I don't think we can compare these two as Ravindra Jadeja is much superior in all departments from Santner but no doubt he has no chances like Jadeja in all formats but as his current status he is doing ok for his team and producing good results which is good news for him and his country recently New Zealand is doing good work in spin department and bringing good spinners which are giving them good results specially Ajaz Patel is having good record in subcontinent conditions, and he is bringing good results as well.

Santner is a league away from Jadeja in all departments if you ask me since Jaddu can consistently bat, ball and field while Santner is an inconsistent performer in all departments though he is still a great player.
