now is the beginning of the quiet time. without further distractions the team can get on with building out the infrastructure. the real journey is just beginning.

oh well if this project needs to be ended it should be the dev to tell us all if he wanted to pass it over might be better to donate his remaining coins to who ever take charge this community already supported him for so long so might be better to show the real score about what is happening and what his future plan.
He has no future plans at this stage anymore. The truth is he abandoned his project and its up to the community to take action. As others had said, there is already a precedent in taking over a good project by the community. I'm sure there are investors here with huge amount of bigup at their dispossal and its about time that they speak up. |

That was what I'm thinking too. Even lisk was down 14% at some point. Many uninformed holders are having a panick attacked hence they dump all their altcoins? Almost all coins in Poloniex are in blood bath. |

Your Vault quits immediately after you launch the application, or does it quit after staking for a little while? If it immediately shuts down I would suspect a corrupt blockchain, and I would reload the blockchain files from the official Bootstrap at the site. It does quit immediately after launching the application. Do I need to reload the blockchain files at my end? Ahm, how to do it then?  |

I wish he had just sold it and not said anything, if someone with a plan /actual idea in mind took over sure it could do something.
I'm actually wanting to start a project and the name and most specs could have worked for me quite well... kinda why I'm peeved dev letting a good potential go to shit like this... but my plan is very specific and I need to have 100% of money supply as well as a coder/dev who I trust will maintain the code when needed.

whished, this post would be from ripple itself!  I think they like to stay secretive...not bad to sit back and let things grow organically. I see huge potential here with their platform. What are your thoughts? Even how secretive they are, they ought to be the first to announce it. It's their coin and the dev should act like it. This thread is all becoming about the bounties, and then the exchanges. People are in a hurry to dump their coins. same old story but with a different coin. Is there anything new?
Well maybe. Sasha just wrote on Slack that users have pretty crappy seeds that they have assigned themselves. A half decent script-kiddie could just run a dictionary attack and scoop up a bunch of free waves, as the users apparently don't understand what they are doing. Imagine what this thread will look like when many users find out that all their invested ICO Wave tokens are gone with the wind because of having something like "mary had a little lamb" or their ico deposit address as their seed. How can sasha or anyone else know what seed do I have? Our seeds are visible for dev team? Is this a joke or something? Was the seed not auto generated? I think you had the option to assign your own seed if you wanted to. But it's not the point. It doesn't matter if seed is auto or non-auto. I'm asking why dev team can possibly view my seed? This is ridiculous for me. Also thinking the same. Aren't seed suppose to be encrypted? |

Why is everybody in such a rush to get their waves onto an exchange? You cant have that much faith in the coin if your all so eager to dump it straight off the mark. i Dont hold very many but i will be holding onto them instead of making a mad rush to dump them.
Same here mate, I'm not in a hurry with transferring my Waves to the exchange. I'll hold into it for long term since I believe in it. Keeping at least a part of ones Waves is probably a smart strategy for the longer run. Of course, everyone needs to buy&sell as they are comfortable with their holdings. Some are calculating on selling to buy back later, others might be hoping to cash out for BTC, hope for a continued rise in BTC and ride the alt bubbles before cashing out altogether. Personally I am holding long term as a 1-2x profit today has the potential of being magnitudes larger in the times to come. But what do I know, I'm just a $random_doood on the interwebs talking about imaginary internet monies I myself is dumping half of my coins from any ICO with hope of buying back when the price goes down. Any ICO coins out there always start high, so any seller at the early days when the coins reach the exchanges can always buy back at a lower price. sasha35625 [9:44 AM]

I was a little late in getting a WAVES wallet set up, just registered one through the chrome extension, and linked my address to my ICO account. How long does it typically take for my coins to be credited to my wallet? Thanks.
Make sure that you have made a copy of your seed, and kept it in a safe place. ### It is semi-automatic process. When Waves team will start next stage of the withdrawal process, you will get your Waves. Of course you get Waves before exchange will start trading. Today will begin the last stage of distribution. I think there is no definite time on when you will be getting your Waves. For comparison, I set up my wallet on 11th of June and was able to receive the coins in my wallet yesterday, the 13th of this month. |

I got words from a friend that the admin wants to sell the premine at the lowest possible,and he wants a community take over,since I am a supporter of Bigup i want to know who the parties that are interested for a take over so we'll know how we can move this project forward.. A coin swap would be good idea, after this coin is taken over, so that we eliminate the BURN ADDRESS coins. even JRu, a staunch supporter of this coin, haven't been online sine the 2nd of June..... I don't know if this coin can be save at all. Perhaps, a community take over is possible but only if the community work together to save this coin.
