401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple vs Ethereum on: March 30, 2018, 03:59:11 PM
This is what I think: Ethereum will survive and Ripple will die for sure. Why? Because Ripple is centralized. Just my opinion, though  Roll Eyes
I agree with you. In any case, the ethereum must survive, but the ripple must probably die.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: All in ETH now? on: March 30, 2018, 12:16:42 PM
ETH prices are down very low. Is this the right time to all in ETH?
It seems to me that the Ethereum has reached its minimum, and right now it needs to be bought. I can not say for sure when the growth of this cryptocurrency will be, but I think that by the end of the year exactly.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter banned advertising crypto currency on: March 27, 2018, 11:19:27 AM
LONDON (Reuters) - Twitter Inc (TWTR.N) will start banning cryptocurrency advertising from Tuesday, joining Facebook and Google in a clampdown that seeks to avoid giving publicity to potential fraud or large investor losses.
This gives us confidence that there will be less and less fraudulent IСO projects...
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No listed on coinmarketcap on: March 27, 2018, 11:01:29 AM
I noticed a lots of coin on exchange site which are not listed on coinmarketcap. Should I buy those coin/token?
In any case, it is better to buy those that are on a coinmarketcap, in order to avoid cheating. Although there is a likelihood of risk.
I advise you to personally study cryptocurrency before investing in it.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Goodbye Blockchain. Hello Hashgraph. on: March 27, 2018, 10:24:05 AM
Please don't shoot me Tongue  I too reacted the same way when I read the topic title.Infact, being an optimistic blockchain supporter,I didn't even bother to open the article until the geek inside me pushed me to.Anyway,I was surprised.I mean we should embrace the changes right ? Here ya go,welcome HashGraph.

For the lazy heads

The new consensus algorithm

Introducing Hashgraph – a fair and fast, byzantine fault tolerant consensus algorithm. According to the founding Hashgraph team consisting of computer science and cybersecurity pioneers Dr. Leemon Baird and Mance Harmon, the hashgraph consensus method achieves the following notable feats:

It’s fast: 250,000+ transactions per second and limited only by a users bandwidth (Pre-Sharding)
It’s fair: mathematically proven fairness (via Consensus Time Stamping)
It’s secure: bank-grade security (Asynchronous Byzantine Fault Tolerant)
Why is Hashgraph superior to Blockchain?
[read the actual article to know more]
I'm not sure that Hashgraph will be as safe as BlockChain. If it is less safe, even given its high speed, this will not allow it to outperform Blockchain.
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin investment on: March 24, 2018, 08:47:02 AM
I am new to cryptocurreny ,I am thinking of investing like 200$ into bitcoin but seeing the downfall in it should I go for the investment for a good future roi
Buy Bitcoin now, because it has fallen a little in price. Many people predict in the near future Bitcoin's growth in the price at times.
407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Phone version of Bitcointalk site on: March 24, 2018, 07:35:38 AM
I think we should have a bitcointalk site that is for phone version so that people posting or following posts here on phone can have an easy browsing of topics. Even in the phone when opening thid forum, it is still opening is desktop mode so I'm having difficulty posting topic and replying to it.
With the browser so you can go to Bitcointalk forum. Although I would like a separate application of this forum or a more convenient mobile version of the site.
408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin does not exist in the real world. How does it have a monetary value? on: March 24, 2018, 07:28:10 AM
Bitcoin has a lot of demand in the virtual world, so Bitcoin costs a lot of money.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Crypto end? on: March 23, 2018, 05:00:08 PM
I do not think that the cryptocurrency will end. Altcoins becomes more and more.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bittrex will remove 82 tokens on: March 22, 2018, 04:42:45 PM
The complete list of tokens that will be left by Bittrex:

  • 28 tokens will be deleted due to a faulty lock or if the project purse does not allow you to withdraw funds.

The rest are removed because no one needs (weak liquidity)
I believe that they are doing the right thing. Why do we need these meaningless cryptocurrencies?
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin To Buy Now? on: March 21, 2018, 01:30:12 PM
I would rather buy BTC and ethereum when the price is bud, waiting for the upward spike and selling it
I do not think that these cryptocurrencies are cheap.
I rarely buy cheap cryptocurrencies. If I think that the currency is worthy, then I invest a couple of dollars in it.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to pick best signature campaign on: March 20, 2018, 01:58:46 PM
What criteria do you guys use to pick your signature campaigns.  With some of them lasting 2-3 months it seems like a critical decision and I'm not quite sure how to go about it.  With all the scams out there I am fearful of picking a junker which not only hurts me but the people looking at my promotions.  I would like to have one picked out for when I switch over to Jr Member.

I advise you to check the rating of the campaign bounty. Also for me a very important factor is the design of the site. Also on the IСO website should be information about the creators of cryptocurrency.
I try to choose short-term campaigns that last 3-5 weeks.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: March 19, 2018, 08:26:43 AM
Recently Bloomberg posted the information that it took hackers less than 10 years to steal over 14% of all existing Bitcoins and Ethereum from the wallets of their holders. The total sum they have stolen is more than $1,2 billion! How to protect yourself from hackers attacks? Are you afraid of this stuff?
In fact, I'm afraid of hackers.
I think if they want to crack my wallet, then they will succeed. Even if my wallet is well protected...
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most alts are worth Zero on: March 19, 2018, 08:22:01 AM
due to many scam projects, and reduced investor confidence in an ICO project so that some coins are worth zero, investors are increasingly selective about choosing coins to make investment
It seems to me that scammers always are and will be. Every investor should know where he is investing his money. Therefore, each investor needs to be more careful.
415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many weeks or months before you earn money from Bitcoin or Bounty Campaign? on: March 19, 2018, 06:53:42 AM
In bounty campaigns in a month or two you can start earning some money.
416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google prohibits advertising Bitcoin. What will happen to Bitcoin? on: March 19, 2018, 06:47:27 AM
I don't think the Google's prohibition on  crypto-currencies and ICO advertising will have a strong influence on bitcoin and altcoins.
Their price has already fallen on this news. On the other hand, bounty hunters will earn much more, because the money invested in advertising will now go to them.

How can you say so mate? Google is the largest search engine in use now and not all but most of the people trusts google. If they would think that google sees cryptocurrencies as threats and scams and as a illegal activity, its worse than just an FUD that would spread very quick. Of course it would have an effect because media sources are the source of trust and interest. If people won't trust this technology then it will lose popularity and demand.

Price fallen, because people cant thinking. And very easy manimulate them! Read carefully! Google, twitter, facebook - prohibit only PAID ADVERSITING! This would be better for crypto. Will be less scam projects. But groups in twitter, facebook live and will be live as usually. Sites will be live as well, and google want not block search keywords!
But there are new cryptocurrencies, worthy of attention. Namely this ban gives them less method of advertising.
417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google prohibits advertising Bitcoin. What will happen to Bitcoin? on: March 17, 2018, 08:29:58 AM
When will this ban will occur and implemented? I'm annoyed with the sister company of google which is youtube that does have a lot of force ads that doesn't have any skip button. The last one I've watched the video few minutes ago before posting this is about a miner ICO, I forgot the name and it's a hell of 48 seconds ad without any skip button.
I'm afraid that Google is connected with Youtube. In this regard, it will be more difficult to advertise IСO.
Also in many bounty campaigns there is the opportunity to earn coins with the help of Youtube. Now, there may not be this possibility.
418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google prohibits advertising Bitcoin. What will happen to Bitcoin? on: March 17, 2018, 07:28:03 AM
Good for us because there will be no more scam ICO's popping up when we look for something like a cryptocurrency investment.
The problem is that fraudulent ICOs can be advertised in other ways. And In general, scammers rarely bought advertising in Google.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and too many participants on: March 16, 2018, 03:51:18 PM
Hello community!
What do you think about popularity of the bounty campaigns? I see many new participants joining bounty campaigns, especially Twitter and Facebook. With more and more new participants, we will earn less and less rewards, also many of potential buyers would rather join bounty campaign than invest to ICO - again less rewards for bounty participants.
I hope that we will see some regulations here and bounty campaigns be more strict in rules and they will choose only the best participants.
So, what is your opinion, guys?

It seems to me that managers should simply make a limit on the number of participants in the bounty campaign.
420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google prohibits advertising Bitcoin. What will happen to Bitcoin? on: March 15, 2018, 08:27:31 PM
Title here is misleading "Google prohibits advertising Bitcoin. What will happen to Bitcoin?"
They're prohibiting cryptocurrencies and related content ads, i think it doesn't affect bitcoin much, as bitcoin is already famous. ICO might be get hit big time and it's a good thing, there will be lesser or no scam ICOs. anyways decentralized advertising network already exists.
I agree with you.
I would say it's good that fraudulent ICOs will not be able to spread as much as it is now.
