401  Economy / Scam Accusations / BFL was a SCAM from the beginning -EXT HDD case being sold as a miner in 2011. on: August 21, 2013, 08:18:51 AM
I've see a shit load of users saying that they pay for a unit over a year ago and haven't received it.

Not sure how people didn't notice that they where selling an External Hard Drives case as a ASIC "The Single" device.

I was a Scam from the beginning, and smart one for Josh.

He began a site and began accepting pre-orders and promised to delivered in 3months and even offer an exchange.

Not sure how people didn't see it.
402  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BFL Extremely Abusive on: August 21, 2013, 07:51:37 AM
They've been taking pre-orders for ASICS early 2012, they have now taken more than 12-18 months to deliver on their products.

Of course, this is a lie.  Not a single order's scheduled delivery date is more than 10 months old.  Where you get the claim of 12 - 18 months is beyond me, but it's completely, unequivocally false (in other words, an outright lie.)

They been taking order since they started their Scam with a fake picture of an External Hard Drive case, telling people it was an ASIC miner.

Need Proof
403  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Cgminer 3.1.1 & Block Erupters Problem on: August 21, 2013, 07:01:37 AM
Im running 38 on single unit with BFG.

This is what I have in my batch file.
Code:
bfgminer -o stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -u CrashX.imgod0 -p fuckyou --disable-gpu -S all

Also go with Slush's Pool I have try BitMinter (which is my failover) but I get more luck and more payouts at Slush's.

Batch file for BitMinter using BFG
Code:
bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://mint.bitminter.com:3333 -u CrashX_imgod -p fuckyou --disable-gpu -S all
404  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Why is the demand still so high for Miners with returns like these? on: August 21, 2013, 06:54:46 AM
A lot of people go back and forth on ROI but the way I look at is, all I need to do is break even mining BTC with my block erupters. Nobody is going to make it rich with them but even as the difficulty skyrockets and bitcoin becomes unminable, I will still have the hardware in hand, which I can turn toward any alt sha256 coin. Nobody is considering in their ROI calculations that the physical miner itself has value. You can either sell it for cash or bet on its long term value for mining alt coins.

Erupters will give 0.005, right now. How long will it take to you get ROI back?

I have a few of them, I pay $75 on each... and its not looking good.
405  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Butterfly Labs Refund 101 - how to get your money back on: August 21, 2013, 01:09:42 AM
I was thinking about writing about. Since BFL fuck up in the begging it forgot to mention that the item will take over 30days to ship as required by State Law.
406  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Thought on the future of mining? on: August 21, 2013, 01:00:42 AM
its simple,

Mining it self its DEAD!

So if you just join the Bitcoin Rush, its to late, that mountain is empty....

The "mountain" isn't estimated to be empty until the year 2140 or 21 Million BTC has been mined... i still see mining as an option.

I am one of those hoping to get our Avalon chips so we can burn to our homemade and K16 boards... keeping the initial costs down to help return "ROI" which for me is all about stacking as much BTC as I can..

If Avalon does not ship and companies that develop next gen ASICs do not allow the open source community to work from their specs.. then yes we may never be able to mine again and the greed of a few will continue to hammer the "mountain"

Yes, Im aware of that.

I was saying that if   last year you invested lets say $2,000, you would of have made your ROI back and profits on top of that by now.

Now if You invest $2,000 you will NEVER make your profit back now. Therefore the mountain being empty to become profitable.

I purchase an Old Gold mine 2 years ago here in Arizona, it still has Gold but its not profitable to invest 10,000 to be able to mine it.
--- But I do go in their once in a while with some dynamite, I have so far only found a little bit, its verily covers the cost of the tnt. But its fun to blow shit up...
407  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: will the bitcoin reach $1000 one day...? on: August 20, 2013, 08:31:09 AM
I really think bitcoin will become exponentially more valuable than it is today.
However it has a lot more attention today, and as its userbase expands it will have a lot more people hoarding it. It may take a decade for the $1,000 mark, but it is imminent.
USD is base on Gold it suppose to have.
Today, like the currency of most nations, the dollar is fiat money, unbacked by any physical asset. A holder of a federal reserve note has no right to demand an asset such as gold or silver from the government in exchange for a note. Bitcoin and USD thus has something in common; except note that bitcoin is very limited in supply, and the government doesn't hesitate to print USD that it doesn't have.

Im afraid your wrong. Bitcoin its 010101's only its worth nothing.  IF you ever play an RPG game is the same thing.

Ask any person how much World of Warcraft Gold was worth 5 years ago and what is worth now.

Bitcoin and Playing WoW is pretty much the same concept except that to find gold in WoW you had to sit their for a while to find it.  Eventually they came out with WoW Bots that did the job for you ... same as Bitcoin a bot decoding encrypted files/blocks...

Dollar or any currency is 100% backed by Gold or valuable Minerals. When a country does an currency exchange they exchange by gold.

Lets say that Mexico Government  has  1bLn US dollar they will send it back to the US Government and the US will send 1billion dollars worth of gold or a some mineral they asked for.

Ask anybody that does currency exchange.

USD is base on Gold it suppose to have.

Mistypo: USD is backed not by Gold but by God, at least they believe

Not sure about that, I'm an atheist, so they better have a shit load of Gold in Fort Knox.  <-- I think that's where they keep it... Huh
409  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: will the bitcoin reach $1000 one day...? on: August 20, 2013, 07:19:47 AM
Never, Bitcoin is worthless.

USD is base on Gold it suppose to have.

Other currency are base on Land, Minerals, ect.

Bitcoin... Doesn't have anything to back it up. Its value because is base on Demand the second people stop accepting it, it will become 0's and 1's. That's it.
410  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie messed up on: August 20, 2013, 07:01:01 AM
Do you send it to the wrong person?
411  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: ASIC Mafia, Mining HW Ponzi scheme on: August 20, 2013, 06:49:16 AM
The problem is that when a company sells a ASIC Device they have already used it. (HOW LONG?)

I purchase a lot of 100 ASIC Erupter to my surprise - was that all of them had been open.

It has a sticker on each end of the Box that read Q.C. Passed, on every single box, one side was already open.
I contacted the seller, he/she said  We tested them, to make sure they where working properly.

I believe that BFL, Avalon, KnC, all are doing the same.

Here is how they work;

1.  They sell the device to customer,
2.  They use it first (tested them, to make sure they where working properly.)
3.  When they come unprofitable they send it to the customer who purchase it a year ago.

Afew of you might tell me that I'm full of BS.

But thinking about, if you purchase a ASIC last year and you would of have received it, how many BTC will of have generated last year? Compare that if you just got your ASIC.
412  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Running drivers off a computer? on: August 20, 2013, 06:35:02 AM
I've done this in the pass.

the ATI driver should be already install, the only thing you just need is the miner.

Most miners don't required you to install it.

So just get a bunch of 128MB Flash drives load the miner and an autorun file and connect to each computer. Then you will able to mine with all the GPU on each computer.
413  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: GPU is DEAD --- ASIC is taking over and Fast. on: August 20, 2013, 06:28:05 AM
GPU mining is only dead for Bitcoins. There are other coins out there folks.  Grin

True, but other coin are useless.

Bitcoin became the GOLD of all the other digital currency because companies began accepting it as a valid Currency.

Unless those coins jump high and price,  AND you could exchange it for REAL CASH, then it will be worth something.
414  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Thought on the future of mining? on: August 20, 2013, 06:18:50 AM
its simple,

Mining it self its DEAD!

You could mine other coins, but they aren't worth that much.

Bitcoin is dead, its takes allot of power to get a single BTC.

Yes you could get New Gen ASIC that will give 50+Ghps, but even so that will take you a year to get your ROI back.

The only people making money here NOW is companies selling ASIC Miners to newbie who are thinking that if they invest  $500, $2,000, $10,000 or more they could get their money back in half a year or even in a year.

But if you calculate how much those    ASIC are + power consumption + time/date when will you get the ASIC unit.

Yes its was great for those in the beginning when it was easier to mine.

So if you just join the Bitcoin Rush, its to late, that mountain is empty....
415  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why do I only mine at 3.3 Mhash/s on: August 20, 2013, 06:06:06 AM
Don't even waste you time on Mining.

Mining is DEAD, with all the ASIC units coming out in the last few months it has become unprofitable to do so.

You could invest $50 for an Erupter that will give you 336/Mhps, it will take you around 2 years ATLEAST to get your money back.

Example:
I have been mining with one Erupter, I have so far made  BTC0.06 ($6.00 USD) been mining for 1 month.
416  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Are USB Block Erupters USB 1.0 Compatible? on: August 14, 2013, 08:37:17 PM
They should be... I know it works on 2.0 and 3.0

Thanks for your help. I got bfg installed and wrote the bat file. when I ran the file it gives the message that I don't have permission to open COM 3. I have the  drivers installed and can find the devise in the device manager and there are no settings for admin. any ideas?

419  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly labs did everything they could to make getting a refund impossible. on: August 14, 2013, 07:14:23 AM
I dont agree with your logic.

.....

Therefore in the end

a) i dont lose i got my money back
b) paypal doesnt lose they get their money back
c) BFL doesnt lose because they were selling promises, not an actual product.

1. Its not that easy, unless you go to a different location to use it, like your family house. Then your good .
As a Buyer on eBay I have won multiple claims, like from crappy chines clones to phones not working and so on.
As a Seller I haven't lost any claim I make sure I get Adult Signature and its Insured on every single thing.
I do trust PayPal, but I never keep more than $200 inside PayPal.

2. Most likely BFL account is frozen and the you can't issue partial refund, if it is, or they are telling BS, have you try sending them a money request?
Also have you talked to PayPal call them, tell them that BFL is trying to issue a Partial Refund and the system wasn't allowing them to do so. They will give you details as you have transaction with BFL.

3. PayPal will always accept money, even if your account is Frozen and/or Limited. Then they'll send them a check after 180 Days. And remember that Negative Balance is on the Buyer Account, not on BFL account.

They can't they need to follow Federal Banking laws,
(Its like having a Bank of America Checking Account that just went negative, they can't access your Bank of America Credit card to cover that negative balance.)

Weekly Order? You could take the money out the second you get it.
