42  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Haasonline Simple Trade Bot For BTCe and Bitstamp[Main topic] on: October 07, 2013, 10:10:57 PM
Bitstamp function isn't working in the beta version and .9 alpha version.  I've tried logging in with my username/pass as well as the api key and secret.  The api key is enabled under security-->api but the bot still won't connect.

Did you tick info and trade? I assume its like btc-e?
43  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: mcxNOW - Scam or not? on: October 03, 2013, 12:06:42 AM
I'm not saying it is a scam site. But I would be wary just on the fact of who owns and operates the exchange.

RealSolid a.k.a. CoinHuner

who owns it? seems like scam to me at this point have deposits from 6 hours ago still not showing up!

I'm one of those stupid people I thought it was you promoting Sad got me for .2 BTC live n learn btw see if you can get it back from him lol Smiley

Do not worry about him. I will deal with it.

If i was you i should worry about your coins. Like i said, the md5 does not check out. This means the software has been changed. You are taking a big risk now.

Oh yea well not running that got yours the same day figured it out after looking deeper to get help etc... Looking forward to the next iteration of the program like it, and still trying to get the hang of all the bots.... Thanks for the great work! Smiley

Thank you for reporting it.

I know there are illegal versions around, but most of them are scams. So i do not really mind it, it is just free advertising for me. Besides people who are buying it are just really stupid. Just think about it... if you get a working version (if!) then you will be having no support or updates. And i guess you have seen how usefull update are and how usefull the support can be.

I really warn enough and i can not do anymore then that.

So just be warned about it... and just think about it... you do think you will be updated to version 0.9 later on? No! So those people will be missing a huge update and improvement because they are stupid and greedy. (if they are not already scammed by that illegal version)

Edit:
Md5 hash check done, it is a confirmed scam. I also found out who is behind it and i have got his personal information. He is active on this forum too under a different name and there are several reports about him scamming other people. I will contact him in person and ask him for a explanation for this scam. If this does not work i will disclose personal information. I do not like it when my name is used by scammers like these.  Angry

seems to me that the rsi 30 rsi 60 still buy high and sell low no matter how I start?  Tell me what should be in the last bought last sold value when starting 0 or some number that one thinks is the sell position and buy position or use the actual last bought and sold numbers?
49  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Haasonline Simple Trade Bot For BTCe and Bitstamp[Main topic] on: September 25, 2013, 10:13:06 PM
The PDF files have been moved because i had to update my website. You can find them if you follow these links:
http://haasonline.tk/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/PollLogic.pdf
http://haasonline.tk/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/RSILogic.pdf
http://haasonline.tk/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/HighLowLogic.pdf
http://haasonline.tk/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/CheckProfitSafety.pdf

Trading on more computers at the same time is possible, however the computers must have its own public IP adres. If you use one IP adres with 2 instances on it you can flood the exchange and they could ban your IP. You can get whitelisted again, but it will cost time and mails.

And if I have multiple instances running on one machine but bots active on different exchanges this is ok too?
50  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Haasonline Simple Trade Bot For BTCe and Bitstamp[Main topic] on: September 25, 2013, 06:07:59 PM
Can I run this on another computer say to trade btce on one and cryptsy on another?
51  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Haasonline Simple Trade Bot For BTCe [Main topic] on: September 25, 2013, 05:07:56 PM
I recently added some schemes to explain how the logic of my simple trade bot has been build up. If you are intrested in my software i recommend to take a look at these documents, this gives you a better understanding how i programmed the bot(s) and how the reasoning is done in detail.

www.haasonline.com/downloads/CheckProfitSafety.pdf
www.haasonline.com/downloads/TradeAmount.pdf
www.haasonline.com/downloads/RSITradeLogic.pdf
www.haasonline.com/downloads/HighLowBotLogic.pdf
www.haasonline.com/downloads/PollLogic.pdf

I will add more documents in time. For now i have to help some people getting started with the software.

Are these PDF's still available?

You have invalid coin configurations selected in the grid somehow. Close the program and reopen it. If the problem persists take the following steps:

  • Close MultiMiner
  • Click Start > Computer
  • Type %appdata%\multiminer in the address bar and hit enter
  • Zip up your XML files and send them to the email address in my signature
sent Smiley thanks, btw any plan to show the pool that is running on any given coin?also to not restart mining so much, also the setting button a bit diffrent in that there is menue there then two others and the other buttons with multi menu items below them do not have a pop up for the tab that shows on top line....

OK well thanks for that! Why making the coin config button harder to reach with two clicks and smaller click area plenty of room up there on the to line?

There is no reason for them to take up room if they are seldom used. It's the same reason the Save & Cancel buttons are now hidden unless needed. As more and more features get added the UI has become busier. I am trying to proactively manage that.

So below is screenshot of the coin config tab missing any ideas on this? Also I think you were working on having the pool switch to next most profitable if the pools all down on one coin?

58  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: How to use ASICMiner Block Erupters with CGMiner on Windows 7 on: August 27, 2013, 02:51:39 PM
I have no helpful advice right now, but I thought it might be useful to mention my "port chaos" yesterday, still not completely resolved, from adding a few more erupters. I had ten erupters running smoothly on 3.1.1 using two Anker hubs, seven on one hub and three on the other. My intended change was to add four more erupters, to yield a total of fourteen on this 'puter (core i7, Win7 64). Should have been trivial, right?

Several hours later, I got the system stable again using three of the planned additions - a fourth would always make CGMiner crash, although that fourth erupter will run fine on other machines. A non-mining USB device using a virtual COM port (COM 1) has been disabled somehow in the process, details unknown so far. COM port allocation would change on most reboot and hub connect/disconnect cycles. USB controllers might get recognized immediately by Win7 or recognition might take minutes. Sometimes driver uninstall/replacement appeared to help, other times not.

I realize 3.1.1 is not the latest version, and that some of my problems are certainly of my own making. My main point in writing this is to warn that such changes are not trivial, and that (as far as I know) there are no clear, concise instructions around that will cover all upgrade situations.

I'm confident that a few more hours today will get everything working, but I expect it to be picky, tedious work geek summertime fun.

I have had 14 total running with 3.1.1 two 10 port hubs half populated (seems to not be able to go more than that) one 5 port with three and one straight into the back of the machine running on windows 7 but noooo I wanted to put them into multiminer and now have none working Sad.......
59  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: How to use ASICMiner Block Erupters with CGMiner on Windows 7 on: August 27, 2013, 08:42:25 AM
If you installed the silabs USB to UART bridge VCP Drivers, be sure to uninstall them - that is unless you are using the bitminter java client.

I am using cgminer 3.3.1 on win x64 and had the same type error until I removed the above driver and then re-added the zdiag (win usb) drivers and rebooted.

So to be clear you are saying with cgminer 3.4.0 uninstall uart bridge drivers? How is this done thru the zadig? you have (zdiag) above is this a typo? I have been trying this all day and only gotten worse now I can not even figure out what my usb drivers should look like?
Thanks for any help....

additional info:
I have had the ASIC running on cgminer 2.11.3 and usb to uart bridge drivers from silcon labs but wanted to integrate my ASIC's with Multimine and use the new cgminer 3.4.0 which this thread says to remove the Uart drivers from Silcon labs, sooo my questions are:

How to remove the USB to UART bridge drivers and how to install the Huh whatever drivers to run with cgminer 3.4.0 .....

I have been using the zadig utility which I must say is confusing at best.  Is there a sequence to plugging in the ASIC's or the usb hubs after before anything like that?  So anyone that can shed some clear light on this is much appreciated! now I'm off to catch som zzz'z after a 24 hrs up!
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: cgminer crashing with --scrypt on: July 19, 2013, 10:58:44 PM
I had the same problem on a laptop with a mobility HD5450, running the latest beta drivers. The latest version of CGminer crashed all the time, but 2.9.2 runs sweet.
