402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bahrain allows regulated crypto payment gateway. on: September 22, 2022, 09:58:39 PM
This is too small news that can bring an end to the winter market, as others have rightly said, acceptance is far different from adoption and this news can not have any significant effect on the market.

This is no different from the other payment gateways that we have around and this type of development can only make bitcoin services to only become centralized and controlled by the government since those payment gateways are developed to follow government regulations.
403  Economy / Gambling / Re: Euphoriabet.io NO KYC Crypto Esports Betting and Roulette on: September 22, 2022, 09:05:12 PM
I haven't looked into the content of the site yet, but I recommend hiring a manager who can manage the announcement. This way it comes across as simple and cheap. Players are very critical, this way you run the risk that players choose not to visit the site because the announcement looks too simple. I assume they are new to the forum, so I think they still have every chance to make a nice project out of it. Has anyone played on the site yet?
Most of the established and reputable casinos in the forum today started on a similar note with ops, so I will like us to be friendly with ops and try to share our feedback and suggestion in a way that will motivate them to stay and build their presence on this forum.

You have suggested rightly for them to hire a professional manager to manage their presence on the forum but as a new casino, there can start by managing themselves for now but should update the thread with all the necessary information as suggested by other users here.
404  Economy / Speculation / Re: What can we expect from this statement of Michal Slayer.. on: September 22, 2022, 08:38:13 PM
Bitcoin is a speculative asset and at that anyone is free to make a price prediction but the reality is what matters, Bitcoin is a highly volatile and unpredictable asset and for a prominent personality like Michal Slayer a pro-Bitcoin and a stock market analyst whose company revenues starch in Bitcoin, it clear that he may have misunderstood the concept of the market.

I won't say he is trying to spread any false predictions as what he predicted can become the reality if all odds work in favor of his predictions, but then again we can rely on just a comment of a Bitcoin holder and basing any investment decision on that since he is just speculation the price of Bitcoin in the next 4 years or a decade ahead.
405  Economy / Gambling / Re: Will duelbits pay 20k bet? on: September 22, 2022, 07:08:58 PM
You need to mention which games you played first, then does it's possible to bet $20K on that's game? if it's possible then I will say Duelbits will pay the winning amount regardless how big or small it is.

If the account have done suspicious activity or breaking their rules, of course it's the right of Duelbits to give appropriate penalty e.g. ask KYC, confiscate the funds, freeze the funds, terminate/ban the account, etc.
The fact remains that as long as the player wins the $20k fairly without any fraudulent act he will be paid, and if such an amount of winning is not available he will not be allowed to place his bet in the first place.

For a casino as big as duelbit paying such a small amount is still within their reach without any hesitation and the highest thing there can demand the player go through verification of his account.
406  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 22, 2022, 07:01:00 PM
.
Either the man is really a bit stupid, or he is just an ordinary manipulator.

Manipulator 100% verified.
“Either stupid or manipulator”. Why not both?
No one listens to that crap anymore, he is just fooling around, as usual, he knows he is less relevant and outdated with wack with no knowledge of what Bitcoin stands for!
407  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 22, 2022, 09:42:44 AM
Jamie Dimon saying that Bitcoin is a decentralized Ponzi scheme can’t be good for the price in the short term. Longer term I think this could be the beginnings of signs that we’ve reached bottom. Maybe not the exact bottom, but when you’re looking back on a 10 year chart it will look like the bottom where you should’ve started buying and stopped selling.
More buy order and less sell orders, stashing my Bitcoin portfolio for the long term we wish to see this bottom once again 10 years from now when the fuds get intense that is an indication that the lowest bottom has been reached.  When you hear such negative comments about Bitcoin in a middle of a bear market then that shows that the anti-Bitcoin crusaders are losing the fight and their hold on the price is getting weakened.
408  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin hit 2022 low again? on: September 20, 2022, 05:44:18 AM
We never can tell what direction Bitcoin price will go in the remaining 4 months in 2022, Bitcoin price is hard to speculate and that is why you should position your portfolio in a way that whatever the outcome maybe you will still be in a fair position at the end of the year.

Bitcoin has seen worst market conditions already this year and the $17k price was dip enough to be the lowest level Bitcoin could fall back to in this season, but then again anything can happen so we shouldn't base our argument on that but if I must also choose I will choose no as we already saw the worst market price stage at the moment.
409  Economy / Gambling / Re: Will duelbits pay 20k bet? on: September 20, 2022, 05:23:43 AM
If someone bet high amount (20k)+ on this casino and win  like 2-5x time more his money.

would the casiino pay him or find excuse not to pay and ban his account?

What made you think that way, are you speculating, or are you worrying, are you not aware that they are one of the top advertisers here in Bitcointalk through a signature campaign and so far there's no legit complaint since they launched a casino that is big as Duelbits which have committed themselves to be the best casino in the industry will honor their commitment whatever amount it is, just enjoy playing have peace of mynd Duelbits will always honor their commitment just play clean.
I believe ops have a genuine reason for asking such a question, but what is don't understand is why ops mentioned duelbits in the title of the thread he should have just generalized the question and not mentioned any casino name unless he has a withdrawal issue on the casino otherwise he can get all the terms and conditions on the site and if that amount exceeded the maximum withdrawal amount it will also be mentioned of the site T&C.

But Btw Duelbits is a big casino and they will pay such an amount as 20k if the player won the amount genuinely highest thing is that they may ask for ID verification from the player that is all.
410  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: September 19, 2022, 08:52:15 PM
I don't think there is anything wrong with the sense question after all this is an owl ANN thread, but the problem is how sense arranged the question and the way he put it to the public makes it look as if his withdrawal has been delayed by the casino and even if that is the case he should approach the casino through their support.

Anyways am hopeful his issue will receive adequate attention here and he should be attended to by the team by now, but if it persists then he can return here with more proof and response he received from the support.
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CZ claimed Layer 2 isn't really needed yet on: September 19, 2022, 12:39:03 PM
Link where CZ said that Layer 2 isn't needed yet, timestamp of the video too. Cause I don't trust or think CZ would say something like that.
I was about to ask the same question because in the space we believe in verifiable information and a link to the source of information is highly recommended.

Even though I have been looking around to see critics of the network transformational the ethereum network and CZ is one individual that many believe have technical knowledge on network layers operations and their vulnerabilities but to this time I have not read or watched any comments as regards this and we're.
412  Economy / Gambling / Re: I beat Duelbits on: September 19, 2022, 11:12:45 AM
It feels overjoyed when you win for the first time, after playing for several months without a win. The single winning would make you forget how many times you have bet and end up losing.

Congrats OP for the wonderful winning. I can see the excitement. Bet again and make sure you bet higher this time for much profit. Don't forget to share the news with the whole world(lols).

What an ironical statement, the ops does not consider some factorsbefor making this thread, and a $300 win is still considered a small amount to give it such a big title or create a thread, and to a good extent, he did not beat the casino.

And even if he won $100,000 and still plays on the site he has not beaten the casino and the only way to beat them is never to return to the casino after a big win but not an amount such as $300.
413  Economy / Gambling / Re: Professional Roadbike Cycling on: September 19, 2022, 09:57:56 AM
There has to be someone determines the odds of each biker, who could do that?
That could be handled by the casino house that houses the game unless it is a physical cycle ride and the management will determine the odds given to each rider.

This game is quite unpopular and it can be misunderstood by many but a user already suggested some casino that offers cycling games and I know the odds will be specified on the site, just read through the thread to find that suggestion and try to read their rules and odds speculations.
414  Economy / Economics / Re: Rebuttal: Rich Mindset vs Poor Mindset on: September 19, 2022, 05:46:40 AM
I won't categorize the two classes opposite each other and try to compare them! No that is not what I will do, but the place of personality and desires is what makes the difference between the rich and the poor and even the average class

I wouldn't say anyone is born poor since we are born with the same brain capacity and 24/7 time allocated to everyone but what you do with this feature is what determines the direction your life will go let me not also dive into motivation speaking but being realistic here, anyone can become rich or poor it depends on the actions and inactions.

One may not be born with a silver spoon but one can create or buy his silver spoon, what that means is that your birthplace and position can be a foundation of your existence that but don't determine the direction your whole life will go.

So in conclusion what becomes of your life is not a question of where or the class you are born into, but what you do with the resource that is in your hand which is TIME.

If you invest your time into meaningful things such as education, skills, and management you can escape whatever limitations that you may have been born with and the same goes for those who are born rich of there is no proper management they can still become poor so it all depends on the individual mindset.
415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's faceless identity is the greatest Bitcoin success strategy on: September 19, 2022, 05:10:06 AM
I think Satoshi’s faceless identity gave a great boost to the success of bitcoin. The fact that the creator of bitcoin chose to remain anonymous despite the fame and gain the coin has gathered over the years. Most likely, if the creator wasn’t keen on remaining anonymous, the coin wouldn’t have retained the value it has attained today. Surely it can be considered as a success strategy but definitely not the greatest success strategy.
True, Bitcoin have become stronger without Satoshi presence in the community and that have also given Bitcoin the image of the uncontrollable network since there is no known figure that controls the network and no constant changes that could undermine Bitcoin security such as what we may witness with ethereum proof of stake algorithm.

Satoshi's unknown identity has also given Bitcoin more legitimacy from investors and that is why Bitcoin has remained the dominant cryptocurrency up till this very moment.

416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Merge Success on: September 18, 2022, 08:55:29 PM
Ethereum Merge Is Done and considered successful, Do you think Ethereum has the solution Bitcoin needs and is this proof of ETH Next To BTC after a normal market?
What problem do you think Bitcoin has that ethereum will solve, this merge is just between the ethereum network to another network that will help their proof of stake con censorship and this has nothing to do with Bitcoin and its proof of work algorithm that is one of the main characteristics of Bitcoin.

Let's not shift our focus too quickly and begin to undermine Bitcoin network capability to solve whatever network problems you think Bitcoin may have.
417  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does anyone think it will be much harder to buy bitcoin later on down the road? on: September 18, 2022, 07:56:20 PM
With advanced technology holding Bitcoin will become easier and more secure, I believe it is very easy to own Bitcoin these days already as one can easily buy bitcoin from an exchange.

As time goes on it will become easier to own Bitcoin, even if its worth rises to $100,000 or above, with advanced development coming up daily one will soon be able to buy and hold Bitcoin on their cards and will be able.to easily swap it to whatever currency of choice.
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: September 18, 2022, 07:45:49 PM
It's a Real Madrid game without Benzema, and I'd like to see Carlo Ancelotti put his strategy into action when he loses his top striker. Of course this will add to the work of Real Madrid, but we know how Real Madrid is without a Benzema. I'm sure Ancelotti has prepared for this, so we'll see if the strategy works well or not.

And Rodrygo is the strongest candidate to replace Benzema up front
Looking at the line-up against Leipzig yesterday, in today's match against Atletico Madrid it is likely that Carlo Ancelotti will again use a combination of three strikers Rodrygo, Valverde and Vinícius
The last time Real Madrid lost 0-1 from Atletico last season, and this will be the first meet between the two since the new La Liga season, opportunities for revenge are open for Real Madrid.

Carlo Ancelotti will be facing a small dilemma to see how well he can fare against opposition teams without his key striker, Benzema is a key player for Real Madrid and he will be missed in the game but I trust Madrid will cope without Karim Benzema in the game. Hazard can be a top striker for the game, one way or the other Ancelotti's tactics can still pay off for the team.
The game is already in favor of Real Madrid as their are in early leading with a goal difference, the first half is almost over and with the level of energy displayed with skills by real Madrid players am sure their are good without Benzema.

And if their ability to win tonight's match it will show that the club is prepared and has filled the gap Benzema left behind and am still of the guys that they're going to conceive more goals in this match since their opponent seems to have lost the energy for equalization.
419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: In your opinion is this the end for Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency? on: September 18, 2022, 05:37:46 PM
Bitcoin with a trading volume of 26,128,439,654 dollars can not be said to be doing any time soon, as Bitcoin has faced so many attacks from regulators and individuals who hate Bitcoin, and even though Bitcoin have been subject of attacks from environmental crisis such as the covid 19 and climate change.

Bitcoin will always become stronger at whatever level whether at its all time level or the lowest of the bottom, let's allow the network to develop and this is the original Satoshi view and aspiration for Bitcoin, Satoshi have it that all the external factors should be sustained and Bitcoin network getting adapted to it as time goes on.
420  Economy / Gambling / Re: OldChief.casino ⭐ DICE, WHEELS & unique SNAKE ⭐ Bonuses⭐ New and fast growing ⭐ on: September 18, 2022, 04:42:12 PM
Didn't know this but maybe that is true because why we can access sites who are supposed to be blocked when we use a VPN? Maybe what can they only detect are the default IP address that we are using or the ones who came from our ISP.

The scenario that you describe there did already happened to one gambler here on the forum and guess what? He found a nice way to get out of this problem. He has a friend who currently resides on other country which is luckily supported by that casino he is playing and he made his friend completed the KYC for himself. He only tip his friend by some cash after the job was done. What a guy.
Your friend was lucky to have a friend on the other side who can help verify the ID for, I believe such a scenario doesn't happen in every cases, sometimes the gambler may be unable to verify their account and all funds in such account may be held back by the casino.

VPN usage comes with its own risk, even though the casino may not know if you are using it or not, but your problem will arise when you win a big amount.

So unless one is willing to bet with a small amount, that way the casino may not take interest in your case but who should know that casinos have the right to demand KYC verification at whatever time we need to be ready for it
