To all of those that expressed interest pending the confirmation of a working Flux Capacitor:
Do not forget about the necessity of a "Mr. Fusion" This allows you to time travel without the required 1.21 gigawatts of power required in the prototype.

Hey all, I'm resurrecting this thread because I will soon have more used GPU's to sell. They will all be the same models as mentioned in the OP. Once I get a chance to evaluate them, I will update the OP and here with pics and specs.

Thanks, you're right, upgrading did indeed fix the problem.
Glad I could help

For what it's worth, I'm on a Win 8 x64 machine with 6 GB of RAM running Armory .87 win64 It can be found HEREI have very little stability issues. The only issue that I run into is not talking to Bitcoin QT if I leave it running too long. Since QT catches up to the blockchain pretty quick now, I just open it when I need it. Same for Armory because of the RAM consumption. I have a similar setup, but with Windows 7 instead of Windows 8 and "only" 5 GB of RAM. (Bitcoin is almost the only realm in which this amount of RAM isn't enough.) Also 64 bit, and I'm using version 0.87.2. Going to try and upgrade my bitcoin qt client and see if that helps since SourceForge notified me that there's a new version out. We have another machine in the office here that was running .87.2 on Win7 x64 that kept giving us Runtime ErrorsIt was fixed with 0.88.1 winx64 as suggested by Alan

Come on, people! This is the first time in history that we can buy more ram than needed for small money! The cheapest brand-ram is fine, a lot of cheap ram beats little but fast/expensive ram easily.
Ente
+1 Great point! I wish someone would have brought that up on this thread a while ago.

Haha, good timing. I just packaged all of them up. I'll have to unbox them tomorrow for the photoshoot.

No. Sorry if that was unclear. The one that has been found fully functional had a small price increase. The others remain unchanged as of now. Updating the OP now.

What GPU's need only fans? Presumably 5830's?
Due to an overwhelming onslaught of questions (not sure why I didn't see that coming), I am now in the process of testing, I will post my results Today/ Tomorrow.

Not sure if it helps, but did you see this ?

Are any of those 5970's game-worthy?
These have been mined with for a while. I would not assume that they are game-worthy unless repaired by a professional.
