governments can hardly deny cryptocurrencies, as many medias also report that this year would be a regulation year for crypto, even if Chinese gov ban the ICO, chinese citizens can also reach information of ICO from other channels and purchase it. Governments cannot stop the whole world trading.

Other than crypto I remember a few weeks ago a news about blockchain development on music copyright purchase and advancement on supply chain management, it would definitely bring more goods than harms to the dev of the world economy i guess?

Other than a comprehensive planning and management, an advisory company for ICO is also important, since they will act as a third party to keep track on your quality and work, thus giving a more comprehensive suggestions from their experience and insights.
