When I enter my account thru the reseller portal it looks like my regular account.  Do the machines I buy normally count towards the ten?

Not too sure, I would think so if you bought using your reseller link though.
it looks as if someone was able to order ten thousand machines in there...that simply cant be right
http://reseller.kncminer.com/orders

Never seen that before, looks wrong.

I normally just go to: http://reseller.kncminer.com/orders/user click on the timeline i want to see and it brings them up.

What have you sold 12 of, Jupiters? or Neptunes?

One morning I got a UPS confirmation, then they arrived on the Monday.

I've sold 12 Neptunes...

I was surprised to see it myself, I guess it paid off to have the ad in my signature, plus I paid for advertising on an online classifieds called 'Gumtree' in Australia. That was best $27.95 I ever spent.
I didn't offer free hash, but I offered free support, setup and maintenance for 12 months.

Plus I bought one myself, but I didn't use my reseller link for myself... I forgot with all the excitement when they went on sale  Tongue

I couldn't be happier  if I get a bonus  Grin  that'll make 2 Neptunes coming my way

Nice work Merv! For the Jupes, i think they sent them after the 10 have sent, so presume it will be the same for the Neptunes.
It's such a great system. I worked flat out to get my Jupiters, but it's been worth it.

Just wanted to quickly chime in about my experience with Kncminer.

Last week I received my bonus units, after a few initial teething problems (mostly caused by me being thick) I got everything up and running, every unit exceeded my expectations apart from one which seemed to have a fault and eventually went pop on Thursday.

Thursday evening I emailed their customer service and they immediately raised an RMA for me, the board went out Friday and I just received confirmation that it was on its way back to me now.

Great service! Thanks KNCminer

Hi lemonte,

are you referring to bonus units for selling units as a re-seller?

how do you know when buyers through your re-seller ID got their units and then how do you know when you get yours?  Does KNC send you some confirmation that this is happening?

Can you see this in the re-seller portal?

Thanks
merv77

Hi Merv,

it shows in the reseller portal, should show how many you have sold. Once you sell 10 of one, you get one for yourself.

Thats great, I've sold 12 as indicated in the reseller portal  Shocked
but how do you know when buyers received theirs and you're going to receive yours?  Or you just wait for your bonus unit like a surprise waiting to be delivered?
Did KNC contact you and tell you they are sending you the bonus unit?

I'm excited in getting my bonus  Cheesy Grin Cheesy
Thanks for the quick reply Lemonte

Wakey wakey China!

Now lets see what happens..
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: December 17, 2013, 12:27:13 AM
Anyone have an inside scoop of when KNC will possibly list Jupiters? It will be Christmas in 11 days, then New Year's so anything to do with shipping will be delayed or who knows what. Are they thinking of releasing maybe this week, the next? I'm probably positive someone must have called them to ask. And most likely wouldn't post that "secret" info here.

I have no inside information, but I would hazard a guess at this week.

I am signing off for the night, all going too mental and is going to cause me to have a nervous breakdown.

I think things will be clearer when the Chinese wake up.

Let me be the first to draw lines of comparison between the smell of Heineken and mariGuana. These are a great combo.  Grin

As an American, let me also say that Heineken is (agreeing with Oda.Krell) no where near a 'crap beer'. For that try any of the old school big three lager piss beers (Bud, Miller, Coors...) that American was mostly known for in the last many decades (until we got some truly wonderful microbreweries, as mentioned).

http://www.gooseisland.com - Honkers is currently my favourite American beer.

Sorry, going really off topic. If anyone fancies it we could start a beer/ale thread.
417  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 16, 2013, 05:07:06 PM
Why does everyone hate Heineken.

It's one of the worst beers in the world that barely deserves the name beer.
If you have any respect for your taste buds you should limit yourself to Belgian beers and a select few from other countries.

There is only ONE good beer coming from the Netherlands and thats La Trappe.

I guess you're Belgian. Heineken's not bad and Heineken for bitcoins frikin awesome but if the Belgians know anything its beer Smiley

I'm Dutch.

Heineken is terrible. Belgian beer is typically superior to Dutch beer (though some nice Dutch beers exist).

There are quite a few nice Dutch beers, just Heineken is not one of them.

I don't agree with the sentiment that there are only a few select countries that produce good beer, though it does differ, based on what you are into. The key to finding a good beer is research and trying new stuff. I've been toying with the idea of setting up an online off license for craft ales where you can pay with Bitcoin, I think it'd work well.

you should also remember mtgox, what will happen when you cant withdraw money from exchange eh? Sounds familiar?

According to that 'fud' news chinese investors will have till spring festival to withdraw their funds from the exchanges, from what i can decrypt on google translate. So it won't be similar panic buy if ever this news is confirmed..

So what would this mean? No more chinese investors?

Is that worse case scenario?

Because I don't think that's such a horrible thing. Always seemed short lived to me.

If this news is true, my understanding is that all current services are stopped and only licensed exchanges will get new services. License will only be given to a few exchanges under regulations.
Moreover, if there're licensed exchanges, they will have no direct control of fiat fund and all the deposits will be managed by the third party institutions, most likely a government affiliate.

If this was true and exchanges were licensed it would actually be a great thing, it would likely encourage a lot more trade.

So have there been any indication of the Nov shipping being completed? Have resellers got their bonus units?

Got all of my bonus units last week Smiley
