got to know that trading needs a trader to have other jobs because you can not only depend on trading profits when you do not know how to trade excellently. Other traders are having difficulties in trading because they do not have the right information that they need to become good traders or because they lack the capitals.

What can you say about this two problems, how will you advice a trader that is suffering from any of this problems or how did you get out of the problem if you had suffered from having lack of capital or lack of knowledge. Which of this problem is more common among traders?.

Traders should learn some good alternatives like joining campaigns from airdrops and other free mini apps that could give rewards with legit outcome. Though sometimes airdrop tokens won't be successful, at least there's many of them offering a lot of rewards. You can choose another passive sources, but your patience will be measured how long you could stand the pressures of being bored of waiting.
Lack of knowledge isn't a problem if you're willing to learn with a baby steps.
56  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Wait for the right set-up on: May 05, 2024, 12:12:31 PM
People actually don't know how important it is to wait for the right set-up, some traders think that the more you trade the more money you make which is very much unlikely, trading doesn't work like that, you might make a lot of money from 5 to 7 trades, and use just only one trade to lose everything including your initial magin.

But waiting for the right set-up gives you an edge in the market, when you trade only when you sees an opportunity, you will mostly comes out profitable, as long as you knows the craft a little, but probing the market every now and then will only make you lose money, because trading is more of patience and knowledge.
As we trade the most probable target that we see during the market rise of our asset, definitely there's profit settled in. Patience is tested during this time, so you should wait until such time our goal reaches to the top. Everybody dreams for a good market despite of how challenging it is when sudden market fluctuations occurs.
Knowledge is very important even though we struggle to cope up with stress as well our emotions.
57  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Meme coins signals group here on: May 05, 2024, 12:30:25 AM
I found memecoins signal group they pumped from 30k mc to 50k in few hours.
Why it's special signals of meme becouse they don't talk about project road map they get right to way into point the point is that marketcap targets wich is good as me i don't care really the project i need to see price going up and i make more money from my money.
I been looking for meme coins signals Channels like the binance futures signals use to be now Im glad more and more SOLANA meme coins Signal channels coming out.

This the link wich group Im in they also give cash back If you take part of their signals i guess they have devs directly involved
Link to join
https://t.me/bigprofitsignals

Basically these groups were paid by investors who's hungry for hype of meme coins, they're going to make shortcuts for obtaining profit which ineffective nowadays.
The community is dependent on how a crypto rise due to adoption growth not just with certain hype, not with signals or popularity rise. That's only a temporary scenario, demand is the most important not the hype itself.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What to Invest in on: May 04, 2024, 11:23:09 PM
If need assurance for you investments, Id rather recommend saving bitcoins and ethereum because it's to crucial with altcoins due to most of them turns zero value if the project fails.
Remembering the days of ico, frustrations was really a nightmare waking up one day seeing your holdings drowned below $0.1 in which making me hard to recover my huge capital.
59  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What ways can a trader raise money? on: May 04, 2024, 10:54:42 PM
There are two types of people who learn trading, there are those who already have a source of income and are looking for way to multiple it so they choose trading as an option for them, while their others without any source of income but just learning to trade for the sake of knowledge and hoping that one day they will be able to make enough capital to invest into trading.
How would you advise a newbie trader without any source of income to gather together money that they can use in trading?
Exclude this options that they have to get a job and save up money because if it was so easy to get a good paying job, some of them may not even be trading.
What will you advise, would you advise them that at a level when they are sure of their knowledge should try to convince other people they know to give them some money as investment or convince strangers to invest in them?
I won't do that to a stranger, even my close relatives; what's the best I can provide is knowledge and other helpful tips to help them. Raising money is risky if cannot be done safely, so to avoid being blamed or accused of being scammer then sharing a good thoughts from trading is very important just to make good use of hard earned money.
60  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you need help? on: May 04, 2024, 09:08:39 AM
In aspects of hardships that I went through, honestly I need help but from my trusted relatives who cares for me not from someone stranger.
Trading cannot be performed without a help from honest and legit people who could guide us in the platforms that we're going to learn from.
However, more scammers offering investment using crypto as their front image but in reality it's a same old ponzi scheme which everybody should be careful of.
