As far as I know, Transferwise doesn't natively support cryptocurrency-related transactions. Your best bet would be to do a P2P transaction through platforms like Hodlhodl if you don't want Transferwise to suddenly lock your account.

I'm not sure if it's going to be that simple. If mining costs go down it could mean that the business is losing its value and it's hard to breakeven. In short, it could go both ways. If you're aiming to get a stable return from shares why not buy stock shares of a traditional company? Something like AMD for example. Also, some of these mining companies don't provide dividends but share their mining profits for their holders. In short, I think the risk is higher for you. |

PayPal and this news help more people who have not known or heard about bitcoin, crypto will get their first or more exposure with bitcoin and crypto. It is good, not bad, not harmful.
I'm not sure if the news is really going to make any difference in terms of 'marketing'. I mean crypto is pretty much being the talk of the town for a while and pretty sure more people know about it compared to a few years ago but don't have that push to join yet. Considering the current structure of Paypal's Bitcoin trading option, I think it is bad since there is no guarantee you buy the actual thing (just like mentioned earlier, you're buying a price tracker and not BTC itself). |

Risiko yang lebih mengkhawatirkan adalah adanya potensi agan jual-beli aset yang sebenarnya ga ada. Kalau yang terjadi memang demikian bisa mengkhawatirkan sekali karena jadinya agan bayar fee tanpa dapetin aset yang sesungguhnya.
Ane sih lebih memilih lebih ribet dikit tapi bisa dapetin BTC daripada gampang tapi dapet aset yang hanya eksis di 1 platform.

It depends on what your skill is. If the tips on the first page don't help you then you can try on several Bitcoin freelancing platforms and find a job, or search for a gig on the Services board. I don't think there are that many though, so try your luck. You can also register on a regular freelancing job such as Appen and save the money to buy some crypto.

It's kinda weird since I read another thread saying that DEX is growing in volume compared to CEX in Q3 according to some reports by Coingecko (if my memory serves me right). I guess it depends on how you look at the data, there will always be a twist on the conclusion even if we're looking at the same thing. Maybe things will change when the atomic swap becomes a thing and is reliable enough to replace P2P trading through escrow services.

As far as they don't allow the users to withdraw the coins to their own wallet or if they don't give a key for the address I think it is dangerous. You probably don't buy any crypto at all and just a text called "Bitcoin" while the platform milk you from the fees (or as somebody mentioned above, a 'virtual bitcoin' that already exist on other platforms such as binary options). I'd never use a platform like that. It is not a problem of centralization or not, it is a problem if verification and making sure they don't rip you off.

Ada yang menyarankan supaya post 3 baris di board luar agar tidak low quality tapi bagi saya mungkin bukan faktor banyaknya kata tetapi lebih kepada bobot/isi postingan kita.
Post dihapus atau tidak bukan karena panjang atau pendeknya, tapi memang karena isinya. Mau 3 atau 10 baris juga sama aja kalau isinya ga ada. Ane rasa itu bukan saran yang bagus. Justru kalau agan perhatiin, banyak post 3+ baris yang rata-rata isinya spam. Terkait report itu bisa jadi memang mod baru aktif ngecek report orang atas postingan agan, atau sengaja ngecek post history agan (khususnya kalau ada yang report misalnya "orang ini sering posting spam, tolong dicek"). But who knows, balik lagi yang ngecek mod yang mana. |

Lock liquidity juga bukan salah satu solusi buat tindakan pencegahan biar scammer yang buat projectnya tidak melakukan rugpull. Di smartcontract ada macam - macam fungsi kayak ada salah satu defi scam sebelumnya yang menerapkan fungsi self-destruct buat smartcontract nya.
Tentu jaminan ga nipu itu ga ada, makanya ada perbandingan yang perlu digunakan. Arahnya adalah ke narasi bahwa kalau proyeknya aja ga lock liquidity tentu risikonya meningkat, bukan akhirnya liquidity lock jadi ga penting. Kalau agan emang bisa membaca smart contract mungkin bisa dikasih saran aja gimana ngeceknya. Dengan kata lain bisa ada step kaya gini: 1. Liquidity di lock ga? Coba cek ada kode XXXXX ga. 2. Ada fungsi destroy smart contract ga? Coba lihat ada YYYY ga. 3. Ngadain sale ga selain airdrop? 4. dst. Dengan begini ane rasa langkahnya bisa lebih simpel buat orang awam daripada nyuruh belajar Solidity dari awal kalau keperluannya hanya untuk gambling di DeFi. |
