We know that projects like yours already exist but they don't use the technology we have here Smiley It's a really good sign for the crypto sphere to see projects that already exist to be upgrade to an other level. You are one of this business, anyway if you achieve your goal, you will help to show to the world what we can do thanks to crypto.

Congratulation with start ;Dt. Do you plan to inter the Russian market in the future?

Russian market might be difficult. I think there's a lot of bureaucracy in that country, plus special interests. However, since the government seems to be taking interest in crypto lately, maybe special conditions/regulations might be created allowing easier use of crypto.

What matters is not bureaucracy - this is tolerable. What matters is that you cannot buy real property in Russia. All you can own under current laws is smth like long term leasing rights. Unlike in many other countries where land can be OWNED, in Russia technically the federal government is the ONLY landowner. So it is not the same as in Spain.

REAL's team plan is to invest first in USA, Spain and the Caribbean as they thought this places would offer a  nice return on investment on its stakeholders, but who knows they'll expand to Russia in the future, offering sub leasing rights to interested parties.

I see on twitter that the score jumps from a 73% to a 93% and so they become one of the best real estate ICOs this month. Work in progress Smiley

Isn't 1.5 USD per Real Coin too high for an ICO?

THE RATE IS 220 PER ETH.

This is very reasonable. Another recent and ongoing ICO, FoodCoin, is set at 100 per ETH.

Ian Balina, cryptocurrency and ico investor extraordinaire, just gave this ico a 93% rating, which is phenomenal.

https://twitter.com/DiaryofaMadeMan

What is the Hard cap of Foodcoin? Real is at 50M?

You would need to contact the devs directly. A hardcap is not stated on their website as a number, only a calculation based upon sales.

Great News!!

We've woke up this morning with this message from Ian Balina, one of the most influential youtubers on the Crypto-scene.

"I've re-scored them, giving them 3 points for now having a prototype. Their score now jumps from a 73% to a 93%. They're now one of the best real estate ICOs this month. Their demo might even be much better than Propy's demo."

93% is one of the top ratings to ICO's ever.

Melissa

This is truly GREAT NEWS Melissa! Congratulations.

Ian Balina is one of the most influential ICO investors in the space today. He has a huge and growing following including myself.

You must have really impressed him with your demo for him to raise his score to 93%.

I agree that real estate markets can crash. I disagree that we are currently in a bubble right now though and think it's a very good time to get into real estate. In many European countries the housing market is only just getting out of the slump. Their Medium article mentions two partners in Spain, so lets look at Spanish housing market. That looks like a turnaround of the housing market to me.

In 2012, house prices fell 11.34% (-13.82% inflation-adjusted)
In 2013, house prices fell 9.19% (-9.44% inflation-adjusted)
In 2014, house prices fell 2.96% (-1.96% inflation-adjusted)
In 2015, house prices fell 1.71% (-1.71% inflation-adjusted)
In 2016, house prices increased slightly by 1.67% (0.1% inflation-adjusted)

source: http://www.globalpropertyguide.com/Europe/Spain

For those who think this is the bottom, this is a good time to invest. For those who think Spanish properties will go down - it's a way to lose money from the start.

Spain added a lot of vacation stock in 2005-2008 while credit was abundant but after the PIGS crash credit dried up, as did demand. Brexit also put lots of retired Brits in a situation where they can no longer legally live in Spain and use local health services. So, it's a crap shoot at this moment.

12% - 20% profit a moth? i thing, it bigger than invest in forex copy.
we just compare this investment with something like this, not with crypto, cause crypto has faster volatility. not need to waiting news or geopolitic, if community would dump crypto, it will happen.

Rental yield at present is 3-5% depending on the country. 12% rental yield is only in least stable countries such as Ukraine. So if you expect to make 12% pa from real estate - you should expect that the rest comes from property increasing in price.

If they can truly bring 12-20% annual profits this project will be awesome! I might put a big amount of my savings there if it works like they say it will.

Assume the worst. Assume you will lose it all. Only invest what you can lose.

real estate is most profitable business going all over the world. i am prefer real estate is best opportunity to invest on real project.

ehm leeman brothers, usa real estate crash?

presently there is a bubble in europe as well, since the EZB has lowered the intereset drastically. ppl are awaiting a bubble crash nowadays.

for example. a normal house with garden an 800m² costs about 200-300k € in germany, and now, the price is set at 400-500k nowadays. ppl are shooting above their income and get a credit, thus risking off not being able to pay the credit in long term.

ofc, real estate is a good investment, but not now imo

I agree that real estate markets can crash. I disagree that we are currently in a bubble right now though and think it's a very good time to get into real estate. nice for sharing the info, but please dont forget that the EU had to help the spanish banks with money several times and now recently, too... and the unemployed status is still bad.

most of the spanish are going to germany, england and france to get a decent job or even a job, after graduating from university...

i think, the situation in europe is bad, but i dont know about southeast asia ><

Yeah, it looks like another housing bubble is forming. When savings accounts started going into negative interest rates, bonds popped, and euro stocks stagnated and oil prices are capped, for many people putting money into bricks is the only alternative. But I don't think you can compare the housing market to the hand-picked selection of luxury real estate - hotels, resorts, vacation spots - REAL is going to invest in.

Your Knigth Frank resource is about prime offices. From everything I read so far, REAL isn't going to invest in office properties.

Regarding house rent yields I take the liberty to quote Rigorous two post above: "But I don't think you can compare the housing market to the hand-picked selection of luxury real estate - hotels, resorts, vacation spots - REAL is going to invest in."

Pics on REAL website show several hotels in Balearic islands (is it Ibiza) which REAL apparently resells in this offering. Hotel yields are difficult to get but they are closer to offices than to family housing as a business model.

So finally the only token supported for contributions is ETH (a user suggested it could also be BTC but it was not clear).

It was a thorough guide to follow. Seems you're expecting non crypto-aware contributors...

I hope that you only invest in legal buildings, as there are many illegal ones in spain, especially at the beachfront. I saw a documentation about this and it's really annoying how they have destroyed the nature with the help of corrupt local authorities. Maybe thats also a chance of making advertising. I mean, who didnt want to buy a house or a share of it, when he also can have a good conscience.
