Seems like this has been done already. Cofound.it for example is already doing something similar. Also seems pretty risky to focus on ICOs when the SEC is probably going to start going after them soon.
AFAIK, SEC is related only to ICOs in the USA. KickICO is a russian project - if I'm not wrong. That said, Cofound.it really looks like a competitor in the same field, but they don't seem to generate tokens for every project. Yes, you are right. SEC have influense for USA based company ( and only who offer dividents from tokemns.) Kikico - russian project. bancor - Israel, but based in Singapoure. So any reason for worry I think. |
