It is no brainer if you do the research properly. Instead of proving/wasting your time whether the project is legit or not , ask the project to prove it legitimacy and evaluate it. Do not be fooled that anonymousity is necessity of crypto, No company (whether it is doing ICO funding) can remain anonymous and it need to be registered somewhere in some country. At the moment , there are projects that are anonymous , I think that they are now plenty of good projects and I do not see that projects come out anonymous, now I think it is necessary to regulate the cryptocurrency as many projects are engaged in a Scam!
