41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the right time to buy ETH. on: January 07, 2019, 05:03:29 AM
In my opinion this is a good time to purchase etherum before it rise even higher.
The news about the hardfork seems to be bringing a good news for the future of ethereum
we may buy ethereum at this moment, but my opinion we should  take profit when snapshot for hardfork done.usually price dumped after snapshot finished.
That would be a good move, and hopefully the rise will be in a good number, so everyone who already feel a loss in the previous moment could at least getting a little profit to cover what they had lost during the bear market in 2018.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL for only the brave !? on: January 07, 2019, 05:01:50 AM
You could say its a bravery or just bold, cause we don't really know what will happen in the future. its just that they had a hope that the future all the coin will increase and they get the reward for their patient, another reason would be because they don't wanted to loose because they sell their coins/tokens when the price is dropping like what happen at the current state.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New year's eve, hoping for a change on: January 06, 2019, 03:08:34 PM
I am also hoping that this year (2019) will be the year of recovery after during 2018 all the coins falling into slumber that are really deep.
So this is the chance for every coins to have their value back.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best Ethereum wallet? on: January 06, 2019, 03:07:14 PM
All these years i keep using MyEtherWallet and everything i've got or store in it are safe as long as we are able to keep our private key safe.
Then there is nothing to worry about, and just stay safe anytime we wish to access our wallet, make sure that the web where we will access our wallet is the real one.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should ICOs be regulated on: January 03, 2019, 07:39:48 AM
From long ago, i think that there should be a regulation that could control the making of an ICO to minimize the scam chance. Cause today, it seems there is no end to scam project, it keep on appearing without we relaize it.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Value investment tool for altcoin on: January 03, 2019, 07:38:04 AM
As far as i know i never knew there is that kind of tool exist to give us any suggestion about a good altcoin that will be worth to invest.
What we really able to do is looking for it ourseft, or perhaps asking everyon who already has more knowledge than us how to choose a good altcoin.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have to invest in bitcoin or ethereum. on: January 02, 2019, 03:48:58 AM
Both Ethereum and Bitcoin are good cryptocoin. Investing in both isn't wrong, in this case you will have double possibilities that you will get profit from both of those coins.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If ICO Fails, Then what happen next? on: January 02, 2019, 03:47:39 AM
When an ICO failed, then the absolute thing will happen is the project will also failed, cause the team doesn't has any funding to make the project working.
But there is also time when the team decide to continue the project with the current result of the ICO, but it rarely happen.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you been scammed? How did they approached you? on: December 18, 2018, 02:49:49 AM
I get messages everyday in Telegram.
Most of them approached me as investors, group admins or affiliates.

One way to detect them is that they will approach us first. And they always start with 'Hey User'.
Real investors or admins dont simply approach other people until we ask for their help first.
Yes i had ever been receiving a personal message through telegram, asking if i'm an investors, just be safe for myself, i always tried to keep my composure and stay calm to be able to be avoid being scammed by those kind of people.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of bitcoin and independent money on: December 18, 2018, 02:47:46 AM
So we all know bitcoin has a fixed supply. The store of value is there. However when it comes to trading and everyday transactions, we all know we can't use bitcoin sustainably. I've been really exploring stablecoins lately and I'm not really into fiat coins. I think they go against crypto period.

Has anyone looked into Ampleforth (formerly Fragments)? Instead of having a store of wealth, they'r every much like bitcoin where they focus on store of value, BUT they also included the unit of account. Essentially they maintain a price target and uses a protocol to inflate/deflate "amples" proportionally to the market change. So you will always have the same value in your wallet, but the quantity of "amples" can change

Thoughts on this??
Still don't really get what you were saying about that Ampleforth thing.
Perhaps you could provide a link so i could learn about that.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should We Diversify Our Investments? on: December 18, 2018, 02:45:37 AM
Common wisdom for new investors is always of the 'don't put all your eggs in one basket' type. Don't invest all your investment capital in one company. Diversify so that at least if  one investment fails, the other will carry you through. Is there a similar type of advice for crypto currency investors? Is it better to concentrate on investment in just one crypto currency? Or should we diversify? I would love to know what others have to say about this.
That is a good way of thinking, I'm also doing that kind of investment, make some investment in several different coins/project.
It's to keep our fund safe, what i think is, when ever one coin could generate more profit and the other doesn't, then it could fill a space if there is a loss in another investment.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in 2019 on: December 17, 2018, 03:03:16 AM
Over time and technological advances in the digital era, many people have been very interested in investing some of their money in the world of cryptocurrency such as Ethereum / (Altcoins). What are your plans for next year, and will you participate in the ICO?
Thank you.
Perhaps this is can be my hope on future cryptocurrency, with the development of the technology that keep on increasing from day to day. I think it will also affect the development in blockchain/cryptocurrency, it giving the way to be better.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy now or wait? on: December 17, 2018, 02:58:48 AM
It's OK to purchase some coin now, but keep in mind that we should need to always be cautious with the condition on the market.
The price is still fluctuated over the time period.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTO MARKET SITUATION. on: December 17, 2018, 02:44:09 AM
As for me, i'll be patiently wait until the price comes back up again while hoping for the next year to be a lot better than today.
But while i wait, i'll tried to make an investment and do some trading to gain profit.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has everyone here receive free $25 from Stellar? on: December 17, 2018, 02:41:14 AM
Has everyone here receive free $25 from Stellar? Because this is a week after I pass my KYC in blockchain.com and still don't get it  Huh
Will there be some kind of rules to get that $25 free from stellar. Other than doing KYC, perhaps there are another rules you need to complete to be eligible for that reward, I think it would be better if you check the rules once more.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: cryptocurrency or stock market. on: December 17, 2018, 02:39:27 AM
As we all know, the stock market has been around for a very long time now and on the other hand, cryptocurrency is a trend that is increasing rapidly when it comes to the world of trade and commerce. Some may prefer to invest in crypto because of high returns but some will still go with the stock market and play it safely.
In your opinion, what would be the best choice to invest your money?
For me, i still rooting for cryptocurrency even when the price is like what we all know today. I'll be waiting until the price getting better again in the future.
And for the coins that i had, i will kept them in my wallet until the price is good again.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Spirit of Bounty Hunting on: December 17, 2018, 02:36:30 AM
I'm a bounty hunter, and i'm always trying to be patient when waiting for payment or when the time comes to sell the coins that i've got from the bounty reward. I've always tried to wait the correct moments to sell them, I can't blindly sell my coins at any price, I'm also tried to find a time where i could get profit from the coin that i had.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment reality on: December 10, 2018, 07:51:02 AM
80 % of people got involved in crypto from September-December and afterwards, they lost interest to invest watching their investments going down. Companies, corporations and politicians , let's say they filled their bags. And only after all of that we will see some positive regulation

But I firmly stand on my point that the only way for crypto to have a long life is the adoption and not just price speculation. And this will come from all of us. Start in little but whenever you got the chance to pay smth with cryptocurrency, just do it. Let's give real world value to the coins we hold.

When the time comes for any payment to be made using cryptocurreny, then the growth of cryptocurrency will be inevitably.
It will grow in a faster pace than what happen today.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ethereum will rise again. on: December 10, 2018, 07:48:24 AM
Knowing the track record of ethereum who always rise again after going down, I'm sure it will do the same again in the near future.
The price of ethereum will surely goes back up again with the faith that many people put in it.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Design is important for ICO projects on: December 10, 2018, 07:45:03 AM
I think first impression also has a big part for a success of a project, many people will choose any project when they knew a project presentation is interesting when they see it for the first time.
