The general rule here is that once you lost your Private Key to your Ethereum Wallet account then it can be gone forever. I have read somewhere in this forum of someone offering recovery of the Private Keys but am not sure if the service is really genuine or just out there trying to squeeze some money form willing victims. Now, having said that, this is the best reason why we have to be careful and be responsible for the PK as losing it means you just said goodbye to all coins and tokens inside the wallet. Just be extra careful next time and keep a copy of the PK somewhere where even fire could not decimate it.

Today All Crypto market get RED again!
I dont know why, may be nobody knows. What is going on people?!!
All top 10 coins decrease around 5%. ETH traded at $430, BTC at $7700.
I think ETH may continue dumping while BTC will stop dumping at $73xx then great again.
Well, you can be right. There are times when the market just go down for no reason at all and it is just later that people attached reasons for the movement. Well, the same thing can happen when going up...there is actually no need for a reason whether small or big for crypto to move in some direction. This makes this whole thing very unpredictable and can leave anyone baffled for days. Let's just leave the market for some days to do its own thing or maybe some necessary corrections because I am sure that soon it can be back to its feet again...in GREEN! |

What we are currently experiencing in the world of cryptocurrency with its sometimes very wild ups and downs are all nothing new and has been the hallmark for this very trending industry since I can remember. High volatility has been the subject of complaints for many and some are opining that this can be the big hindrance towards the adoption of cryptocurrency by the general public. Though many traders can be happy with volatility as this can be a good opportunity to make some good money. Bitcoin and altcoins can go together up and down or they can go separate ways which what happened last week. Will alts be rising again? Maybe yes maybe no but let's be optimistic that it will though we have to understand that many of the alts are considered to be less valuable than their more popular counterparts (am referring to at least the top 10 in the cryptocurrency market list). |

Bounty hunting is essentially helping the project get promoted or building the kind of buzz that the project needs with the goal of getting more attention and then more sales for the tokens Now, many are doing bounty hunting all because there is no money capital in here but just hard work and of course time (aside from the usual gadgets necessary and internet connection). Mining, on the other hand, requires some capital and it can be a considerable amount of money depending on the capacity of the project being planned. Both can be profitable and these two are under the cryptocurrency movement which a lot of people are saying can be here to stay.

Do we need to consider buying pc monitors if you bought and build few mining rigs? Or 1 is enough?
May kaibigan ako na bubuo sana ng mining rig at ang budget nila ay 3M which is a total fund of 4 persons. But then I doubt that. Will they become successful? Sulit kaya?
PS: They did not continue their plans because of certain circumstances.
At sa aking palagay tama lang ang kanilang ginawang wag munang ipagpatuloy pa ang pagsabak sa pagmina ng Bitcoin o kahit anupamang cryptocurrency. Marami akong kilala na huminto muna sa larangang ito at marami ang dahilan kung bakit di na naging ganansyado ang pagmina especially for small players -- siguro sa mga malalaking operation eh profitable pa sya kasi meron silang leverages na tinatawag na wala yung maliliit. Now, this is especially true here in the Philippines where the cost of doing business is not that low and in fact kaya nga di naging parte ang Pilipinas sa mga crypto-mining players na bansa sa dahilang di sya ganun ka profitable as compared to other countries. Yung iba kung kilala ay nasa trading na sila at umalis na sa pagmina. I am not saying that it is really impossible to make profits on doing mining based on the Philippines becasue we don't know if there can be ways to still make it green and not red... someone might have secrets we are not privy of. |

Yun nga, regarding cryptocurrency, dito sa Pilipinas. Alam naman natin na medyo hinde pabor ang karamihan nang Pilipino dahil narin siguro sa mga scam na lumabas naginagamit yung "Bitcoin" dun sa pamamaraan nila. On the political side, ano kaya sa tingin nyo magiging next action nang gobyerno regarding cryptocurrency sa bansa? and sa tingin nyo if magkakaron nang regulation, papabor kaya ito sa crypto enthusiasts? Pero para sa akin, dati, pabor akong walang regulasyon, pero dahil sa dami dami nang lumalabas na scam ngayon, d lang sa Pilipinas kundi sa buong mundo dapat magpatupad nang regulations para sa mga ICOs, cryptocurrency platforms at kung ano pang crypto-related things to lessen risk of scam and frauds. Siguro mas ma igi nang magkaron ito nang "TAX" basta mapatakbo at ma sort out nang maayos nag bawat crypto platforms and ICO na tumatakbo at pumapasok sa bansa.
Maganda nga sana kung walang regulation pero dahil marami ang magsamantala kung wala nito ay mainam ng meron para na rin sa proteksyon nating lahat...at para mabago ang imahe ng Bitcoin at cryptocurrency sa ating bansa na sinisira sa pagkaugnay nito sa mga scammers na gumagamit sa Bitcoin bilang kanilang mode of payment. Tungkol sa regulation, dalawang aspeto yan una yung galing sa gobyerno (batas at pwede din guidelines from an agency like SEC or BSP) at yung tinatawag na self-regulation o yung mismong industriya at mga players nito ay may mga alituntunin na sinusunod...yun nga lang kailangan dito na may pagkakaisa ang mga tao na nasa industriya at di watak-watak. Sa aking pananaw ang gobyerno (particularly the BSP & SEC) ay sumusuporta naman sa Bitcoin at cryptocurrency at katunayan dyan ang patuloy na pamamayagpag ni Coins.Ph at may mga bagong players pa na parating siguro magsisimula sila by next year. Malaki ang kinabukasan ng cryptocurrency dito sa Pilipinas at baka sa mga susunod na mga taon magising na lang tayo na marami ng ICO projects ang naka based dito sa bansa. |

I can suggest but whether it is low supply or not is not important at all, you should more be interested in the community, token economy and the team. High or low supply is really not important.
And I fully agree. Having low supply of coins can help but is not a guarantee of a higher value all because there can also be low demand. We have already seen many projects or ICO with low supply but eventually they faded out (or just a natural death) all because the demand is not there as the devteam failed to do their job well or the market is not at all interested with the project plain and simple. There are a lot of factors for success in this arena as well as there are also many for failure and just one factor alone may not be enough especially that the market is getting sophisticated and that investors these days are already scrutinizing and doing their due diligence. |

These coins and many others in the world of cryptocurrency are shining and bright example of the big problem hounding this industry right from the very beginning when all are built on hypes and no real-world uses and cases are later established practically because the foundations of these projects are maybe staked on worthless ideas which can never find any traction in realities. But one thing is sure: we have to credit the people behind these projects for being genius in pushing their projects to the investors. This year 2018 is the very start where investors and the people are asking for more scrutiny before supporting anything. I am then hoping that the investing community is starting to learn the big lessons of 2017.

In the world of cryptocurrency investing, nobody can be sure what will happen next therefore all we can do is speculate which can mean we hit it right or we are dead wrong. I am suggesting that you hold on to your Bitcoin and maybe some other coins belonging to the top 10 of the class as these are the assets that can easily go up when the bull run will start. As to alts, there are some which are really good but majority are not so always be careful. Frankly speaking, most of the times it is just hit and miss though analyzing the market and getting what others feel and say can definitely help you decide which to hold and which to let go. I am sympathizing with you. I have hard many complaints on what MoneyToken did to their bounty program participants and it is a BIG SHAME to say the least. In my opinion, these people have gone overboard. They should respect the hard work that people invested into the program and release what they owe to get and not use so many excuses which in many cases can be unfounded. Auditors? Yes, these auditors are now playing the gods over the bounty hunters. MoneyToken is not deserving of any support on what it is doing to these people. I am sad because I know that this is actually a very good project. And I am hoping the MoneyToken team will realize some of the mistakes their auditors made.

Hodling is profitable in the long run , and that is if you are patient enough.
Well, I think it also depends on what coin or token you are holding as some have already lost their luster and can soon be entering into their own oblivion or natural death Holding is good with top cryptocurrencies and maybe selected tokens but in my experience hodling on to many alts can be disastrous. Trading remains to be the most profitable thing to do in the world of cryptocurrency but then again this can also be risky and if one is not prepared or suited to this whole thing then it can also be disastrous. As of now, am only holding to my Bitcoin, Ethereum, BitcoinCash and some selected alts which in my analysis can be worth the wait. Good luck to all of us then. |

In my recent bounty participation, all is good and i have been paid in all my hardwork. The tokens that i hardly earned is already in my ethereum wallet and the coin is already traded in forkdelta. But suddenly the telegram channel of the bounty shut down and also the forkdelta is delisting the coin. My question is, is this possible that even the traded coin can be end up a scam? as a bounty hunter it’s not a big loss but i’m pitty on the part of the investors that nagging that they are being scam. How?
Anything is possible here most especially those traded in smaller exchanges and I think ForkDelta is categorized under this though am not saying that if one is in that exchange then it should be suspected as a scam. The point is that in cryptocurrency anybody can start a blockchain-based or token-based project, get funded, get traded and then slowly let the project die its natural death...then create another project again. This is what scammers are doing and I pity those people who will believe on them and their promises. You see, this is the biggest problem with cryptocurrency it has become so easy for scammers to exploit the platform for their evil intent and for now there is not so much we can do about it except being vigilant and not be one of their victim statistics. |

Some products are either poorly developed or the team is not serious and the product is unable to make the project keep token values up.
We have to always remember that many projects introduced via the ICO platform are experimental in nature so there is that big possibility of failure. Now, coupled that with the fact that scammers are already here in this sphere so people or investors are not yet so serious in getting into alts. I have no problem with Bitcoin and other top cryptocurrency because I think they have already proven their worth though there are still many non-believers of cryptocurrency (though they might be believing with the blockchain). This year, things are different from 2017 when projects even with less value can easily find investors or token buyers and can rise in the exchanges...this time people are already scrutinizing and many failed the test indeed. In my view, a project can really take time to take off and after the phase of the ICO things can go wrong somehow somewhere because human nature can be setting in. Stories like Tezos and Envion come to my mind on this regard. |
