It's already affecting it. China has huge population and if 1% of that population get in to crypto, it will increase the overall capitalization and steer development. All origination expenses the asset owner has to pay in fiats. The exact amount of fees will depend on the asset class and smart contract details.
I did't get something right. I thought that all the costs would be exclusively in LAT. It will definitely be, but not in the very near future. LAToken must show the success of their LAT as a means of payment to the general public, not just to crypto-currency fans, like us. I think it will be in three to five years maybe. |

Latoken promises to 2025 possible growth to 5 trillion $ capitalization. It's not "fast steady growth" it's rocket jump to Jupiter.  I think that scenario too optimistic. I prefer not to overstate expectations, sometimes i deliberately underestimate them. Pleasant surprises are much better than bitter disappointments.  Even if only half of the scenario come true, it will be amazing I think it's better to use a logarithmic scale here. |

It is more habitually to use Apple like example for me, but it suits your "gold" question too. When you invest LAT into shares you get special token (for example LATAPPL - LAT + Name of the company you invest into). Let's look at the example: 1. You buy 1 LATAPPL for 100 LAT and buy exactly 1 LATAPPL. 2. Apple shares get +10% in 1 month as you say and you decide to sell you 1 LATAPPL. 3. In this case you receive 100 LAT you invested before + 10% benefit. Total: 110 LAT. It's just not clear for me yet. If i buy 100 000 LAT GOLD, i own the value or 2 Oz of it? 2 Oz. |

I hope you understand that there're now 100% strategies when we talk about investments. But you can double your LAT (for example) and if LAT itselfs also doubles in price you get x4 profit. (if you sell your LAT after you close the deal) So there are no sense for LABT, you can just sell asets for LAT! LABT makes sense only if it's not staying the same price for one LAT! It's quite impossible when real estate becomes 2 times more expensive. |

Is that allowed? This should strongly depend on local laws. It is possible to really own only a small part of real estate in some countries.
