LBRY problem on YIIMP!!!!!
What problem Slava_K ? Stratum seems to be responding just fine, I see new blocks coming through, shares accepted. The pool also found a block just 15 minutes ago, and miner payments have been coming through as well... ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Hashrate shows 10x lower (my own and pool total 5x lower). Ya something seems weird for me too. looks like it deraded by about 40% over a span of an hour or two, then corrected to normal hashrate I was down to about 10% of my normal hashrate for nearly 2 hours so I switched pools. I'm trying it again now so hopefully whatever it was is sorted.

Anyone dual mining with a GTX 1060? What kind of speeds are you seeing for ETH + SIA?
GTX 1060 3GB Zotec ZT-P10610A-10L Samsung memory OC: core none uses boost by default temp set to 85 Celsius, default is 83 Celsius; fan auto; memory +946 ETH only 22.3 MH/s EXP +Sia 20.9 MH/s + SIA 418 MH/s DCRI set to 90 EXP + SIA 22.1 MH/s + SIA 218 MH/s DCRI set to 30 Thanks for sharing, not many people using these cards.

Add a dev fee of 1% or so and let people pay that way. People are reluctant to outright pay but many will happily pay the dev fee if it's making money for them too.

The network hashrate/diff is all over the place for this coin making it hard to determine what your actual earnings will be. I feel like I make a little more with yiimp but that could be entirely down to luck and the times I've been mining. Of everything I've mined I will say that LBRY is WAY off from what a calculator will tell you you'll earn. I don't think there's any foul play here, just a really volatile network hashrate/diff and luck.

Tried a couple pools and this is the result:

Best I can recommend you is my standard configuration for each new miner I build, until I test a new one for the next rig I'll build : -Intel Celeron G1820 -8 Go of RAM -120 Go SSD -Lepa MaxBron 1000W (that will be enough, since you won't put more than 4 GPUs with that price) -ASRock H97 Anniversary -Risers (that point don't matter that much, as long as they're powered) To that, add as many 1070 as possible. Then you have the master setup to mine absolutely all the coins ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) ! I thought Intel was bad for mining? You mine with the GPUs, not the CPU. You just need a good cheap processor and his suggestion fits the bill nicely.

Is this possible?
I've tried the older CUDA miner but I keep getting an error and I assume it's because it hasn't been updated for 2 years.

Thanks! It works now. Cuda 7,5 in 6.3 is still faster then cuda8 in 6.4. 32.7 vs 32.4 with gtx 1070@100watt It depends on Windows and drivers version, in Windows 10 cuda8 is faster for 10xx. I've got Windows 10 and a 1070, and for me cuda 7.5 is faster than cuda 8. Same here, 7.5 is faster on my 1070. On Genoil's miner 8 is much faster. Not sure what the difference is.

|
|
On my GTX 1070 the 6.4 build is actually slightly slower with CUDA 8 which is strange because Genoil's miner with CUDA 8 is notably faster.
version 6.2 (CUDA 7.5) 26.6 ETH 710 SIA
version 6.4 (CUDA 8 ) 26.1 ETH 685 SIA
This is Win10 anniv with the latest nvidia drivers

can i mine decred and sia only ... no eth .. if so can someone copy me the bat command for that
No, you can dual mine, or Eth only. It is intended as a dual miner. If you REALLY REALLY wanted to, you could set -ethi really low, and -dcri really high. Any reason for not wanting to dual mine? i have nvidia cards isn't that good in eth really You'd be better off using ccminer or something. You'll get better speeds and you won't be paying a 2% fee for a feature you're not using. Nvidia cards can do well with the right driver combo though, which card do you have?

|
|
What are you guys getting hash rate wise for NVIDIA 1070 dual mining with SIA using Claymore?
I'm still experimenting, right now I have it at 26.7 mh/s for ETH with 715mh/s for SIA. EVGA FTW card.

|
|
Is there a CUDA 8 version for Windows?
I ask because I'm getting better speeds on Genoil's with CUDA 8.
|
|
|
I'm getting about 10-15% slower speeds on my GTX 1070 compared to genoil's 1.1.7 compiled with CUDA 8.
This is on Win10 anniversary update with the latest nvidia drivers.

Getting "cannot allocate big buffer for DAG" on my card.
I have used
GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
Page file set to 16gb.
Any other ideas?
15.12 IN WINDOWS, USE "SETX" BEFORE EACH ENVIRONMENTAL VARIABLE-- setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 Otherwise the environmental variable will NOT be set. In Linux, use "export", and an equal sign, "=", like so: EXPORT GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR=1 Otherwise the environmental variable will not be exported. --scryptr I do use setx, I just didn't include it in my post, sorry. This is nvidia by the way...it's worked fine for me on AMD.

Thanks for sharing, I'm curious about ETH hashrate too if you can test it.

rejected due the payment system when it starts, it's all right.
apart from this, it pays every 3 hours
Ok thanks for letting me know. Is there a minimum payout amount or does it just autopay anything you've mined that's confirmed since the last payout?
