In my own opinion, it will depend on the username and that is a case to case basis. For example, a member changing the name from killyou72 and now the user's username is FFrankie. That now sounds good and better compared to the previous username, killyou for me is not good to the reader's eye, just like threaten or will harm someone in retribution.

Just like @hacker1001101001, but it doesn't mean that the user is a hacker. (sorry mate just an example of mine)

Probably farming account nor selling merit, and let the merited account sleep until 120 days passed and you can't able to view merit transactions on the profile unless if you are using via bpip by Vod.
