401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does panicking made you feel ease? Or depressed? on: November 05, 2018, 02:11:50 PM
When there are instances that when the coin you hold has turned to dumped hard, are you biting that move to panic sell all your coins? Do you feel ease that you sell all your coin when the dump starts? Or feel depressed when you dump your coins and turns out it almost x2 the usual price.

Panic selling won't do any good to you even the prices of the coins continues to decrease. As long as you don't dump your coins, there is still a chance that you will get your money back but if you dump them at a very low price, then it is hard to get your money back. Be a wise decision maker and keep calm because there will always be a green market.
402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin too difficult to understand? on: November 05, 2018, 01:46:35 PM
To be honest, in the first time that I read about bitcoin, it made me think a lot of times because I know what is bitcoin but I don't really know what it is all about so I really don't know if I should try to get some and earn money. But when I got to this forum I learned a lot of things especially other things like bitcoin is not the only cryptocurrency but there is also altcoins like Ethereum and XRP.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: for 3000$ whats your choice on: November 04, 2018, 02:22:35 PM
I have 3000$ , whats your opinions to invest ?

my option is wait for august end and invest on ziliqa

$3000 is a lot so I think it is not going to be bad if you're gonna go all in for Ethereum. But if you want more huge investments for the future, you can check out waves, stratis, and xrp. And there are a lot of great coins that are available in the Top 50. It is not obvious because of the market's situation.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Work for Altcoins on: November 04, 2018, 01:52:29 PM
Hey people. I would like to ask if there is such a thing as work for altcoins. Like I want to sell my skills like a GIG style or have photos or ebooks to sell then I will charge them or pay me in crypto. Is there such a market of skills and digital goods? Maybe you can help.

Well, you can sell anything and charge people with cryptocurrency. It is not really hard I guess? And this is actually good since cryptocurrency will rotate if you manage to do this and can make you earn a lot of money in the future.
405  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What happens when a wallet file is stolen? on: November 01, 2018, 01:56:24 PM
Will the bitcoin are gone forever or there is a way to recover them?

I think it depends on how your wallet protects you under these circumstances but most of the time if it is stolen, they put money inside your wallet and steal the funds right away and I don't think you will ever recover what you lost.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this right time to buy neo on: October 31, 2018, 03:10:46 PM
Im interested in buying neo but over a year i see neo has seen most bearish market and has lost lot of price.

But on other side it looks like neo has lot of developers and projects coming onboard one of them i like is nex, which is why im thinking of buying neo

I only have 0.05 btc with me what do you think will be right investment at this time. Is there any other project i can invest in.

or should i just hold on to my btc.

Yes. Neo is a proven and tested great coin this time. The market right now is in red meaning the altcoins are cheap and you should consider buying a lot of NEO right now. It has the capability to grow more in the future.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sony develops blockchain solution on: October 31, 2018, 03:07:22 PM
Japanese technology multinational Sony revealed it is working on a blockchain-powered extension of its digital rights management system Monday. The project is a joint endeavor with both Sony Music Entertainment Japan and Sony Global Education.

The press release notes that this “new system” is built off of Sony and Sony Global education’s previously developed system for “authenticating, sharing, and rights management of educational data, and additionally features functionality for processing rights-related information.”

“Sony Group is also considering innovative ways to make use of blockchain technology for information management and data distribution in a host of different fields,” it added.

In August, the U.S. Patent and Trademarks Office (USPTO) released two Sony patents that had been filed for boosting blockchain-based ecosystems.

Okay good news. But I want to know a more specific reason. I want people to answer the questions that are related to this. How big is the problem are they going to solve? And why is the problem they are giving a solution should be solved?
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Effects of Market Conditions on: October 30, 2018, 02:02:52 PM
The current market uncertainty really worries me, BTC is very deep correction, it's like a spinning wheel and now all crypto or stocks are experiencing market sluggishness. Expert speculation was tested but the market is only predictable and not entirely true, and I still feel pessimistic for the end of this year, but hopefully it will improve again.

I am also starting to think that this year might not be a year for crypto. But if you are going to look in a bigger perspective, the prices of the coins right now is still much better compared to the previous years. This might not be a year for crypto but the other next few years may become a great year for crypto.
409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why would people want to adopt Bitcoin as a payment option? on: October 30, 2018, 12:04:56 PM
As of now, the reasons I know are first it is going to be easy for us since we don't have to convert cryptocurrency money into fiat money. Second, adopting bitcoin as a payment means bitcoin is receiving support from outside and I hope it could affect the price as well.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we about to see another dive in crypto prices? on: October 29, 2018, 11:51:55 AM
Trading volumes are at all times low plus stablecoin showing some concerns..  If BTC breaks through $6K mark, we might be in a free fall for some time again. Any thoughts?

I don't think you can sit back and say we might be in a free fall for some time again. Bitcoin and great altcoins are actually volatile and you really can't predict the right thing 100%. And the trading volumes does not have any correlation with the bitcoin and altcoin's prices.
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell bounty token at a loss? on: October 29, 2018, 11:49:10 AM
If you have free Bounty tokens, would you sell at a loss? It can have advantages or disadvantages to sell at a loss: to avoid more loss but also to realises losses.

Personally I would wait for a better overall crypto market and sell later, because it's a bear market right now. If price rises again you can make a better profit and get more money back per coin if you wait and sell later. Market recovery will be positive to many good projects.

What's your strategy to make most profits now?

It is a bounty token. You can't say you're taking a loss since you didn't put any money on it. The only thing you only loss is probably your hardwork in doing the campaign but technically you're not losing any money.
Anyway, if I were you I am just going to continue to hold until it becomes profitable.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: big red flag! - very carefull when trading on IDEX on: October 29, 2018, 11:45:14 AM
I think this should be mentioned here, as i found a very dishonest behaviour of idex which could affect to the trades of the most non experts. please take a look at the link to know more.

By the way.. if you want to have a great token in your portfolio, try to catch FTEC (if you can, as no one wants to sell... they will have all modules operating soon, and then, with its ridiculous low supply, it will be a blast..)

I ask a lot of people about that exchange and they didn't give a good feedback about that exchange site. It is better to stick around good exchange sites like Binance and KuCoin. But this is actually surprising because the only bad feedback I received from the people whom I asked is because the prices are low in IDEX.
413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Phillipines adopting BITCOIN on: October 28, 2018, 01:23:41 AM
My mother works for the government and there are no signs of any regulation as of now. The Philippine government is just telling the people who uses cryptocurrency to be aware of scams and make sure we do our transactions properly and wisely.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Gloom or Boom? on: October 28, 2018, 01:21:16 AM
If it's going to be a year of red, that is going to be fine for me. But I hope it goes up this December because it is going to be Christmas season and at the same time there is a lot of sales in malls. But if not, I am also looking forward to investments on cheap altcoins.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: High fees on some exchange! on: October 25, 2018, 12:43:21 AM
Altcoin nowadays are listed on some exchange which has high fees.  I tried to trade to increase my portfolio despite of this situation but still useless because of the amount of fee is when it comes withdrawal.!

Is this normal because of the current situation of market?  Or a normal amount of  fee especially if the exchange is not yet popular?

Could you please tell me what are the exchanges you are talking about? I never encountered such thing before in Binance.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When are we going to see an era like 2017 again? on: October 25, 2018, 12:42:29 AM
Virtually everyone is expecting another boom in the crypto space. We hope for another bullish market. The question we kept on asking ourselves is "When is bull run going to start?"

- 2018 does not really support the boom for most ICOs, unlike what we had in 2017.
- In 2017 airdrops were very profitable, unlike what we have in 2018, where most airdrops just seem useless.
... and the comparison continues ...

Despite all these, i can confidently say that, notwithstanding the bearish market, 2018 has been a very good year for both Traders and Investors alike.

The thing is no one knows when we can see another 2017 year for cryptocurrency. But we of course we are all hoping for that to come again. And we can't hope to continue for that to happen every year. Because when that happens every year, new people are going to have a hard time investing since the prices will continue to increase.
417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holders must remain calm on: October 25, 2018, 12:41:04 AM
That is indeed true. Whenever the prices go down, the people in this forum are also reacting to it in a negative way. The people must focus on looking for coins that are worth investing in that period of time and should avoid panicking. And some of the people are actually looking forward to dump their coins if the decrease continues.
418  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounty - Report Editing on: October 23, 2018, 10:40:07 PM
Hi,

I can't get stakes for the campaigns which I edit my report, I think I'm doing wrong, can you help me how should I edit my post? Should I quote insted of edit?

Thanks in advance.

I think it would be better if you check the rules again about your social media campaigns if I'm not mistaken. And to be sure, you should be able to contact your bounty manager.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: December is coming no real growth for alts yet... on: October 23, 2018, 05:30:32 AM
That is true but we don't have to worry because everything will be back in normal. The bounties that I have joined right now are focusing on the products of  their project so  it will have a great value when the price goes up once again. This means people are also adapting to what is currently happening in the market and this is good.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2 great coins to invest now on: October 22, 2018, 01:30:27 PM
Great coins to invest now :

POSS
https://mercatox.com/exchange/POSS/ETH

SPECT
https://mercatox.com/exchange/SPECT/ETH

At 24.10.2018 this coins will be added to ALLCOIN exchange

I would suggest you watch over waves and stratis. They're really good in long-term hold and as of now their price is really cheap so meaning you can buy a lot if you have extra money in your pocket. I've read articles about these coins and they're future monsters in cryptocurrency.
