i couldn't find any allocation for bounty in the distribution plan! can you give me the link of bounty thread? i wanna give a look on how it is and what they have in store! might wanna join in for some free bonus!

I was also searching for such data. Its not easily available or atleast I could not find it.

Yeah, I can't see also any bounty allocation in their graph token distribution, but they have something pop up subscription when you go to their website for massive bounty and airdrop program.

They have a whole section in their whitepaper where they hint at a bounty program (section 23.7) so even though there are no exact numbers yet I am sure they have set aside a nice share of their tokens for that purpose.

Does anyone here actually know how high the income from the private sale was? I can't find any exact information on the homepage.
But it would be interesting how high the reserves are, if the now 150million tokens want to buy back.

Me too I didn't hear anything about it but if I'm not mistaken they really got some good amount there for the project? I guess they really will going to do it and do the buy back program without any problem.

Did they disclose the exact numbers about what was raised in the private sale? It's a good question but I think they won't publish it if they haven't already done it by now. But I am sure they won't announce a 150MM token buy-back program if that would bear the risk that the project runs out of funds.

I am actually struggling to get the correlation between buying back program and the plan to raise funds to get their dapp prepared, I actually thought they needed to go through another round of funding to get the money raised

I think you misunderstood something here. They are buying back tokens which they will then put in a fund that is meant to be distributed to DApp developers as incentives for their developing work. They are not planning to raise new funds as of now.

Well to be a hundred percent honenst i've seen other projects say they will do the card but have run into issue i'll be interested to see the details and partners that sign the deal for the cards to see how it runs through, its something that needs to happen but in 2017-2018 became harder to implement in the networks

But why do these other projects haven't managed to provide a working card? Is it because these projects made false promises or did they get in trouble with the credit card providers (Visa/Mastercard)?

LOL you need to have money to do buy backs thats sorta how exchange buy backs work lol, it's silly to think they would spend enough to buy that much tokens if they didnt have the liquidity to handle it

Few days back I saw Da Eun Lee talk about the next Killer dApp in Blockchain at the 2nd Chainers Summit in Seoul. The buyback isn’t just to keep a better trading price for cova but part of a process to incentivize developers to produce applications under COVA protocols.

Yes, I know. The tokens that they buy back won't be burned. They will be given to DApp developers who create DApps for the COVA protocol.

Didn't know the bounty had started, i'l have to check it out to see how it compares against some of the other projects i'm looking at i tend to like to pick up some if the tasks are easy enough especially for projects that have a chance of going nuts if the team delivers on promises.

It has already started? I don't think so. At least I haven't found anything. I know they have plans for bounty program and their Telegram admin confirmed that it will be starting shortly but we have to be patient a little longer.

I thought it was running for sometime now. Given it is happen way ahead of the sale date wouldn't this effect the reward? On the other side I understand the important of having one running as much as possible.

I am also looking for funding for bounty, because I am very interested in Neuroneum, if the large allocation is certainly very interesting to follow

Guys, they have no active bounty yet. This is the latest message from one of the Telegram admins in their group (was posted yesterday): "Our bounty campaign will be starting shortly. We will provide further information shortly."

Everyone in the crypto space is talking about Covalent. The team has been smart in making decisions. Now, we would have some dApps on Covalent Ecosystem. That’s certainly going to give COVA more value. I wouldn’t miss the next phase of cova token buyback.

To be honest, I don't see that everyone is talking about Covalent (yet). It seems more like a hidden gem right now. Once everyone is talking about it, we will probably see different prices than the ones we see today.

Even if the market looks the same in May, the months until the start can be very important to create some kind of hype around the project: To build the community and to spread the word about Neuroneum on different crypto-news pages.

Timeline is extremely crucial for any project especially in cryptos. I hope the project might have made excellent research on that.

Sure, they will have their reasons for starting their tokensale only at the beginning of May. I just hope for the project that the crypto market has recovered until then and that more people will know Neuroneum then.

]]

So the main sale starts in May and the pre-sale is currently running? Is there any benefit to buying tokens early? For example, is there preferential pricing or any discounts on offer?

According to their whitepaper, they have different sale stages where the bonus you'll get decreases every stage starting with 100%, then 25%, 20%, 15% and 0% in the end. So I guess, right now the bonus is 100%?!

I am not sure how to think about it to be honest; I mean the market can never be trusted since it is not stable at all. I think the team has to think of another strategy and the best i can think of is by creating a small prototype that works and people can use to trust it can succeed I guess.

Sure, an MVP or a beta would be ideal. A lot of investors only entrust their money to projects that have a working prototype already. But I am not sure if this is feasible for Neuroneum.

I wonder how the team thinks their developer adoption is doing, i've seen some solid mentions on twitter and other social media about the dapps and performance, that its good that the team is finally getting some acknowledgment from developers

I guess we will see how fast they can achieve a wider adoption when the first DApps on their protocol are released. It will be interesting to see what exactly the first DApps will be and how they will look like.

Hello everyone, here is another exciting update from COVA.
Covalent kicks off 150MM COVA buy-back program. https://t.me/covalentofficial/113477

Wow. That’s great.
Covalent team would start the tokens buy back today on the first stage of the tokens buyback. It’s going to last for the next five days. Tokens up to 50 million  would be used to setup the COVA dApp Ecosystem Fund.

When did they sell their tokens? Now they are going ahead with buyback. Buyback from whom?
Their were private investors! and team released some token on market through the BITMAX Airdrop and sold some when they first came in the market! in simple word they are buying back from circulating supply!

The decision they took about going for private investors was a good one and it really turned things in their favor, only serious individuals will want to go for the token and they will have to do that by buying and not just the usual massive airdrop campaigns that has messed up the entire system, other upcoming brands have also started doing such

It was smart to have only a private sale. A public sale would've held the risk that the project got regulatory problems.

What is the guarantee that these people are willing to sell their token this early? Knowing for a fact that the buy back programme will only increase the price, is there gonna be any incentive that will make them sell.

They are buying back the tokens directly from secondary markets. So when someone does list their tokens there, they are usually willing to sell them.

Therea a pop up when you go on Neuroneum website about a bounty program coming soon. It says it’s going to be huge. You just need to put in your email and you’ll be notified when the airdrop kicks off.

I guess they'll launch it very soon so that a lot of potential investors get introduced to the project before the main sale starts in May. It will be interesting to see how big their bounty pool will be.

Main sale is scheduled only in May 2019? Why they want to take such a long time? Any reason behind this long schedules?

I am guessing they are expecting the market to stabilize then? It seems that the market is still quite hectic. Maybe they want to reach as much people as possible before the sale.

Yeah, this is actually all I can think of as there is no other explainable reason which I can see, but the bigger question is what happens if the market doesn't stabilize by that time, is the project then called off?

They can still get their funds from this market because I don't think we will see any new high this year in the crypto market.

Even if the market looks the same in May, the months until the start can be very important to create some kind of hype around the project: To build the community and to spread the word about Neuroneum on different crypto-news pages.

Cova token buy back would create more value for long term COVA holders. Also Cova protocol is growing and has attracted a lot of attention at an unexpected pace. I don’t know much about the use of Cova protocol in developing dApps for gaming and as an entertainment platform for crypto users but the buy back would drive adoption of cova data privacy model by most private enterprise clients

What exactly will happen with the 150MM COVA tokens that are bought back? I don't really understand what they mean with their COVA DApp Ecosystem fund.

That is a great movement to the project, hopes that they will also do a social campaign so that many people will spread the news about this project. and more investor will be attract.

I go to their website to check that pop up subscriptions and I enter my name and email so that I will notify if they are going to start their huge bounty program. It's my pleasure to participate on their bounties because I see this project will make a good run for a long time.
thats a good move to stay updated everything awesome happening with NEURONEUM! you can also keep your eye on their telegram channel to stay updated or assistance in issue with them!

My issue with telegram is that I get lost in the masses. Especially if you are a member in different groups. That is why I think Twitter or Reddit is the best place to publish updates.

Yeah, you are right. Especially when the group has a huge amount of members it can be hard to follow a conversation. But nevertheless Telegram is a good place to get information, just search the group for the topic you are looking for.

I think they probably need to get a social media manager to really take over their social channels, the team seems to be mostly developers and not so much marketers, and if they want to really get adoption they are going to up their social and general marketing power a lot over the next year or 2

Yeah it’s a shame they do not share more about their project on a regular basis! Reddit and Twitter are quintissential to a successful crypto project! COVA team please post more on social media, even on slow days show some pictures of what you’re working on or post some infographics.

I have suggested them to work on their team before now but I was told it will be looked into and worked upon it, I'm expecting that in time to come my suggestion will be implemented
seems like they heard your voice and updated 5 new tweets on their twitter! and you're right actually, COVA needs to keep us updated with regular updates so that we can be aware of what's going on inside with COVA!

Not bad...Since we are at it I also hope they host an AMA with one of the advisors. It would be interesting knowing their role at this stage. Overall I think they are progressing nicely.

Yeah, an AMA would be a nice idea. The last one was more than a month ago and I guess in that month the Cova community grew and new questions came up.

I find it funny how people think 15m is hard for a project to raise when some crap projects from a year or so ago were raising 500m to 1b in fiat on basically hot air, people for some reason keep thinking magically because the market is lower that people don't invest cash anymore, the fact is 15m fiat a year ago is still 15m fiat this year to invest, so definitely achievable

For me, 15 million is just an incredibly massive amount of money. And maybe they'll have no problems raising that much but I am just wondering if they really need that much money.

15 million dollars is a fair amount for me though. Considering there are a lot of things to be done. Power, work force, space and stuff

15 million dollars a fair amount? Buddy, check the stats, since the crash in market, how many projects have been able to raise 10 million dollars? It doesn't matter the kind of project, sadly, projects has to learn to work with lower budgets or risk succeeding.

It would just be good to get to know for what exactly they need the 15 million USD. Sure, I can imagine that their plan for the box miner is quite expensive and also the crypto debit card but it would be nice to know how much of the funds they receive are planned for which part of their project.
