401  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: September 20, 2017, 12:33:51 AM
If you were in desperate need for money / Bitcoins, what would you do? How to get it, earn it, whatw are your solutions and experiences? I wonder what people are ready to do when money is the problem.

If I am in desperate need of money, what I am going to do is just a good campaign that may only last in couple of weeks or a month maybe of course it must also start sooner then I will applied for it. Since I am desperate I will apply to its signature, facebook or twitter campaign (if it offers) and translation (if it offers too) also. I can also pilot my bitcoiners account and have part of what he will earn.
Those are the things I think I am going to do other than that I don't know other way. Maybe it is not a very good for some of you.
402  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin falling again on: September 19, 2017, 01:51:12 PM
OMG, Bitcoin falling again, current price = 3866USD.
What happen? we losing money every hours. Need exchange BTC to fiat?
Who can explain this situation?

Bitcoin has no stable price so it can goes up or down. Now you're asking us what is happenin? The price is falling and it is just normal. Everything that is happening has a reason. It seems like you're quite nervous about what is it. No need to panic. Furthermore, you don't need to convert your money into fiat. Not yet, judt wait.  The price will increase again until it reach the 4000$ again or it may exceed to 4000$. I am just not sure when this will happen, I just hope it will come sooner.
403  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: September 19, 2017, 01:26:01 PM
If you be given a gift of 1BTC by someone and for you this amount is already something you did not expect. Will you sell your bitcoin right away and convert it into cash or just keep it for a better price to come or invest it or what?

If someone gives me 1 bitcoin as a gift, i will be very surprise and happy. I will save this gift and combine with my other bitcoin. I will also wait for the another sky rocket then I will convert some of it but still some will be left in my wallet. One (1) bitcoin is slight hard to earn especially at this rank so it not a joke. I will treasure it. One bitcoin is more than a hundred thousand in my country. I must not spend it with stupid things only.
404  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: September 19, 2017, 12:33:33 PM
Honestly I believe bitcoin is better since one you don't use your credit card so you don't loose you needed cash but instead your cash that you could easily earn back from mining. Plus, it's open to all ages unlike credit cards.

I think it depends upon the situation.

Regular currency is better than digital currencies when it comes to payment especially in my country. We can't pay here with the use of bitcoin or any other coins. Transportation, buying groceries, services payment although there are some that accepts bitcoin but you can't always buy what you need in them.

Digital currencies are better than regular currencies because it is volatile, and has a very big potential to be very useful in the near future. Digital currencies is very useful even though you just have 0.1 bitcoin.
405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: September 19, 2017, 12:11:49 PM
Why use Bitcoins ?

I keep seeing threads on “why don't people” ? The real question to me is Why would they ?

-The average consumer will go way out of their way to save money. Bitcoins cost more.
-The average consumer will usually pay a little extra to have convenience. Bitcoin is less convenience and more hoops and complications.

I just cannot see any reason for the average consumer to use Bitcoins. Until average consumers start using Bitcoins they will just be an experiment and a small speculative bubble.

I have my personal reasons, I am interested Bitcoins them as a tech person, speculative investor and person that follows evolving treads and markets. I am just struggling to see any.. benefits for the average consumer at this stage.

I seek for bitcoin and when I earn or get some bitcoin I am using that amount to buy my needs, my wants, etc. But I do not literally used "bitcoin". I am converting it into fiat because in the first place in our province, there are not yet stores that accept bitcoin as payment.
Well yes some of my money is still in bitcoin, why ? Because I AM USING BITCOIN to have or to double the amount of my money. How to double? I will just wait for the bitcoin price to rise again (even though this time is quite impossible to happen because of the issue in china) even it takes a long time.
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: September 19, 2017, 11:47:46 AM
Bitcoin is usually used by people interested in technology. I mean, persons with a certain technical knowledge are interested in bitcoin.

My observations are that way. I think Bitcoin needs to reach larger quantities. Can use bitcoin in people who are not interested in technology?
Can people use the bitcoin in the profession group like tradesmen, teachers, housewives, firemen, butchers? Are we going to see the days that these people use bitcoin?

Yes I bitcoin is can be used by ordianry citizens. I am not a professional person but I am using bitcoin, my college teachers are professional and an education graduate to be exact or in other words "professionals" but they don't use and worst they don't know what is bitcoin. But it is not impossible that someday they will use bitcoin also. In fact they are getting curious about it because me and my friend talk much about bitcoin.

Hhmm maybe you're right, much more bitcoiners are people that are so much involve to internet or technology. Since it is a digital currency, a person that does not know much in technology may have no idea about this.
407  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: September 19, 2017, 08:18:38 AM
The truth is i want more money.
I will be waiting for the price to increase as many have said it might be going to the moon.
All of these are just happening because of some events. I might be in loss now but I dont care. It will happen in time.

That's what everyone us want to more bitcoin as much as possible. We already know that it's price are not stable, it may goes down and the good thing is that it may also continue to increase from time to time. Selling bitcoin or converting bitcoin into fiat currency give us money that we can used to buy the things that we want but there are people that sell it because of panic but they regret it at the end.
408  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 18, 2017, 01:27:19 PM
Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?

I have not try my luck yet in investing but I know I am very good when it comes to saving money. I find it easy to save money at my young age and I am very happy for myself because of that, not every person can do it. If we say investment you will or you are dedicating you money for something am I right? You will use the money to make more money, it is also good but for strategic and hardworking person only. How about saving money, it is fit for a person who has a lot of patience. Because of that I think you must know first what kind of person you are so that you in what way you will be the best.
409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: September 18, 2017, 01:05:11 PM
I think they should be put in prison together with all the murderers and robbers. But hey, that's just my opinion Grin

And what kind of joke is that? By just hating bitcoin somebody will be put into prison? Very unreasonable. There is nothing to do with those people or in other word “IGNORE”. It is not a big deal for me and for you also. There is no reason to put them into jail because at the first place they don’t hurt anyone and they don’t kill anyone. The time will come that they will realize what they wasted. Bitcoin has a very big potential to be very much useful in the future.
410  Economy / Economics / Re: If you have a lot of bitcoin, should you spend it or save it? on: September 18, 2017, 12:40:56 PM
Let's say I have 2.1 BTC And I don't spend it. Will it go up a few cents if I save it? Cause in my wallet I have up to about 50 cents worth of bitcoin. I started up with 13 cents 7 months ago. Now all of sudden I have bitcoins worth 50 cents. What do you call this? I only made that one 13 cent deposit. Nothing else!

Okay, let us assume I do have a lot of bitcoin in my wallet, I say I will not spend it all. I may cash out some of it to buy my needs or something I really really want but I will make sure there will be money left that will serve as my savings. Savings is very important to me, and I feel incomplete when I don’t save money in a single day. I believe that I must always have an extra money so that in times of emergency I will be less worry to where I will get money.
411  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: September 18, 2017, 11:51:03 AM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?

For me I think bitcoin is just like the real job out there. Beside of bitcoin requires a hard work and creativity, its similarity to the real job is at first you have a low rank then as the time pass by together with your / our hard work we ranked up or we become promoted. Then of course from the little income we get when we are in low rank, it doubled or tripled as we ranked up. But know other people have the same point of view, anyway it does not matter what important is that it can reduce unemployed people.
412  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price rising anytime soon? on: September 18, 2017, 06:14:07 AM
So when its the value gonna rise again? will it peak even higher then the previous 4k mark?

So you are asking other bitcoiners when will the bitcoin price will rise again? I think no one can really tell the exact date when will be the bitcoin price will rise again. But last time I checked it almost reached 4000$. No one holds what will happened on our every day lives and situation. The market is getting red again. But it does not mean we lose hope. There is a reason for everything why bitcoin price fall.

will it peak even higher then the previous 4k mark?
Well,  It is not impossible to happened. Bitcoin price before is 1200$ then last august I just woke up one morning and wow it's 4000$ dollar. Lets be patient and wait for the another skyrocket.

414  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: September 06, 2017, 01:06:18 PM
In my personal experience, I first heard of it 1 year ago in a online forum game, people sold gold for Bitcoins, around March, gave it no importance at first. Now im kinda utterly commited to it. Really an interest subject of study.

I first heard bitcoin in school few years ago because one of my classmate introduce this to us. Well at that time it just caught my attention but is not enough to hold my interest, in short I dont start doing bitcoin on that time.  I have so many reasons why I refused to do bitcoin on that time. Well by that time I just get amazed because I dont even think or imagine that there could be or there is a digital money this can be converted into a real money. It is also quite amazing that its value is high and change as the time pass by.
415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: September 06, 2017, 03:33:13 AM
Hello! i want to save money while playing gambling game but i cant really do it because i am really addicted to bitcoin still i have small amount of money to save in my wallet but in the next day i spend it for gambling because i'll always lose in gambling games can someone help me with saving in my wallet and play gambling games at the same time.

I have an ecomomics class last school year. There is a formula
Income - saving = money to be used
That "money to be used" will be dedicated for important and want things like example if ypu want to gamble.
So I think it is applicable in this topic or in this question. So I think that's it. As simple as that.  Furthermore, if you win try to save again money, don't be like those greedy persons. If you lose all your budget for your gambling make sure you will not use the money you save. You save it not for gambling and it will be useless if you used it. Not only the money will be useless but also your time and effort spending in saving.
416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: September 06, 2017, 02:39:03 AM
I just have one biggest regret that root on everything that happened to me. That is I don't accept bitcoin early in my life. Past few years, somebody introduce bitcoin to me, i think by that time one (1) bitcoin is just 40K philippine peso. I ignored bitcoin by that time. Why? I don't understand it, I don't have time to spend learning bitcoin and most importantly I don't browse much on the internet. That starts all. I just start doing bitcoin early this year. Maybe if start on the first time I knew bitcoin maybe I have much more money andy rank is potential hero. But it is not too late I will just focus on now to have a better future.
417  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to win Bitcoins with Signature Campaigns ??? on: September 06, 2017, 02:02:18 AM
Hello.
I'm looking for effective ways to win Bitcoins. So I would like to know how to join Signature Campaigns ??
Help me understand the procedures and sites where you need to have Signature Campaigns to win Bitcoins.

Thank you for helping me understand how it works.

Hello. You want to join siganture campaigns and win bitcoin ? Well as of your rank, it is already possible to join or apply signature campaigns. After the August 1st, there are so many campaign opened and they are accepting junior ranks. To be able to join you just need to follow what is asked by the campaign. Sometimes you juat have to posr on the thread or sometimes you will fill up the form then you have to wear the right signature so that as you post the signature is seen by others. Right now, you can see my signature, it is in the stuff gogo, different rank different signature. If the campaign accepted you, you have to post every by the post needed like 10 post every week or more.
Me, I am joining campaigns in "marketplace(altcoins)>bounties" you can go there if you want to find campaign.
418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use Social Media for Bitcoin on: September 06, 2017, 01:27:39 AM
So recently I was using this app called Instagram (in case some of you never heard of it) and I posted some pictures & videos related to Bitcoin on my Instagram Stories (Like that day when the price goes insanely high and keep going til now). Then 2 days ago some of my friends suddenly asked me about what Bitcoin is & how could the price goes up like that. And I was surprisingly glad to know that I've influenced some people to get to know Bitcoin. And then I introduced them to Bitcoin and answer their questions about it, there were 3 people asking about Bitcoin that day just because of this 1 post.

I mean why don't we just use this power of social media to make people aware about this Cryptocurrency, well I know that there are already some people doing this (like those YouTube channels).
But what I'm talking about here is to us to post something about Bitcoin on our social media, you can just at least post something like your first transaction with Bitcoin and share your story on your Facebook or take the picture of your book that you just bought from the internet using your Bitcoin and then post it on your Twitter.

Don't be afraid to share your experience, you won't get hurt by doing it!(at least not now)
Well me, I am joining social media campaigns. Recently I joined twitter and facebook campaign. In this campaign we are goin to like and follow their page, then have to repost or share their post. By means of sharing I can tell and make other people see informations about digital currencies. Of course the post has to be public so that not only your friends could see the post but also all facebook users. Yes this is tested and proven to be an influential thing. Yes some of my friends asked me about what is this all about and then as he/ she ask me, I am already influencing him/ her.
419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: September 05, 2017, 12:54:56 PM
Everything is with the Warriors in this new campaign, They will probably register all their worthy players again and  won't lose anyone. CLE in the other hand is going through some turbulent times, IMO it's clear they are the heavy favorites for regular league wins #1, and probably even the playoffs.

Warriors have their new set of players but still they managed to bring back and get their key players on their rooster. I noticed that their lineups are better compared to previous season making them more stronger and competitive because they are the defending champs. While in eastern side, clev have already trade kyrie for 4 players in boston, IT4 is the one of the best point guard right now and  I'm excited on how IT4 will fit with Lebron and the rest of players of clev.

I think by 2022 bitcoin will be mostly be used by everyone, I can't say everyone because there are some countries that belong in the third world countries that has difficulty in accessing the internet so most likely those countries that have access to the internet might be using their transactions paying bitcoins or altcoins.

I agree with you,  We can't say that everyone will be used bitcoin in 2022 but it's possible that in that year many of people will know and start to earn bitcoins in their own way. In the past years bitcoin's price have already increased not only of it's price but also the numbers of it's users. There are lot of possibilities will happen in 2022 but i don't think it will destroy fiat system each of them have their own benefits and uses.
