If a user have a few accounts it may be a reason to investigate his betting history. If it turns out that he bets using schemes and tries to circumvent the ToS - it will be a reason to close his account. The only case when matters if withdrawals amount exceeds the deposited one - is when we calculate a refund for a closed account. I didn't withdraw more than I deposited so I should be able to. It seems you only voided the winnings and not the lost bets so obviously the account would be 0 balance but that is not fair and not what is written in your Terms and Conditions.

There are cases where a player manages to win unfairly (we won't be listing ways how, obviously), and to withdraw his winnings - would it be legal? no But if he has a few accounts for some reason, and he don't bet on the same event, don't receive welcome bonus twice and etc. - he won't be having issues.
