401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 8th August on: August 07, 2017, 04:14:25 AM
Who is all expecting a price pump on that day?
On August 8,the segwit will be locked in and block chain will be upgraded to larger blocks. So,more investors would start buying bitcoins which would increase demand and price would increase more, may even cross $3500.So we could expect a hike in bitcoin price.
402  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to make 1 bitcoin in a month or 2? on: July 25, 2017, 10:03:28 AM
Hi, I am looking for a way to earn some money without invest(because I am broke), I can dedicate 2 hours a day in that. what can I do to make a bitcoin per month without any investment?
I think its very hard to earn even one btc per month that too without investment. You could earn up to 0.14 btc a month by working in a high paying signature campaign. If you have some programming skills, then you could earn some more btc by doing jobs offered.
403  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Exchanges versus Personal Wallets on: July 25, 2017, 09:54:07 AM
If you have your bitcoins in your wallet, then you have full control over it since you have its private key.If you have bitcoins in exchange, its under their control and only if they give you access, you would be able to use it.More over, there is a risk of exchange being hacked just as we saw previously in Mt.Gox.
404  Economy / Speculation / Re: "Where to park my Bitcoin before 1. August possible hardfork?" (Total Newb) on: July 25, 2017, 09:48:29 AM
Hi there!

I am such a newb, i did hardly ever even send any bitcoin.

So, everybody says i should move my bitcoin away from exchange. To a wallet. So i surely get also the coins from the new Chain that is possibly created.

Now even with this simple thing, i am unsure of myself.
I imagine making some small stupid mistake and losing my life savings.

What is an easy solution for dummies?

Thanks a lot
It would be safe for you to withdraw your bitcoins from your exchange account to your wallet in your pc.That would be safe for you. This should be done because most exchanges might suspend deposits and withdrawals for 48 hours during hard fork.
405  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long until $3000 or any other ATH whatsoever? on: July 25, 2017, 09:44:21 AM
We might expect ATH soon after august 1 when segwit will be activated. The price would go very high and all the weak hands who sold their bitcoins due t panic would rush at the same time to buy bitcoins and it would increase bitcoin price much higher.
406  Economy / Speculation / Re: why is bitcoin price rising? on: July 25, 2017, 09:40:08 AM
I think the price is rising because the whole "bitcoin split" drama has been avoided. August 1st will NOT happen.
Yes,people have started to realize that bitcoin would not split and all the news were just FUD spread by big whales in order to buy cheap bitcoins.Thats why, more people have started to buy bitcoins since they have started to feel that this might be the last chance to buy bitcoins below $3000.
407  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: July 25, 2017, 04:14:40 AM
I'm worried when the price keeps dropping then everyone sells to fiat and finally bitcoin is abandoned, here's why from the beginning I dare not store bitcoin in bulk.

I think you are new to bitcoin world so you are getting worried about the downfall in the price of bitcoins and there is nothing to get worried as price ups and down is common practice in bitcoins and if you hold it for a long term then you will surely get good profits from it.
Yes,he might be a newbie and so he is scared of bitcoin's price volatility. But being in bitcoin network for more years, people like me know the real potential of bitcoin. It has increased and decreased but higher than its previous value hence it has given good returns to its investors.
408  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: July 25, 2017, 04:10:31 AM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?
Bitcoin would reduce unemployment to a great extent. What is needed is a laptop and an internet connection. It provides equal opportunities to all people even to those in under developed countries.People could earn either by mining or by trading or by doing job works.
409  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: July 25, 2017, 04:02:45 AM
I have read some posts and some concerns that it is the volatility of Bitcoin that is preventing many people and many businesses to fully adopt Bitcoin. This can be the main factor why big online shopping stores are not yet adding Bitcoin into their payment facilities (though there is now a circulated petition for this but I doubt if it can make a dent).

Some are really saying that if volatility can be managed then we can see Bitcoin going mainstream. I am wondering then: Is volatility something that we should find a way to control and how do you think it can be done?
Volatility is the main nature of bitcoin due to its decentralized nature.Bitcoin reflects its original value whether higher or lower. There is no central body to control it.So volatility could not be controlled and it is due to this volatility traders gain by trading bitcoins.
410  Economy / Economics / Re: How long could bitcoin last? on: July 25, 2017, 01:25:43 AM
As of right now, the bitcoin price is expected to keep going up in the next 20 years. But can it last that long? I believe it's possible. But can't it crash at a random time? Like the price going down hard.
Yes,bitcoin has the potential to survive. It has already overcome many critical situations and successfully survived. The only negative thing is that some people create FUD news and try to make bitcoin price fall.In future, bitcoin may have to counter with a threat, quantum computing, may be after twenty years.
411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: July 20, 2017, 01:14:50 AM
What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
They have already seen such scenes more times and they know very well that bitcoin deserves much high price than that. You could see only newbies getting panic and selling their bitcoins at cheaper price. They would have to regret for their decision and big whales have already completed a delicious meal by buying cheap bitcoins.
412  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 20, 2017, 01:08:35 AM
If you had bought bitcoins earlier when its price was just $1850,it would had been much better.Still its not too late since bitcoin's price is $2269 now and it would be late if bitcoin starts crossing $3000 after segwit activation.
413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What makes the bitcoin price stronger in the market? on: July 20, 2017, 01:01:42 AM

There are aspects that make bitcoin users more and more convinced that bitcoin is a good place for investment so now bitcoin prices are rising in the market!

Bitcoin's price is going strong, but not as strong as the alts in the market. Altcoins' price are shooting through the roof. It doesn't matter which alt you pick. Most of them have given phenomenal gains in the last 2 months.
Bitcoin is totally different from altcoins. Most altcoins are just pumped and so their price are high. But after the dominance of chinese gamblers has got reduced in bitcoin, bitcoin expresses its original value. Its continuous demand and its ever increasing value makes it more stronger.
414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: July 20, 2017, 12:55:48 AM
Since bitcoin is trending now world wide because you can easily earn this and it exchange in real cash. Is bitcoin the new value of currency in the internet? Is he the new money? Can we use it in buying foods and etc in the future?
Bitcoin is the new innovative currency which has revolutionized the whole world economy.High transaction fee was a major problem for bitcoin to be accepted as a payment. But since it has been almost solved now,it would be soon accepted as payment for buying our day to day needs.
415  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: July 20, 2017, 12:49:22 AM
If you had your payment in BTC, would you cash out your money or you would wait increasing of cryptocurrency?
I would just wait for price increase since i know that bitcoin has more potential and it deserves more price than what it is today. It was around $850 six months ago and now we could see that it has almost tripled in its price.I hope that after segwit activation, its price would soon cross $3000.
416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the death of block reward kill BTC? on: July 20, 2017, 12:43:25 AM
It will take around 100 more years for that problem to be faced since by that time only,21 million coins would have been completely mined.By that time, more bitcoin users would be found all over the world and there would be huge number of bitcoin transactions at that time so that miners would enough income to continue their mining.
417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: July 20, 2017, 12:29:11 AM
Bitcoin as a course or any related currency on web.
In my country we have multiple courses in computer especially programing and web developments. My course is also information technology, but i've never heard or learn about online currency as bitcoin. In present, and future studies is there any chances for inserting about it in education. In your country is it available?
It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.
Bitcoin has not even been legalized still in our country.I heard that just now, colleges in some european countries have started to add bitcoin as a subject in their studies. Its a new technology which has created a revolution in the world economy. We may expect soon bitcoin to be added as an important lesson in universities all over the world.
418  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: July 20, 2017, 12:23:48 AM
Hi, I was wondering if I should quit my job and focus more on bitcoins? Because I think it might get me even richer without a job?  Grin
You could follow my example.I was working in dubai last year.Side by side,i used to use my free time to participate in signature campaign. Then i started to trade by investing my so earned bitcoins in altcoins. Now, i have left my job and i have returned to my country india back and i am earning the same income which i got from my boring job but with full freedom.
419  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 19, 2017, 10:58:53 AM
Even the blind can see that crypto Currency is making people millionaires all  over the world just because they present the holders of such currency with the financial freedom and opportunity to accrue large amounts of wealth base on currency investment . But my question is that, is it late to buy bitcoin? Should i wait maybe bitcoin price will decline after 1st August meeting? Please i will welcome your advice so that I can make my decision on crypto currency investment.
You could have already bought it when bitcoin's price was around $1850.Now its almost $2356.But still its not late.If you make delay in buying bitcoin, its price would soon cross $3000 and you would have to regret for it.
420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: July 19, 2017, 10:50:00 AM
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
T.V is a great media by which bitcoin can reach more people. But since bitcoin is a decentralized currency and there is no central authority to control bitcoins, there is no such advertisements to promote bitcoins.Earlier people like Roger ver advertised bitcoins, but he used it only for his own benefits.
