Don't you ask yourself what their incentive is to stay anonymous? I do ask myself that question and most of those teams answer that they do it because of the legal environment. That has become boring though because as long as you comply with the law on a minimum level you don't have to fear to be sent to prison. Why anonymous? What's the reason? If their platform offers benefits and people find out about it this could turn into a huge snowball of success. There are a lot of problems with renting that are waiting to be solved! In my life, I constantly face the problem of renting, it would be great if all this became much easier! I am also all for it. It is not that easy though as there are a lot of things you can't manage with the help of a smart contract. Excited to see how they account for all those problems in their system. Of course, this is not easy, but I hope that everything will turn out, because many people need this idea  The thing is people should ask themselves which problems they really have in those contractual relationships and what a solution could look like. As a next step you could ask whether you think that a smart contract might be able to model a solution for the problem in the form of executable code. If not then there needs to be an added solution layer for that to still make the system superior to what we have today. |

I have studied the project and completely I support it. I consider that Freeland and MFC are excellent attempt to come to more best society to most of which of futurists of all times aspired. While the idea is interesting, I don't understand how this is going to play out in the real world. Where will your project "take place" so to say? Only on the blockchain? But you will still be bound to the real life rules. The state of the future is a service company. The citizen-client's location will not play any role in further times. You are only partially right. The price of houses in all countries has an economic relationship. This is part of the gdobal economy and much depends on the refinancing rate of the dollar. Come on man, if we break it down the core message is that nothing in the world is as connected as Bitcoin. Plus it is much harder for anyone in the world to value a Bitcoin compared to a house. You are right in regards to refinancing dynamics, but that's still much less of a dynamic issue than a globally decentralized permissionless neutral network like Bitcoin. |

Although a further listing on Bittrex would anything but hurt. It's still a great place to trade at and has decent volume. Are they still trying to get STORM listed there? Of course every high volume, reputable exchanges are needed. I don't think they can tell anything about specific exchange. Usually they cannot because of non-disclosure agreements, but I hope they share the info as soon as they have it and not capitalize on it themselves before investors have a chance to do so. |

Right but you don't possess a home for speculative reasons. Most of crypto is possessed exactly because of that and that's why it is extremely volatile. Apart from the housing bubble we saw back in 2008, the real estate sector is by no means as volatile as crypto. That doesn't mean your project makes no sense, it just means that striking the right balance to get your business going sustainably is extremely hard. And maybe still too early because of the extremes we are seeing on a daily basis. However, giving it a try also means you are among the first who can collect valuable data about how things should or could be done.

Why Ethereum still not upgrade to POS. We have been waiting for so long time
Because making changes that are as huge as switching your algo takes much time. You couldn't honestly expect an overnight change and you would be surprised by the time they have already spent and the time it will still take to roll out. I would say give it until Q3-Q4 for the roll out, but even then don't hold your breathe. Has it been set in stone that Ethereum goes full POS? Isn't there still the possibility that they will go with a hybrid system or has that been ruled out? |
