My wallet is out of sync,too.  Just ignore the wallet syncing, no new block is generated so it shows as not syncing. Looking at waffle multipool I don't see an option of X11 mining (as I write this they mine litecoin which is csrypt, and I don't see how my GPUs are competitive against dedicated Scrypt miners that are entering market right now). That in itself is holding me off mining in multipool, though I do plan to mine Dark, Hiro (which are X11) and then selling them to get ShareCoin.
All those 1000 ShareCoin owners should point their recourses to suck all other altcoins dry and buy Sharecoins. That would create positive upper pressure on ShareCoin pricing.
And as long as there is no miners to dump we should be alright.
Mining at Wafflepool using scrypt algorythm will give you Bitcoin, the Bitcoin will be used to buy ShareCoins. So basically, we are mining other scrypt coins, sell them and create positive pressure on ShareCoin pricing. Currently, there is no stable x11 mining pool at the moment. So if we want to have a X11 multipool we'll have to do it ourself. x11 and sha256 multipool may be added in the future. Is there anyo0ne whose application was been approved and shown in Tracking and latter on its removed or disappeared?

Question: it says that I need to have my signature include my Sharecoin information for at least a week -- does that mean on launch I won't get any coins since launch is less than a week away? :x
I fit all the other requirements, but just found out about this coin today.

I've just done a quick check. There are 2310 applicants right now but less than 1,000 are qualified. The rest are just clone accounts. A list of qualified and disqualified accounts will be published before the distribution. So you don't have to worry about those fake accounts. Just make sure that you only apply once. If you try to apply multiple times with different accounts, none of your accounts will receive any coins. |

No, you will get free sharecoin for just submitting the applications. The multipool is for people who want more ShareCoin. BTC mined from multipool will be used to buy ShareCoin on exchanges and sent to them. |

Don't try to apply multiple times and you are 100% sure that you are qualified. If you applied multiple times already, just remove the signature from your clone accounts and you are good to go. |

I have been pointing 30 mh at the multipool for 12 hours. I would like to know aprox how much will be the amount of SHARE i will get. I'm thinking that if multipool starts buying on 5 when you distribute the coin, prices will be really inflated and I will get little SHARE for all the hash I'm bringing...
I already mentioned that I will start buying at 1 satoshi per SHARECOIN and move the price up gradually. All the trades informations will be published on the homepage. at 1 satoshi per SHARECOIN??? it is so low.. Trying to maximise the amount of sharecoins the miners on the multipool are getting... good for miners... bad for dumpers... lol! Keep up the good work dev! I want to know how many sharecoins the hashrate is 1m??? who can tell me According to wafflepool, you will earn around 0.02 BTC for mining with 1MH/s for 5 days. If dumpers are willing to dump all their coins at 1 satoshi, you will get 2,000,000 ShareCoin for mining 5 days with 1 MH/s. |

Anyway, I originally applied with this account but didn't see my name pop up. Tried Firefox and that didn't work either initially.
So I applied with another username that my gf use rarely. Saw that it worked so I was happy.
Went to my daily job. As soon as I got off, I saw the "clone" or "multiple" accounts being disqualified so I double checked to make sure that two of our usernames weren't in the database, but it appeared that my username and her username were registered. We both have the same IP address and she uses my computer.
I messaged the OP and explained the situation. I even removed the ShareCoin signature from her account to make sure that there is only one account registered with ShareCoin to make sure that we get the coins. (My gf and I have discussed that we will split the stake if the OP is worried about 2 accounts on the same ip and computer)
There is only one account registered with ShareCoin and the other account is already not qualified due to the signature being removed.
Anyway, this account is the only one that is currently in green on the ShareCoin website and the other one is in the red.
I really hope that the Dev is fair. Will keep you updated.

If distribution starts in 5 days, but I still have a 6 day countdown, will I be able to get the coins? I would think so, but just in case.

ah ok.. so i dont need to do anything else now that i applied? how many coins will there be and how many stake holders? im assuming theres no limit on how many can apply for coins? and that the total amount will be split evenly between those who have? or is there a limit on how many applicants there can be?
Coins are split evenly between all applicants. There is no limit number of applicants but those who applied multiple time with multiple accounts will be disqualified. |

Will there be some stakeholders list? I dont wanna miss this coin, is one of few decent around here  Just be honest and don't try to apply multiple time or you will risk losing the opportunity to get ShareCoin. Because if the app detected you applied with multiple accounts, none of your accounts will receive coins. |

As I mentioned earlier. All ShareCoin holders can buy shares from the exchange with their ShareCoin. By keeping shares, you will earn a percentage of revenues from the exchange. There is also a market for you to exchange Shares into Bitcoin. Thanks and Good Luck but you know dear the stake-holders at that time have two choices ,the first one is POS interest 30 % and the second is to buy EXGs Share...so if the revenue is better than POS interest i am sure many will go with the second choice. Yes, they can choose to buy or not with their ShareCoin, it depends on them. |
