401  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any safe way to grow my bitcoins ? on: May 18, 2016, 05:21:15 PM
if you've got btc now and you want it to grow you have to invest it through trading or to any means of what makes you comfortable to manage or handle.  Smiley

In my point of view put bitcoin in trading is not safe ways but it is have so many risk to loses big amount of bitcoin rapidly if your coin that you bought has down the price.

yes i see your point.  the risks is always a part of any investments, avoiding risks to happen is to take precautionary measures in growing bitcoins.
402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: May 18, 2016, 04:47:12 PM
gambling and addictive.  it could be the URGE OF WINNING,  because addicting definitely is to keep on going no matter what the cost may be.  So why does a person is addictive to gambling is because that person wants to win.

but if addiction was going to be bad, especially if you always lose. it would be bad if you keep trying to play.

we always think of the downside of addictive gambling, what would it be if an addictive gambler always win?  in some cases it happens.  we cannot say it is good, right?  but rather "that's not bad at all"
403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is GAMBLING? on: May 18, 2016, 04:20:28 PM
gambling is a kind of a game that has uncertainty results.  making you to accept what ever the outcome may be.

I want to make money with my current BTC how would i go about this

You can sell your btc when the value goes up if you've got enough to have a more profit.  You can even roll it by buying and selling.  If you feel that the cycle of your investment is really slow then you have to find some other means to have it grow.  There are a lot of ways other than trading.  As long you understand the procedure and the possible result of your move.  Decide wisely.

406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: May 18, 2016, 03:18:23 PM
depending on how and where you gamble.  It could be profitable if the ratio of winning is higher than of loosing.  usually playing in casinos needs a lot of skills, strategies and patience.  you don't have to rush.  You need the right timing on when to bet big amounts and not to bet.  Some gamblers play indoors which make's the chances of winning divided to the number of players.
407  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: May 18, 2016, 11:23:52 AM
We now have teams from the trading sector i mean the legitimate traders who found ways conducting information campaigns.  in your region they might need something like this.

409  Other / Off-topic / Re: I will invest! on: May 18, 2016, 09:43:12 AM
I will just buy and hold most of the bitcoin. My aim is to accumulate about 10 bitcoins in the next 10 years.

buy and hold is a good investment. but I think 10 bitcoin for 10 years is too long, and also not a good amount for hold too long. lest you be disappointed, because it has been a long wait and the price is still the same as it is today.

Right 10 years is like forever for the same thing.  to accumulate 10 btc within the ten year period is your kind of choice.  but to make your current btc to grow up-to 10btc within the ten year period would be a nice initiative to aim for, and that will be a perfect goal.  It's like saving in the bank for your tenth year spending.
410  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: May 18, 2016, 09:33:25 AM
there different ways to invest using your resources.  Trading, You can buy btc's keep it for a while while waiting for the rate to go up.  You can trade your btc's for a higher value and then buy btc's again when someone is selling it in a lower value than the current rate.  or if you've got lots of money you can keep on buying btc and keep it.  Betting, when you know how to play the game. You can also start an online shop.
411  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: May 18, 2016, 08:29:04 AM
Holding can be good but keep in mind to not hold it too long because if you do this you will lose profit for sure.
I think you can just now better hold till the halving has been done.
I even think you can hold as long as you want due to the fact that the bitcoin has a good future a head and I also think the long term is very good.
More popular are coming to the bitcoin everyday and the halving is also in our eye sight.
Holding is the best way to save your money and that is because you also already can see that the most people are holding because the value is not high enough to sell it so that is bad.
It would also be not that smart if you are selling it now because the halving is also coming towards to us.

holding btc for a long time can make money depending on how many btc's you are keeping.  but the more btc's you can accumulate in trading is the more money you can make since you will be trading it later.

Trade some altcoins, or invest in something you believe will take off. Or, you could buy bitcoins and hold them, if you believe they are going to go up in value. It's really your choice.

But do not:

-Invest in dodgy ponzi sites
-Gamble it, and LOSE it.

-Hold that 100 USD
-Deposit in the bank

Hope this gives you some ideas Smiley

You would earn with holding about that 100 USD worth of bitcoin. And there are certain bank offers that you can earn interest from your money.
But we all know banks only give a small part of interest to your money deposited to them. But if you have a big amount of money.
It is way better to deposit it on bank.

making money with $100 in the bank is quite a long way to go.  better do the traditional way of buying and selling with a capital of $100, its gonna make more money than having it kept in the bank.  And of course the traditional way takes time and effort while trading $100 worth of bitcoin is light and easy over the net.
413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: LocalBitcoins Reputable? on: May 18, 2016, 07:33:47 AM
yeah but better to not deal face to face with it, because there fiscal agents that search for those that don't have licence, so they can put them in jail, burt was arrested for this reason

Yeah, it's much better to deal over the internet. You're still protected by the escrow system, but there is way less chance that the police will get into your way while you trade.

Also keep in mind that when you deal face to face, by default you are not covered by escrow. So there is a relatively high chance of you getting mobbed by someone. Always enable escrow whenever possible.

even with escrow when doing trading with a huge amount still do the transaction personally witnessing the completion of the trade.  that's why scouting for legitimate traders which has authority in such trading is important.
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: May 18, 2016, 05:15:42 AM
gambling is not addictive it is the person who gets hooked into gambling that gets addicted to the game.  In gambling you cannot control the game but you can control yourself.  if you gamble in casinos why don't you try betting in sports and feel and see the difference.

I don't agree you at all. Addiction means exactly you can't control yourself. Betting in sports also gambling and highly addictive. If you lose you play to get back your losses. That's how you end up being broke though.
If you have an addiction you must look for professional help.

yes you are right in your opinion.  there are lots of people who go to casino's and play for a couple of minutes but never get hooked to it.  They have this self discipline controlling their emotions in playing.  What you always notice when it comes to gambling is the ones who never stops playing as long as he has the resources to play with.  In the hundred percent of casino guests not even 50% of them are addicted to gambling they are not even regular players.
415  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying a large sum of bitcoins on: May 18, 2016, 04:22:46 AM
Just use localbitcoins its the safest method to do it because you can met the dealer in real life and because of that its also the safest method.
There is a very low chance you will get scammed.

There is no safest method..

If youre handling 250 btc, you need something called a mule - instead of you being phsyically there and being risk of getting shot at.

If someone knew handling 250 btc was in 1 transaction, its a huge target. Or you need to hire a personal armed body guard.

you can handle it as long as you are in a protected zone.  Trading it for cash is a little bit risky if you don't have a strategy.  If you will be trading it in your area i prefer you do the completion of the trade in the bank.  And if your buyer is at overseas then it can be done thru telegraphic transfer or you can have it traded in staggered form.

Localbitcoins can be trusted without a doubt they are very trusted and you can also trust the dealers on it.
You can even meet them in real life to make a deal with them.

yes i had experienced it with satisfaction that indeed when you know with whom you deal with eventually you will have successful trades.
417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: May 18, 2016, 04:03:18 AM
Gambling itself has nothing to do with right or wrong.  anyone can gamble for fun, for greed of wealth or even for charity.
I think for me its wrong because gamble is sin to all religions.. so i considered it as wrong.. yeah we know its fun but you are playing with your money.
If you are playing it or betting use our money its a sin.. if you are reading the bible of catholic religions you will see gambling is one of the sin..

but considering the fact that as long as it is not abused it can never be a sin.  it is like eating to much is a sin, in the book of Torah they drew lots,  they even feast and it was allowed as long as they don't take much of it because what makes it a sin is greed.
418  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to start trading on: May 18, 2016, 03:50:46 AM
for sure there are legitimate trader/s in your area try visiting one to see how stable is the company or the individual trader is.  If they are hauling trades that's better because for sure they are permitted by the government's agency to do such businesses.  They can educate you on how trade/s are being processed and give better advises.
