401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think ? Is this an opportunity to get in or get out on: May 18, 2019, 06:05:48 AM
the answer is in your decision, you have to determine whether this is an opportunity to enter or actually to leave, I believe this is the best moment to make or increase investment. You better not leave now.
And besides it's your money that you'll going to use, if you see advantage and opportunities so best to buy in and start investing your money, but if you feel that it's just a hype that eventually will trapped you out and sucked your money then better to leave it behind and forget about it, this venue of investment is for those people who have a good skills analyzing the situations and knows how always in the advantage positions.
402  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will spending Bitcoin actually be bad for the price? on: May 18, 2019, 05:24:46 AM
I think it is not because the more people will use Bitcoin for their actual spending is the more the people will keep Bitcoin for their future spending. The owners of the commodities will replace their stocks using Bitcoin too so it will be a never ending economic cycles therefore it is ok to use our Bitcoin in spending.
With different types of people's points of views, using bitcoin with your merchants only gives ideas to others how this payment currency works, it will adds interest and possible to bring more people to actually using this system, the only thing that will affect the price is when every holders from the business sectors who will cash it out altogether after seeing good value amount.

The real essence is to be useful and being adopted, the volume will define the actual value after.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP buy now or wait for more dump ? on: May 18, 2019, 05:11:08 AM
hi guys
do u think its a good time to invest in XRP at 4500 - 4700 sat or wait to 2000 - 3000 sat
because last time XRP dump to 4200 then explode to + 10000 sat
I think you have to diversify your investment like buying every price drop. Prices today will surely be much lower compared to future prices so for me it is reasonable to buy now. As long as we have the opportunity to buy then why not if we have funds? Waiting for the lowest dump will just waste your time so much better to grab every opportunity XRP has given to you. In my case I don't like centralized asset so I prefer Ethereum, Dash, Litecoin and Monero instead of XRP.
If you have some funds that you can allocate then its better to buy each time you see opportunities, the backdown is a good sign that it can grow
back once more, you need to assess well and always use spare money whenever you aren't sure about your investment, taking the risk is not that
bad as you can generate possible profits if the trends move to favor your position.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: pump end or only correction? on: May 18, 2019, 05:01:07 AM
This could be a bear trap.
There are two factors leading to the current decrease in price of cryptocurrency.
One is due to the late investors who made a 10-20% profit and went with cashing it out. Another is the whales trying to buy coins for cheap price for the last time. If you are a regular user than holding is still the best idea. I don't feel it's worth selling your bitcoin anything below $10K.
If you already hold for some time, then it's best for you to hold longer and wait for much higher value, if this current fall is just another trap for weak
holders to let go of their coins, and for those panic investors who bought when fomo's is ongoing and now are willing to sell out even with certain loses, whales are having so much fun seeing them being shaken and afraid to lose their entire capital.

Observe and not to fall quickly, if there's no real issue behind we can consider this as a temporary dumped that will be possibly followed by a huge pumped again.
405  Economy / Speculation / Re: How are bitcoin and alt price charts connected? on: May 18, 2019, 04:47:19 AM
If alts dump, especially the shitcoins bitcoin does not really move with it.  Conversely when bitcoin moves in big jumps or drops it has a significant effect on the alt prices and volume.  Most people are in a hold pattern but wake up when btc moves.
Mostly happened, each time bitcoin pumped that hard most of the alts are being pumped as well, supporters who earned from bitcoin investment will make some moves for their favorite alts and make a good run to it, diversion becomes very usual inside this market.

Bitcoin break the silence and all the existing quality projects will make good bounce.
406  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dangers of a HODL’er: on: May 18, 2019, 04:17:12 AM
Despite the fact that HODL is at first glance a very easy strategy, it also has its own difficulties. Not for everyone is suitable. I also had a bad experience using this strategy.
The application of HOLD certainly requires a strategy, it is not as easy as the theory that only buy crypto then HODL until the price is high, then sell and generate profits. The theory is like that but the reality is not as easy as theory, because it requires several supporting factors that not all can or do have.
The first factor is of course capital, because you don't know crypto in HODL when it will go up, of course the money used must be really safe money. Another factor is the ability to analyze the prospect of crypto coins, then must have patience and confidence that crypto will definitely rise. Trust is the most important, because HODL will succeed if it focuses on that trust.
Patient and trust, understanding the potential and building a much better strategy while you are in this system of investment, Holds when you have a good overview of projects that you think that will bring good opportunities, and like what you have said you need to have a good system so while you are in the process of holding you can do it much better when you really trust the coin that you are holding.
407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2018-2019 betting on: May 18, 2019, 04:09:02 AM
My picks for today:

I'm backing the Bucks to extend series score to 2-0 today, and with the hope they won't find themselves in a situation similar the first game in which they were behind for majority of the game, I also think it's going to be an high scoring encounter as well.

Pick one: Milwaukee Bucks To Win and Total Over 216 @ 2.65

Pick two: Milwaukee Bucks -2 in the 1st Quarter @ 1.91

Good luck!
Congrats buds, you win both of your picks bucks really made the statement today, not giving any opportunities for raptors unlike game 1 where the raptors almost win the game, today bucks played a solid team game they've shared the ball well and every players have the chance to shoot, interesting if how
raptors will change tempo of this series going home in game 3.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Still mining burst? on: May 18, 2019, 04:02:50 AM
Now it becomes very crowded. i have already quit.
Burstcoin Mining Return on Investment (ROI) Calculator
https://www.minesomeburst.com/mining-burstcoin-roi-calculator/
Thanks for sharing this, reading most of those replied only gives me an idea that there's nothing left for this coin, maybe you need to consider other
coins around, you need to review and research every opportunities for this kind of investment.

Burst value nowadays is still far from its last time ATH, doing the calculations will help you to decide if you still wanted to consider mining this coin.
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How did today bullish trend affect gambling! on: May 17, 2019, 12:07:57 PM
And so the bullish trend continues, I'm sure most gamblers are not reluctant to play with their bitcoin,  Grin. So for me the best options is altcoins, you can't go wrong with Ethereum, Litecoin and Doge. I would rather hold my bitcoins for now and hope for a good profits in this run continues to at least $10k.

Why do you say so?  Ethereum and other altcoins are going through the same market condition bitcoin, why then do you prefer to gamble with them than Bitcoin.  Do you just feel bitcoin is too valuable to be spent, more like keeping your diamonds/gold and trading with silver instead?
Hmm. Did you read my comment was like 5 or 6 days ago? When the price of other altcoins has not been pumped? Of course, everyone here treated bitcoin like that. It's the best performing asset so far and would remain like that. And besides, I'm on the negative side right now so I would rather quit at this stage wherein we are in a bull run and save some. Grin
Much better, if you are already satisfied with what you are seeing even you are in the negative side, you should decide according to what you understand, this current sway makes investors lose or for some who also take the advantage of their knowledge perhaps they are in the positive and storing more coins for much longer time frame and continue to enjoy their investment journey.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: should hold or sold BNB ? on: May 17, 2019, 11:55:52 AM
you can hold a half , and the other half you can sell.
But, BNB coins is one of the cryptocurrency that promising now.
You can hold until the next bull run.
Good idea, you can split if you are planning to let some but likewise this coin is one of those good projects that have a lots of
potentials to grow, the platform and the usage of this exchange coins makes it valuable, holding while the market is again trying
to rise high, needs to decide according to your sentiments it's hard to listen to anyone.
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to buy? on: May 17, 2019, 08:51:26 AM
the price of bitcoin drops for almost 500$  so it is better to acquire it before the moment that the price raise again so that at this moment the price is around 7900$ you will be able to gain if it will raise to around 8000$ again.
It's good position if you are aiming for long term, this current market reverse will give investors enough time to buy and add more coins inside their
wallets, but always to make sure that you have a good target exit so whatever happens you are willing to hold until the value ain't been reached yet,
always position yourself to the market where your knowledge can be your advantage.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves will replace ethereum on: May 17, 2019, 08:22:04 AM
the transaction speed of waves is indeed better than ethereum, but there are still many other things that make waves difficult to replace ethereum. maybe some time later there will be a surprise from waves.
They are different platforms that are beneficial for different type of developers, soon ETH can be replaced if new platforms adds a much secured and better transaction service, for now both still doing their purpose right.
Good point, it can be replaceable when new created projects has been developed to be much better than the one who's already been existed, there's a lots of ambitious developers who's always trying to compete with ETH and they are trying to fully upgrade what ETH team already offered, but till now most of those developers continue to work with ETH platform as it's already have a good reputations inside.
413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finally $200 billion total Marketcap is achieved. on: May 17, 2019, 08:11:07 AM
I went to sleep yesterday, and then the market cap was $260 billion and the Bitcoin exchange rate was around $8,000. When I woke up 7 hours later, the market cap has declined to $220 billion and the Bitcoin exchange rate has plummeted to $6,800 per coin. What's going on here? Then I checked websites such as Coindesk, to get an idea about this crash. The only interesting news I could find was the decision by Judge Joel Cohen of the New York Supreme Court, who asked Tether to freeze its loan and the line of credit that was provided to Bitfinex. But I don't think that this alone can cause the crash.

In my opinion, retracement begins now. Its good to market because in bitcoin history, after a huge move, there is correction or retracement and its healthy to market to have strenght before bullrun starts.
With this current conditions, new investors who's aiming to invest will have enough time to buy in and make their investment, it's an open market to both short term and long term investors, the retracement that's been anticipated usually create more interested people, while some of those day traders already cashing out and enjoying the profits, the sway will continue to bring more positive things to those believers who keep investing and trading.
414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop chasing the "next" bitcoin on: May 17, 2019, 08:02:07 AM
There is a lot of propaganda going on against Bitcoin, dished out by the altcoin lovers. The most vocal argument is that at $8,000 per coin, Bitcoin is too expensive compared to the other currencies such as Litecoin ($90 per coin) and Ethereum ($250 per coin). But these propagandists try to hide the fact that Bitcoin is infinitely divisible, and anyone who want to invest in Bitcoin has the option of purchasing small amounts, such as 0.01 BTC or even 0.001 BTC. Also, rather than saying that the exchange rate is $8,000 per coin, we can say that the price is $0.00008 per Satoshi.

Reality wise, those alts supporters will do their best in order to get some share from bitcoin popularity and do things that they can to make sure that
the alts community will not be forgotten while the rally for bitcoin is already moving forward, chasing the price will continue to be the tough decision to
make while investing, you need to make a good stand in case your investment is not moving favorable for you.
415  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reached 8000 - and what next? on: May 17, 2019, 06:18:35 AM
May be $10k then $15k or $20k. I would not surprise if it cross $30k too.
Or may be $3k again?

It does not matter what the price is if you are a long hodler.

HODL!

Exactly,,, it does not matter 10k or 3k when you are a hodler,,, you have 1 target in mind or 1 date in mind and until that is not yet reached, you will keep accumulating and hodling. Looks like we are sliding again for a while. Get ready for a traceback and pullback. This is not over yet, we may see more 5k price first before 50k! Bitcoin,,, remember?
There's a certain need to keep your focus targeting your goals, some back slide is hitting the market back to below $8K and resistance is not holding
so it's now in the hands of believers and supporters to keep the assets on hold or make some move to recreate their portfolios.

Needs to have a good speculations on your own to decide properly while inside the market.
416  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Idea needed for my situation on: May 17, 2019, 05:01:21 AM
I have around 5k+ USD worth of bitcoins and ethereum in my personal wallet. I have some financial commitments in next 2 months, so I want to utilize this money make it as something higher that amount I am holding.
You commitment is fixed, you have to face that, while the amount of money you have now, you will still have to risk it, to grow.
Well, that depends on how you manage it, but I would not risk this money anymore if I have to spend money for that commitment, you could loss as well.

I am planning to take that fund to binance and convert half of the bitcoins as USDT and half portion as BNB?

Why USDT, I thought you want your money to grow, and why BNB, I think investors are still not confident with this coin, due to the recent hack.

Hacking happened with our own mistake and we should avoid those mistake which can make us regret in future, we should try to be wise and decide to live good traders life, now a day at this situation you should hold and invest your spare money into bitcoin which is good coin it has promising future and will make your get satisfied in about earning.

Absolutely you are right, If anyone like to get profit in the future there are really two ways only for them not to loss their coins or capital investment and that is hold and buy coins that has a potential to increase in the future. In this way, We are sure that the things we did is very safe and also we are doing savings in the future too.
It's better to aim for long term investment instead of chasing the market, chances of losing money each time you place your entry in a wrong projects, lots of investors needs to make a good assumptions and have a good faith with any coins that they've placed their money, if you can hold on you can see the results after some months or years of believing, it will bring good things when the pumped started to comes up strong.
417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hope I can still ride the bull. on: May 17, 2019, 04:03:54 AM
Yeah I have the same problem right now. The bear market has taken some toll on my btc imvestment to which I converted it to other crypto knowing or falling from a project's promises that will the project will going to take place and it will create a huge demand. But, it did not happen now I hqve regreted why I invested in an ICO project. Still, I am.hoping that the project will even list in an excahnge and make it for the betterment.
That's why there's  no assurance from this environment, you have to be tough and have a good nerve each time you place your investment, a lots of possibilities can happened while working with your opportunities, keep yourself updated with every opportunities that open up, set your priorities to
learn with advance method not to fall with hyped and with the never ending sway, instead have a good system to work with your advantages.
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 16, 2019, 10:03:23 AM
I'd give game 1 to the Raptors already, except there is an early rally from Bucks in the 4th quarter:

Pascal Siakam with that buzzer beating 3 to make it a 7 points lead for Raptors going into 4th quarter, Raptors have been pretty solid at defence forcing Bucks to shooting from outside, and they are doing that ineffectively.
I thought that the Raptors will steal Game 1 on the road but they run out of steam in the 4th quarter. Lots of turnovers, missed shots etc. The Fatigue is also a factor for them so the last quarter is the time for the Bucks to regain the lead.

Anyway, good game for both of them. I didn't see Giannis defending Kawhi and vice versa but its a close game. I will not be surprised if this will go to a Game 7 Cheesy. It will be more exciting to watch Smiley

I like to see that, of the two series, this series has a better chance of going into distance.
Bucks has to win game 2, but I am seeing lots of Raptors fans here also, so whoever team will advance in the NBA finals, I would be happy.
I'm with you, whoever wins deserved it to represent the east, they both workout that hard and face tough opponents before landing to this series,
Giannis and Kawhi have the leadership to lift their teammates they needed a lots of help coming from them.

Game 2 will still be for Bucks as they will do their best to keep the home court advantage.
419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: May 16, 2019, 09:58:36 AM
Number two is the main reason people avoid KYC.
It can be exploited by hackers, the gambling sites or even by lawless/tyrannical governments. There should be strong law to protect id owners from such exploitation else sites with the ID won't care about keeping them safe from exploitation
Yes. Gamblers want to remain anonymous as much as they want so they will surely avoid KYC and just play on casinos that don't require KYC anymore.Security and safetiness at first before anything else even if it means huge profits from winning from those casinos.
Majority of online gamblers are they wanted of being anonymous, they don't want KYC. I don't know if why KYC also needed in the gambling site, I think that is not the necessary thing to do because gamblers are care with their identity or exploitation. I don't personally want KYC also, there is a lot of gambling sites out there that didn't have KYC so why you risk your personal identity/data just to gamble.
I agree with you, most of not all are really aiming to play without compromising their real identity, they just wanted to play and enjoy without knowing them, so passing an online requirements like KYC is not much supported not unless you are a heavy gamers who really participating with online gambling who desires to play lots of hours a day and deposit and cash out huge amount of money.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will mining be profitable again? on: May 16, 2019, 05:55:05 AM
Now that bitcoin is at 7000k plus is mining becoming profitable again? Or bitcoin still have to surge more in price before profitable mining returns?

Bitcoin has surpassed $8000 and i think mining bitcoin is slowly become profitable again.
But don't forget, when mining become profitable, many miners will come and mining again.
This will make the difficulty of mining rising, and miners will get less from mining.
Knowing the risk is the very first part of your decision-making. If you are looking for potentials with mining, then look first with those factors which
caters the process, mining devices, electricity cost, maintenance, do the checklist and assess, review each pros and cons as knowledge upon this
business is very important, not because the value rises up then you'll going to ride or because the trends for mining is showing some strength, always
look for longer engagements for much profitable outcome.
