@xxxgoodgirls thanks for your interests. About the misunderstanding of the "presale" and "crowdsale" terms use i want to clarify this saying the both the terms are used as synonyms. I apologise if that could be misleading but the logic of it it's that a Crowdsale happening actually before the launch is a presale too  . About the crowdsale address i already explained that currently, and for all the crowdsale length, all the investors purchases are made through different addresses since this is how the payment gateway works. We do not have control on this. When crowdsale ends all the funds will be transferred to designated escrow, so that funds will be escrowed until we meet the terms of funds release as scheduled (i.e. 4 days of blockchain functionality and safety.) After funds are back to developers they will be stored in a multisig wallet as described in the terms of crowdsale on our blog post. Hope to have your support sooner or later. 1. Is there escrow for this crowdfund?
2. If yes, who is that, and how the guarantee looks like (mean what are conditions for releasing the funds)?
3. Please post a link to a page where the escrow (not you) lists those terms, signed by escrow.

So yesterday, after I got the payment button to work, I did a little test run and put a small amount of LTC in for some PRM. It took the coin and ShapeShift sent me a email as it always does when I use that service, but no confirmation from prism of the purchase. How can I send an entire BTC to the project without any documention that I am to receive tokens in return.
When you fund our project via the payment gateway you are required to insert an email address. As explained in Terms and Details of the Crowdsale that is required because you will receive the wallet file to your email, so that you can import the presale into your own wallet. When you make a purchse you also receive a ID for the transaction that you must write down in case of some problems arise. All the procedure is explained here so there is no point of being scared: https://medium.com/@PrismFoundationAlso to calculate the tokens in return just divide the amount of BTC sent for the price of each coin (0.0000175) This will return you the exact amount of PRM you will receive. Your loosing me Rick. I am a potential investor and my 0.5-BTC is loaded and ready to go. So if changing the gateway is to accommodate more users, why would you drop Coinbase where a lot of heavy investors in BTC have accounts? And why wasn't the little detail of payment already worked out before sale started? I don't like changes before we even get started.
Dear dpapaemc I understand your concernings and i can ensure you that we made this change only due to the pressure of requests coming from many of our investors who are holding also other currencies other than BTC. So basically this have been made in the interest of you and all the other potential investors and supporters of PRISM. We didn't thought to receive so much attention and many backers also in the first days, so we weren't prepared to offer a multi currencies exchange for our Crowdsale. The concept is that we want to reward as much as we can our investors and a little switch on another payment gateway (as respectable and trustable as the other) won't affect in any way the terms and details of ICO. Does not everyone here that is interested in PrismChain not already have the technology to convert coins at will. Trying really hard to have some faith here, but Shifty Button hardly seems like an update from CoinBase.
