401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not asking for the best altcoin investment, but....... on: March 06, 2019, 07:10:23 PM
I currently hold some very good coins and made a fortune in 2017 but lost most of it due to the crypto winter... But... now is a great time to stocktake and fill up on more good coins !

My question is.. what's your coin of choice that was very high in price back in 2017 (compared to now) that is most likely to to see massive gains again when the Bitcoin bulls return again soon? I recall BCH doing quite well compared to its current price, for example..
Same encounter I had in 2017, which mine was out of stupidity and greed, I didn’t withdraw them as at when due hoping to see more increase till I got the reverse but most of the coins I have them are what I still bought and holding because I am sure they will rise again and give me more than what I failed to withdraw then but current ones I have and trust for now are Bitcoin cash, Dash, Neo, XRP, MTC and BNB. I believe strongly n these coins though for both long term investment and also short term investments.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you Please Guide me Which is the Right age to start Crypto Exchange Business on: March 06, 2019, 03:28:51 PM
I would like to start a bitcoin exchange and investment business. Though I had lots of confusion, when and how should I want to start my business?  I'm looking for some proper guidance, could you people gave me some suggestions about crypto exchange business. Waiting for your valuable responces
There is no age that is not right to start a business provided you are matured enough to know what the business is all about.
The most important thing s to fully have the knowledge of the crypto currency industry and how it operates, once you are fully aware of this, then you are good to go but I will advise anyone below the age of 12 to get their parents or guidance involve but still have full control of the business.

Also for a novice, I will advise you jettison that Idea for a more easy business till you fully understand how crypto exchanges work which requires lots of knowledge,  you can start by pattering with some of these existing ones around you to really learn about it.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to the moon analysis on: March 06, 2019, 02:46:11 PM
i'm one of the lucky users who invested in BNB in the summer of 2017.
since i hodl my bigger bag and enjoy myself again and again as the course keeps rising.
the 0.003BTC was reached tonight and when the dex officially starts it will continue to go up.
i am very happy to have invested in BNB for ~2 years  Cool

i see BNB in the top5 cmc in the near future  Grin

In that case, it was a very good investment decision. Well done!  Cool
However, I think that predicting the place in the top five is a very optimistic version. Unfortunately, but the competition is very strong and if BNB reaches such a high position ever, it will take a lot longer.  Roll Eyes
It might not really take that long as you think especially now that Binance is gaining so much ground and strong investors especially with the introduction of their little trading fee  and stop loss tool which is attracting lots of traders like me to their platform.

Virtually everyone is porting to Binance platform now and it’s just a matter of time before they get to the top, the market is quite unpredictable, I have seen some coins rise to top 20 that I don’t even expect that they will ever get there even in 20 years’ time.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash getting closer. What next? on: March 06, 2019, 02:16:15 PM
For me bitcoincash just a forkcoin and its backed up by whales on cryptoworld, but ethereum is useable for ICO and thousand project with erc 20 token, in bullish market ethereum will gain more than bch
Ethereum will surely bounce higher but I wonder why Bitcoin cash is performing better than ethereum till the extent of getting close.

Well, both of them with their own different purposes, probably bitcoin cash community are quite stronger now and because of the transaction fee and volume involved but with time ethereum will outrun it once it goes towards bullish trend. I think it is also time to invest in some BITCOIN CASH.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Side-chain 2.0 for Dummies. What is it? What does it mean? on: March 05, 2019, 06:43:44 PM
As a developer myself, I find it hard to explain to newbies of crypto when they ask me about side-chain and how it works, I just tell them to go study from google to know what it is, most of the time I tell them to forget about side-chain and just learn about the basis of crypto and how they can earn money in the crypto ecosystem, but I see this article as a good one and will show it to newbies that are interested in learning all about side-chain and how it works. Kudos to you.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto trading bots - 3commas, cryptohopper. on: March 05, 2019, 05:06:20 PM
IMHO there is no sense to sell bot if it is profitable) Why just don't use it and get more profit)
In fact, today there is a lot of information about the positive trend in the use of trade bots, which means that therefore their price is really solid. Thus, I would like to say that if there are prospects for the use of the trading Bot, then it is really better to use it in a round-up and make a profit not only now but in the future, rather than receive a one-time income from the sale.
in my opinion, no bot can do the work that an experienced trader does. On the basis of But, we must work on the cryptocurrency market ourselves in order to gain experience, Let it not even be active. In any case, we must learn even from our mistakes.
My friend bought one bot to test. Not this just another one. We tested it a little bit. Even with the bot you must understand what are doing. You must make proper settings before it becomes profitable.
I have not personally used a bot to trade crypto, though I use for forextrading but my friend that is into forex trading too has been encouraging me to take advantage of a bot services since I am a busy man but I think I will rather prefer to use my manual trading because one of the bot I used then was from the beginning highly effective but suddenly went off the server and since then, I have not heard anything from them which made me lose some money too.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum upgraded as Constantinople, St. Petersburg go live on: March 05, 2019, 03:51:52 PM

I am not one of those who would believe whatever comes from these banks.

Cryptocurrency is not a threat to them now because of the bearish market but I remember clearly that in the year 2017 when Bitcoin was skyrocketing along other coins they were greatly threatened because most people removed their moneys from banks to go invest.

These big banks started fighting bitcoin and was really against it adoption because they fully trust that the total adoption of Bitcoin with the level to which it rising would cost them to lose a lot of customers
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market correction before bull run on: March 05, 2019, 01:47:42 PM
We are on the stage of longest correction and the only way to escape this scenario is to wait. It would be better if you just trade actively to multiply the number of your holdings for a larger profit when the bull run comes. It may take time but will be worth it. Just go with the flow and trade wisely, you will surely never miss the train if you just keep yourself updated with technical and fundamental results.
That is basically what I do now while we all wait for the bull run to come, trading is the best, in fact, it is best to trade during this correction time, most day traders takes advantage of this to make money though trading has to also be done this period with so much care as you said in order to minimize unnecessary risk which sometimes it is inevitable no matter how guru you think you are in trading even when you apply the fundamental and technical analysis to your trading.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has the crypto market reached its bottom yet? on: March 04, 2019, 07:06:43 PM
I would like to understand the general sentiment here from people who gather lots of crypto-related info from various sources.
A lot of crypto will still want to test some prices below what they presently are on now before they can finally confirm the safest place for them to stay, so I do not really think the market has reached the bottom line yet before the bull run starts.

Just like bitcoin, there might still be little series of test before it can have a safe place between 3k to 5k usd but it might want to still test the 3k price and has bitcoin prices slowly continue to descend other crypto currency too may beginning to see or reach more bottom.
410  Economy / Economics / Re: Are off shore bank accounts worth it? (US citizens) on: March 03, 2019, 05:49:14 PM
of course it's safe, provided you put it in a trusted bank, I think some countries have some very reliable banks, so you are safe to save your money in foreign banks
It is a good point to keep it a safe bank outside your country but at the same time it’s possible you also have banks that are trust worthy so the basic thinks to look out for is the necessary benefits of banking outside your country of residence and one of this benefit is the interest that is paid from the deduction of taxes, and the fact it offers flexibility in terms of account usage. So, you can put this and many more into  consideration and say it is worth it
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Somehow tired of bounty/airdrop (share your story on this thread) on: March 03, 2019, 05:02:22 PM
I was a person who likes to take part in bounty and also airdrop. but after a few months I did it, I seemed to be bored. the reason I stopped following the bounty and airdrop was because of uncertain pay, some even got a scam.
I think that following a bounty and also airdrop is just a waste of time, because the payment is not worth it.
but that does not mean I speculate that bounty and airdrop have a negative image, because only in part people or parties do negative things.
What if he doesn’t have any knowledge of trading, or are you surprised that not everyone doing bounty knows how to trade ? There is no relationship between both, except he wants to commit another 6 months of his time learning to trade and one to year to perfect it, the question is what will he be doing if he leaves the bounty, the best he can do is to start learning it now if you strongly advise him for it and still be hunting bounty at the same time. He can use one stone to kill two birds.
412  Economy / Economics / Re: The harmful affect of a continuous downward movement of the Bitcoin price. on: March 03, 2019, 04:05:11 PM
I have the same perspective with you though, I understand so well that the continuous downward movement in Bitcoin price is not good because it discourages some investors and incoming investors but selfish people like us want it to go down very well so we can buy as much Bitcoin as we can, this is because i so much believe that no matter the amount it goes down to it will surely rise above its last highest limit.

I will encourage investors to see this period as a time to accumulate more Bitcoin, buy as much as you can so as to be among the billionaires Bitcoin would be raising in the nearest future.Just don’t be in a hurry for it to rise but have the hope that it’s a good investment to do.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HCC (health care chain) ?.? on: March 02, 2019, 05:32:17 PM
any discussion on this?? it is a token?  for health care?

how old is the project?  I saw it listed at Binance Undecided Undecided
It is a token I don’t think I have interest in because I have read their article and it doesn’t seem to me like a project that will see the end of the day, I am not spoiling their market, and this is just what I feel.

One health care coin I invested so much in last year(Docademics) is still struggling to rise after the price seriously crashed and this is a project people really admired and invested in, if docademic is still struggling to rise which is the best token for now when it comes to health care, talk less of a coin that is new in this bad market time, I don’t think you should invest.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What new categories of bounty would you like to see? on: March 02, 2019, 05:02:31 PM
We are preparing for our ICO launch and I would like to take a step further and engage the existing and upcoming bounty-hunters with a personal question.

When you participate in a bounty programme it normally offers the classic categories: Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Signature, Translation and some sort of content creation.

Is there a new kind of bounty you would like to pursue?
I am not just looking to see a new category of bounty but we just need a lot of genuine bounty in our space, imagine spending a lot of time doing promotions for a platform and they end up sending you coins that will never have worth even in years to come.

We need bounties that people can actually use to make a source of leaving for themselves and not just hoping that the 2 bounty would pay you out of 20 done.
415  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I still do not Understand buy and Sell Walls on: February 28, 2019, 09:53:02 PM
This is not a big thing to understand, it's just one of those slangs used in crypto by the users especially those who knows how to trade or have a knowledge of crypto trading. Buy wall is just a huge buy order at a particular buying range. For example, a buy wall can be set within the range of $100 to $120 with lots of orders in order to take the price of the coin/token to the price set by the buy wall. This is also same for a sell way but this time sell others are created.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Need your advice on: February 28, 2019, 09:38:17 PM
i have lots of coins like your flexx. i was having more than 25000 dollar with these shitcoins last year. now they are 1000 dollar.
i lost most of money in these coins.
That is quite huge amount of money to invest in one coin, like the adage says in my place, never keep your eggs in one basket. What you would have done is to invest the money into lots of coins. Imagine that you invest in 100 coins with such amount of money, I believe there is no way all of the coins will later become shit coin, at least 40% of those coins would have given you your investment back by now. Also try as much as possible to study the project and the team before making such investment.
417  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto arbitrage for noobs on: February 28, 2019, 09:27:37 PM
Find a coin with price difference on two exchanges then buy fro exchange where the price is low and sell on the price where it is selling high, just simple though.
if trading with a system like this is very slow to get results, because the price difference is not so big. maybe it's better if you trade by following the trend of rising new coins, this can be more profitable for us. this is only an input if you disagree, it's okay. if we observe rising terraces usually move very fast and the price difference can be very high. isn't this a very attractive opportunity for traders.
Crypto arbitrage is actually not so slow in getting result and the price difference is not necessarily sell, it’s about choosing the right coin and the right system which in this case is the exchange, this is the main reason why this systems looks slow to lots of traders/ investors out there.

Most of the exchanges need a few days to be able to validate deposit and withdrawal and sometimes network could be down or wallet being maintained. To enjoy crypto arbitrage and get a fast result, it’s best to mitigate risk by using well known exchanges with large trade volumes.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum back in number 2 on: February 28, 2019, 09:09:26 PM
It has been seen that Ethereum is back to number 2 coins that are very good at the price and interest of people in the world. time to see prices rise again this month or a few months ahead. I can't wait for prices to rise again.
ETH is already on the second position in the list of the top coins. Ripple is outshined by ETH this time and I believe it will keep on staying on the same position as the price rises further. So this all gives the indication of the fact that the value of investment could really be replicated several times if you invest now at this value in the market for long. ETH has great potential.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mobile or card ? on: February 28, 2019, 08:51:23 PM
I will prefer to use NFC since I just have to bring my phone for the payment. However, I notice that there are not many merchants accepting NFC in my country. So, I will opt for both the debit card and NFC.
Yes you’re right , I think it is best to opt for both of them, though that would be if you can deal with the cards cost. Mobile seem to be pretty much better if it would be accepted in lots of places , you can just scan and make quick payments. If not, then card is the better option where there isn’t a lot of stores accepting it.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not yet an end for crypto on: February 28, 2019, 08:41:49 PM
Of course, this is not the end of crypto, it is just normal market cycle to have bull and bear periods. If you look at the historical graph, you will see that bear market happened a few times before this.
Well this is more like an opportunity to invest in this technology. Trust me it has a great future. The pace at which it is expanding is not letting me think for a while that it will vanish from the market but would rather take on the entire market. By December 18, 32million Bitcoin wallets were setup globally. &.1 million active Bitcoin users were recorded. And the leading exchange that is the coinbase had as much as 13 million users. You cannot deny the importance.
