401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many friends did you recommend bitcoin to? Did they accept it? on: June 16, 2015, 01:41:33 PM
I talked to my friends about  bitcoin, but I have not recommended anyone to buy , that is their decision , there is always a possibility ' of losing money ... about 30% of them have downloaded a mobile wallet where i sent few cents to show him how BTC work

Yep they are broke to buy, and lazy to earn bitcoin.

Typical lazy mentality  Cheesy

Lazy to earn bitcoin and lazy to make an investment. Every one wants to earn profits without making any investment. My friends showed their interest in bitcoin but when they came to know that it requires initial investment. Every one just turned up.
402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does Bitcoin mean to you (A poll) on: June 16, 2015, 01:39:02 PM
bitcoin for me means ,
to have a part of my savings invested and definitely a lot of fun with the rising and falling prices

If you hold it in a better way you don't need to have any other investments in the future as bitcoin will take care of everything but we just need to hope that more and more people starts adoption bitcoins.
403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Ever Take Out a Loan in Bitcoin? on: June 16, 2015, 12:53:41 PM
Hard to imagine loans in BTC being widespread. loans require trust, which anonymity and lack of feasible digital collateral is unable to provide.

Yes loan is good when it is one to one interaction so that the trust is built upon but you simply cannot trust anyone as you are not aware personally who are you dealing with so it is better not to take loan in bitcoin
404  Other / Off-topic / Re: When and why did you start using Bitcoin? on: June 16, 2015, 12:50:06 PM
I heard about it, dismissed it; I heard about it, dismissed it; I heard about it, dismissed it.
Then in early -mid 2013 at the finance company I work for, a customer requested a loan to buy bitcoin miners.
We assumed he was doing something shady, why else would he use bitcoin? Because mass media told us bitcoin was bad, you know...
Then I actually decided to look into it for myself.

The problem that bitcoin is facing at present is only because of the news spread by media which made us to think twice to get into bitcoins I started using 1 year back or else would have started much more earlier.
405  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: June 16, 2015, 12:43:19 AM
Like satoshi said, it's good to use bitcoin for porn, if you do not want your wife , to discover it

Obviously, he never met my wife. She can't browse facebook without asking me for support, but when she's searching for something i did wrong, she's suddenly a forensic computer expert with 16 years experience in hunting down the smallest trace...

HAHAHA that is correct. Same here and that would create a havoc for the married couple like us. But my wife is not aware about the bitcoins and even I don't invest bitcoins in porn I love to invest it in online transfers.
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Ever Take Out a Loan in Bitcoin? on: June 16, 2015, 12:40:06 AM
luckily i have never needed any kind of bitcoin loan and always had enough bitcoin for my usage. but if i ever need bitcoin, i don't think i would consider loaning since it is a lot of pain in the ass to take a loan and pay back with profit.
i might consider giving loans but that also has its difficulties since it is hard to trust people these days.

It is better to stay away from loan in bitcoins as you never know the end result what would be. And it is for sure that you would loose all your hard earned coins to the scammers and it would be Bread And Butter for them.
407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to pack it up on: June 16, 2015, 12:37:28 AM
Pack it up? Wait for a couple months and you'd see MasterCard trying to buy the bitcoin enterprise.

It is not possible. Master Card has its own customer base and they will follow master card as they are using its since long period of time and they will never get into bitcoins it is same as people who trust fiat they will go for fiat only they will never experiment with their mode of payment as they trust it and they are used to it.
They only say that because they know that their life are short every day because of bitcoin.

Lol..Oh God Please have pity on Master Card Lol..
Bitcoin have made an magical impact in the financial world that even the big whales like mastercard is facing threat from the bitcoins and that is the reason they are distracting the minds of the people by spreading such bullshit news. Grin Grin Grin
408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Use In Philippines on: June 16, 2015, 12:34:44 AM
Adoption is likely to increase quickly in places like Phillipines and third world countries where people don't have access to reliable banking services.  Any Bitcoin startups in developing nations should be taken very seriously .. the market is huge, literally in the billions

Yes the use of bitcoin in philippines can reach to the maximum level as many of them doesn't hold bank accounts so they don't have direct access to the banking systems which would increase the use of bitcoins in phillipines.
409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: mastercard attacking Bitcoin on: June 16, 2015, 12:32:16 AM
nobody in their right mind would adopt this mastercard scamcoin .. but plenty of people are not in their 'right mind'.  Anyways, the attention can only be good for Bitcoin itself

Yes I believe its a good news for bitcoin that master card is attacking it but I genuinely believe it would not make any difference to the users of bitcoin and they would continue to adopt it.

Mastercard is a payment system and bitcoin is a currency. So even if it is attacking bitcoin it will not affect the users of mastercard as the people who have faith in mastercard would generally prefer mastercard for making payments.
410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Should you stay or should you go? on: June 16, 2015, 12:28:20 AM
This is only the beginning in my opinion. nothing wrong with taking a profit. I want to take short term profits but I also believe that it has a lot more room to grow
Thats right don't rush your self to become a rich person. You should go slowly but surely and safe.

Yeah Slow N Steady Wins The Race. And you need to be patient when the profit is concerned as you cannot be the richest person in a single day you need to wait n watch and looking at present scenario staying is the best option.
411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use cases. What do you actually use Bitcoin for? on: June 16, 2015, 12:25:44 AM
At first I just like to save bitcoins with no reason (maybe I can used it someday). Until I found some sites here in our country that offer good services which we can pay via bitcoin. Today some of my regular payments are paid thru bitcoin.

And that is the best thing to do with bitcoins. Today even I get my phone credits by using bitcoin and that is the best thing to have even if you are on international tour you can get phone credits anywhere at anytime using bitcoins.

Ya and bitcoins have made online transfer very easy and cost effective that no other service providers can afford that much lower fees and the best thing is to get rid of paper work that banks uses for online transfers.
412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best Investment Option for Bitcoins? on: June 16, 2015, 12:22:56 AM
The only, truly safe, "investment" is signature campaigns.  I guess you are technically working for them.  Huh  Other than that other options are providing escrow or investing in projects you believe in.  There is also day trading, cloud mining, and investing in an online casino.  The possibilities are sorta listed in order of what I feel are safeish.

Signature Campaign in a true sense is not an investment It is just you are posting a comment and you are get paid for it and the payouts are not that high so you cannot say signature campaign as an investment option.
413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC in your country on: June 16, 2015, 12:20:09 AM
in brazil at my region most people doesnt know or even use bitcoin ,but there is already some traders that use it well i may say here there isnt a knowhow about bitcoin no ones know about it,me and my friend i showed him bitcoin we were about to buy a rig but we gave up since the roi and energy would take some months ,like a year...and we couldnt handle it on the time

The country I live no one have heard about bitcoins and that make me really sad and even if I try to explain them about the bitcoin they don't show their interest in a product which they really don't know and find it risky.
414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does Bitcoin mean to you (A poll) on: June 16, 2015, 12:17:46 AM
bitcoins is at mature plan the worth of it showing that is very stable soo we will start see for sure new markets being opened that will accept bitcoin as payment processor, for me bitcoins is almost all options and come to save our precious money that banks take ,companies take a fee all take a part of the cake with bitcoin those parts is just smaller that i cant see it soo lets say BITCOIN ,MAKE MY MONEY WORTH MUCH MORE THEN FIAT,since we pay several fees to thirds bitcoins camed with an amazing concept and will stand for several years i hope

Lets hope for the best and we want that even a small grocery owner starts accepting the bitcoins as a mode of payment and then we can say that the level of bitcoin community has reached to a next level.
415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many friends did you recommend bitcoin to? Did they accept it? on: June 16, 2015, 12:15:15 AM
well i even try it ,i told a friend and he liked the btc but we thinked on that time on just mine and sell to ROI,he got away and i searched a bit deeply,i wouldnt try with my wife there is around 4 years that i use paidtoclick as others things to earn money on internet but usually i lost a bit and i had earned alone around 200 dollars and lost around 200 dollars besides those i had played forex ,on that time i were a newbie didnt know what were soo i had earned 300 euros and lost all my balance ,around 1000 dollars soo if i say to her do you wanna know what is bitcoin ,she will say wgat can i buyt with it ? does it is real money or just money from a game ?i meaned virtual money doesnt pay bills .....

soo i dont tell since most people would know the concept and would ask about the bank lol

Even I lost my money in gambling So I don't believe in introducing it to my friends. The first they would ask me are you a gambler?? And once they come to know that it is mainly used for gambling purposes they will not entertain it.
416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Ever Bitcoin Bank to be Opened in Switzerland? on: June 16, 2015, 12:11:54 AM
if a bank accepts bitcoin as deposits ,i guess they would get too many bitcoins soo they could manipulate the worth, soo better stay away wanna interest? exchanges already allowing it to happen soo invest there lol and keep your precious away from government as bank owners lol

Yes you cannot trust neither government nor the banking systems of the country so it is better that we keep our bitcoin safe even if there are bitcoin banks available in the country and I really wish to keep my identity safe.
417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MasterCard makes the case that it’s safer and faster than Bitcoin! LOL on: June 16, 2015, 12:09:16 AM
They are shitting their pants because bitcoin is covering a niche which tradition systems like mastercard cant offer and when bitcoin gets the backing of a major government know they are fuckd.

Actually, they want Bitcoin to get the backing of the government.
They want onerous regulation on Bitcoin so that it doesn't succeed.  Smiley

I don't think that government will come in support of bitcoin as they don't have any control over it. And if they don't have control on bitcoin why would they promote it and will definitely support the fiat currency.
418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: June 16, 2015, 12:06:47 AM
If you'd ask me 1 year ago i would have said use cloud mining + invest in altcoins.

Now i would not say that anymore, however if you check the top group of altcoins you might still find some opportunities.

Ex: altcoin faucets giveaway more , turn it back to BTCBTC and your are done Smiley

Do you think the drop in the value of BTC has a reason to support yourself not wanting to look for ways to invest in BTC?

The drop in the value of bitcoin will entertain more users to invest into it. As there are many users who have just entered into bitcoin and for them the value of bitcoin is priceless at a moment so investing it now and holding it for the future can be the best option.
419  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Russia to Legalize Bitcoin? on: June 16, 2015, 12:03:37 AM
well this will have a good focus ,and i really believe that some country will allow the bitcoin ,someone must do the first step ... and the other will start to follow

We want more and more countries to start adopting and accepting bitcoins then only purpose of holding bitcoins will serve. And the governments of other countries should start following the Russia and its great news for bitcoin community that Russia has taken a first step.
420  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: June 13, 2015, 08:58:55 PM
For a newcomer price doesn't matter really

You are definitely wrong on this. The first thing that attract people into wanting to know more about BTC is that its value, its significant price, no doubt about it and it has been some sort of measurement to measure if BTC is dead or no by some people indeed.
It is not about its chain technology and/or how secure it is but it is because of its value and to be honest most people will not even consider wanting to know about this thing if the price is only a few cents or lower (well it is not the same case with early adopter of course)

Yeah, as a newb all you care is making some money off BTC, but if you go a bit deeper -snip-

Too bad, people wont even go deeper for it because basically what attracts them are a thing that could help them to earn some quick bucks and thats all which makes the "value" became a measurement if BTC is dead or not. As a proof, you could check the entire forum on the question "how to sign a message from your address" , a simple yet outstanding feature that most people dont know

so one should not really count it as a real ATH, and the crash after it, explained it well, one cannot see a huge raise like that and then a crash that return the price to the original level

Sadly that has been a measurement for most people, whenever the value drop, people are saying it is dead but when the value is going up people are saying that it is bubble because of the "incident" on April 2013

that is true..don't you think that media has played an very important role in killing bitcoin? Media now and then keeps on talking negative about the bitcoin which forced people to think that it is dying as people have faith in media more rather on themselves and people should use their own minds then following the media.
