401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: stop the unnecessary blame on gambling whenever you get unlucky on: January 30, 2024, 08:07:14 PM

When it comes to the "blame game" it's always easier to blame everything and anything else than accepting the blame on yourself. But that game ends once we grow up and take responsibility for our actions.

Gambling has been seen as a very dangerous thing...

And gambling can be a very dangerous thing for people who don't understand how easily they can lose everything they have. I mean, it's again about responsible gambling, but we know that some people are not responsible and for those people, gambling can be a very dangerous thing. As I said many times, it's all fun & games as long as we gamble with money we can afford to lose, but when people start playing with amounts they can't afford to lose the problems will start. The more they lose bigger the problems will be. In the end, they can blame anyone but the blame will be on them.

So the point of the story should be simple, play with the money you can afford to lose. Only like that you can relax and have fun while playing some of your favorite games.

I'm thinking about them that how are they giving up 1080% bonus per month isn't that too high? I would also like to know that what would be the wagering requirement to be able to withdraw the earnings and the bonus? ...

They need to do something to attract users, so giving a huge deposit bonus is one option. As panjul mentioned, the wagering requirement will probably be around 50x, which is pretty high but acceptable. Given the bonus, it might be interesting to check them out.

It took me a while to figure out where the 1080% bonus came from. It's the total bonus:

BC.Games have the same one:

So it will be a lot more than x50 rollover, there's a formula for that. If I remember correctly when we do the math it's around x400 rollover, depending on the games we play it can be lower or higher.

Well, after this one I expect to see some casino similar to BC.Game & Coins.Game. Just a day and a few hours left...

403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If a addict lives within, which method would you choose to help them on: January 30, 2024, 03:15:23 PM
...
Which do you think it's best? Some people do think that been soft and gentle will be more effective and some people think that been harder on them is the real love here, they need to make them stop by force.

What do you think?

There is no universal answer that can be applied to everyone! Each person is unique, what works for one person may be counterproductive for another. It is also very important which "family member" we are talking about here, we have a different approach if the person is younger or older, a child or a parent.

You already know that person, so figure out the best way to influence that person. If you are not sure, try nice words first, and if that doesn't work, try being a little rougher, if that's an option at all.

404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are every activities/competitions with stake known to be gambling? on: January 29, 2024, 07:23:37 PM
Me: Gambling is a game of chances to winning or loosing where stakes are involved. It is an activity of personal desires to decide if you derives chasing after profits or catching funs.

Gambling is when we risk something we have to gain more... gambling is when we risk what we have to gain something else more valuable. So we go to work and we risk our bodies & minds to make money? Don't you think it's gambling? For me, it is... because we can make more money, but we can lose something else more valuable in that process.

So life is a game of chances if we look at it carefully. You can win some girl or not? You need to make a move and risk something, are you ready to do it or not? You can get something or you can lose everything... Life is one big gambling game, we either play it and make chances for us or we quit.

If we don't play/risk, we don't have a chance to win anything. If we try it we have a chance. Simple as that.
405  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why do many people fail in trade? on: January 29, 2024, 05:25:02 PM
I see a lot of traders who fail in this field, because they do not have patience and consistency in learning...

I think you answered your own question. There are many reasons why people fail to make a profit in trading, but probably the most common reason is a lack of patience. We all want to make a profit, and most of us want to make it as quickly as possible so we make mistakes. Been there and done that, when we hurry to make a profit we make a lot of mistakes, and in trading mistakes cost money. I lost a lot of money before I found what suits me and my temper, now I trade only with BTC and my trades are mid to long-term trades.

406  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰 What's Your Top Pick for Crypto Casinos in 2024? Share & Discover Hidden Gems on: January 29, 2024, 02:00:21 PM
Is that last one Starbets.io?

Pretty decent names on your list, but if you had to choose only one for features and only one for safety, which would those be?
Or maybe you have one brand that has them all. Smiley

Yes, I meant Starsbet.io. It's a dividend-based casino, one of the features I like. Since their beginning, they have been working on their site and they are making progress, adding new in-house games from time to time, and new depositing options. I think they are on the right track for now, there are a lot of things to improve and I think with time they will become a lot better and probably more popular.

Wolf has a unique expert setting for dice and limbo, which is very attractive. Sportsbook and third-party games make this place an all-in-one casino which is great for us who love to play different games.

In every casino, some providers are not available for players from all countries. In my case, those providers are Pragmatic, NoLimit, HackSaw, and a few other providers. There are no restrictions at Metaspin Casino, I can freely play any provider and any slot, without using a VPN.

I have been active in some of these casinos for years with many deposits/withdrawals... I have never had any serious problems in any of these casinos when it comes to that part or any other. So I couldn't choose just one casino, I like all of them and I visit all of them from time to time.

407  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ THE ULTIMATE BITCOIN CASINO GUIDE ⭐ CRYPTO AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR 🏆 on: January 29, 2024, 07:55:11 AM
Many new casinos were added in recent weeks/months - not all of them are great!  Wink

https://www.btcgosu.com/review/dailyspins-casino/ - Metaspins sister casino, trust them for sure

Like a twin sister. Smiley At first glance, only the colors are different. I like Metaspins, I play there sometimes, one of the few places where there are no restrictions on slots for me, I can play them all. They also have nice bonuses occasionally and often give some free spins.

The first deposit bonus with x40 rollover and 200 spins looks like a pure classic. With a bit lower rollover I wouldn't think twice about trying them, but like this, I will have to think about it.
408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is addiction bad only when it is a problem? on: January 28, 2024, 05:30:53 PM
...
So I am need to know, is addiction only bad when it is a problem?

Any addiction is bad and will cause you problems when you don't have money to finance it... Gambling addiction (or any other addiction) will not cause you any problems if you can control yourself and your actions. Simply said, if you know your limits and if you know how much you can spend you will never have any problems, it will be all fun & games! But when you start spending more than you can afford to lose problems will start to pile up. That's the moment you start digging your own hole. So if you don't stop on time and get yourself together you will find yourself in a deep hole, and that hole can be so deep that it can be hard/impossible to get out!

409  Other / Off-topic / Re: Having a regular/steady income is important as a gambler. on: January 28, 2024, 04:21:41 PM
A gambler who has a steady and regular income can have the possibility of winning because his gambling habit can not affect his personal obligations as a man even if he's an addict...

The chances of making a good play are higher if the player has a clear mind. So those who play without burden and thinking about "what will they do if they lose" are always at an advantage over those who tremble before every bet. I think we can say that a "clear mind" is important whenever we make some money decisions, so it's not surprising that we have more chances for success if we gamble with a cool head.

We all are addicts, but not all addicts are responsible. Those who have steady and regular income can be more relaxed about some things, but in the end, we all need to know how much we can spend for fun & games! If we get in over our heads that can become a problem.

410  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Island in the Philippines, Have you ever been there? on: January 28, 2024, 02:44:55 PM
IMO it won't attract tourists only because it accepts crypto payments. How many crypto investors travel all around the world and want to use their bitcoin to pay bills? Investors wanted to keep their bitcoin safe while they were ready to use fiat or stablecoin for payments. Perhaps integration of stablecoin payments or any point system where bitcoin holder will get a discount based on their holding incase they want to share that data publicly. This is just a base idea that can be restructured as needed but something like this can be attracted for crypto whale tourists.

I think this island is on the right track, many people have made a lot of money in crypto, I guess we can say that many people earn good from many crypto projects, so why not spend some crypto holdings? I think this is a good way to attract crypto enthusiasts, and maybe even to make some people more involved in crypto. It's easier and cheaper to move and pay for things in crypto, so instead of having a bank card and paying high fees for abroad transactions some people can decide to take crypto with them.

It's a good sign, people all over the world are starting to recognize crypto and the potential it has.  I believe that we will see many more places like this one popping out around the world, crypto havens.
411  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io| 💸Join BetFury Crypto Staking |🔥Get the highest APRs – up to 60% on: January 28, 2024, 01:12:55 PM

If BFG team list there token on a good exchange like Gate.io, Kucoin and any others like this with high staking APR then they can get some potential investors for there token and if there token can achieve a good value on the crypto market then it will good for there casin site too because it will automatic marketing for there casino platform. so they should care there token price to survive on the competitive crypto casino market. now many crypto casino site are promoting them in very active process to attract potential gamblers but BFG are decreasing there reputation for there careless activities.

You are right that if BFG would get listed on some big reputable exchanges than that would help to give the BFG price a boost. As the mining stopped (already some time ago), it seems the casino is focused on further improving their casino and not really on the BFG tokens anymore. A lot of people would be happy if the BFG price would be higher but I don't agree that the low BFG price really impacts their reputation.

I don't think that the BFG team exists, there is a BetFury casino and a team that runs that casino... As it's been said many times, they made BFG give back some passive income for active and loyal players, and BFG is doing its job. So I doubt they will "work on it, improve it, spend time on it". Listing in larger exchanges may affect the price of BFG tokens, but that has nothing to do with advertising the casino itself and all the features that the casino has. I am sure there are better ways to advertise BetFury as a casino with all the things they offer.

Well, we can't mine BFG as we used to do before, now we can get BFG from rakeback and cashback. We get to choose to claim them in the coin we played with or the same value in BFG. I liked the old way better, but it's what it is... Betfury has experienced many changes during all this time, and it certainly has much more to offer now than at the beginning.
412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The "loaded slots" scam on: January 27, 2024, 10:10:57 PM
...So the term "loaded slot machine" does not apply at all.

This term, or we can call it a myth, was very popular in land-based casinos. I think we had a thread or two with a similar question, and the answer is still the same, this is just a myth nowadays. Before, the early and mid-90s when I played in small casinos with slot and poker machines it was a big deal to play on a "loaded machine". That means that someone lost a lot of money playing a specific machine, so anyone who sits after that can be a big winner. But keep in mind that old machines had a different set-up, and special device to program how much that machine can give. Today machines are different, and when it comes to playing online it's almost impossible to apply this to an RNG program!!!

Things were different 20-30 years ago... and many people, including me, believed in this myth. But nowadays with the new technology, this is not possible, we all depend on pure luck when it comes to playing slots!

My preferences might change over time, but these are my picks for now.
Let's hear about yours! Smiley

I'm sure that your preferences will change over time, it's like that in crypto. New casinos bring new excitement, I remember playing at BitStarz years ago, Betcoin.ag was famous (still is), Fortune Jack, and many others, but I moved on and now some other casinos suit me a lot more. So the top picks can change, and I guess it's a normal thing.

In the last few weeks, I was mostly active in a few casinos, BC.Games, Coins.Game (but that will probably change due to some accusations), MetaSpins, Wolf, Starsbet. So these casinos are my top picks. I never had a single issue with any of these casinos when it comes to deposits/withdrawals, promotions & bonuses. Old and reputable casinos are great, but sometimes it's good to try some new casinos and take advantage of their bonuses that can be great.
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2 years old kids alone at home for hours, while the father goes gambling on: January 27, 2024, 07:21:09 PM
...
Luckly there was an attentive neighboor to call the police, otherwise the dangerous dog or any other potential threat on the streets could have severely harmed those kids.

Luckily... this is a story with a happy ending.

But the reality is sad... these things happen often, and sometimes the ending is terrible. The first story like this one I heard (or maybe read, or saw on the news) many years ago (+20 years), when a woman left two children in the car while gambling in a casino. As far as I remember, it was somewhere in America, summer and high temperatures took their toll and those two children did not get away. The woman gambled for hours and completely forgot about the children in the high heat locked in the car.

Since that time I have seen many similar stories... something I can't fully understand, how much someone needs to be "mentally fucked up" to do something like this? I have two little kids so these stories hit me, I can't imagine how someone can do something like this.
415  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO | SPORTSBOOK & CASINO on: January 27, 2024, 06:13:01 PM
...
Denis should be more active here especially when there is on going unresolved accusation like this.
I checked casinoguru, there are also some other unresolved complaints but seems that coins.game are also not active at casinoguru.
Of course there are also some resolved complaints although most of them are resolved directly at the casino without any answer from coins.game at casinoguru.
I cant say anything more about the latest complaint by gekkebelg, since it is hard to judge who is wrong and who is right.

Geeke is a serious bettor, as we can see from the screenshots he shared, so I doubt that he cheated. I am not a judge here either, but I tend to trust Geeke more than Coins.game about this matter, their silence speaks for itself.

...
They are going to have to work very hard if they want to restore their reputation and with the way they are currently behaving it will cost them more harm than good – right now they have 4.1/10 on casinoguru [and yet haven’t responded to case that are still open].

Even the case here in Bitcointalk was handled unprofessionally – claiming that @Gekkbelg cheated their sport book, and despite all the questions raised by other users they didn’t respond. If the Op of this thread should receive a negative flag I won’t be surprised.

Well, the red flag is coming if they don't wake up. I follow Geeke scam accusation thread about his case. He said he will give them a bit more time, but he is not optimistic. I am not sure what Coins.game team thinks about this and what they are planing to do about all this, but definitely, they need to wake up and do something quickly.

...

You need to create a scam accusation thread. It's disappointing to see all these accusations in the air without any answers.
416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the definition of a Gambler? Do you consider yourself as a Gambler? on: January 26, 2024, 09:44:41 PM
...
What do you think about yourself and how do you want to define the word Gambler?

I am a gambler. Gamblers are people who know that everything is gambling and that there are odds for everything. Things can happen, or not... we can win, but we can also lose. We know that there is no 101% sure thing, even 99.9% to win can fall in the end, and we know that the lowest odds can turn to win. It's how we see the world around us.

And gamblers like to make bets. Gamblers have favorite games and favorite odds... responsible gamblers know how much money they can spend on gambling, others will learn about it or will get in trouble. It's not so complicated, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, gamblers know that... and some gamblers like to play against the odds, push the limits sort of speaking. But we are not all the same, every gambler is unique in his own way.

Good luck all the players out there! Smiley
417  Economy / Gambling / Re: MetaMask Crypto Casinos on: January 26, 2024, 07:50:47 PM
I don't need a casino with a strange system and other.

I already like with current system, the most important thing on casinos is (easy to withdraw and deposit). That's all another a good point, people love to play with a casino who have less strict on (KYC) topic.

The headline is totally misleading...there are no MetaMask casinos, there are casinos that allow us to play if we connect MetaMask wallet, or some other wallet, at the moment there are many of them! But Ethereum fees can be so high, so I am more for BNB chain wallet or Tron (but I don't use Tron as I used to).

Logging in with wallets can make things a lot easier, deposits & withdrawals are instant. I played in several casinos with a browser wallet and had no problems, no one ever asked me for KYC. I started with TronLink, MetaMask was interesting before ETH fees started to rage and I moved to Binance wallet... Now many casinos offer different options for logging in and maybe most importantly we can choose different chains for depositing & withdrawing, which can save us some money!
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Older men vs Younger boys in gambling, Which enjoys Gambling for fun the more? on: January 26, 2024, 03:51:29 PM
I enjoyed it when I was young and now when I am almost 40... but it's not the same kind of enjoyment, and now I am not risking as I used to. As we grow we get to experience different perspectives, and that change our behavior and way of thinking. So I am not sure who "enjoys more", but definitely there is something in "young & crazy" and in "old & wise", when we are young we hurry and run and there's some fun in that, as we get old things become slower and we don't have the same expectations.

It's not the same when we are young and old, years matter, so each of us needs to experience it and to to enjoy the moment while it lasts!
419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you preffer your dealer talkative or not? on: January 26, 2024, 10:38:15 AM
I believe it depends on my mood whether or not it's me getting more talkative or just want to focus and concentrate on the game. My personal preference is leaning more towards to not being talkative because I don't really want to socialize but to play and hopefully win. I would be more accepting of a talkative player next to me, but it depends on what he/she is talking about.

Does anyone here want a talkative player next to you?  Huh Cheesy

Well, the majority of people probably wouldn't like to have a talkative player on the table. As you said, it depends on the mood, and sometimes it's nice to small talk with people at the same table, and make a comment about some hands/deals and how good or bad they are, but to have a talkative guy on the table that doesn't shut his mouth would be a such distraction.

Since I play online, sometimes I like to listen to music or some show while I am playing in-house games... even when it comes to live tables sometimes I mute them. So I wouldn't like to have a talkative player next to me definitely.
420  Economy / Economics / Re: The world's logic favours income makers, not the savers on: January 26, 2024, 07:46:49 AM

Moral of the story: don't save money for more than one month. As soon as you accumulated some amount of fiat, put it into an investment and make it generate passive income for you, although you should avoid banking investments, since they usually pay below the inflation. Go for Bitcoin and assets when there isn't enough money to invest in something bigger. There is no assurance you will defeat the evil rigged system which smash common citizens, but at least you will be trying to overcome it...

I agree with your conclusion, saving in any fiat is wrong, in the long run it will lose value. But luckly, investing was never easier... I guess we can thank the internet for that, everything is available and easy accessible. It's hard to beat the system and make a break trough, but I think that crypto is/can be a game changer for many of us. Unlike some other investments it doesn't require a middleman, we can do everything ourselves.

I started learning about these things late, but financial education is very important. People should start learning about this from the early ages.
