Unfortunately, only OP can lock the thread. Unless mods (?) / admins do it for him. Not sure which administration members are able to do it.

Acum ca tot veni vorba de Dragnea, ma mai gandeam la ceva. Ar putea fi si o varianta pentru plata pensiilor speciale. Ca tot nu vor sa le elimine.

What sorcery is this ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) It seems there is not just an isolated case, but more.

Activity will be updated and shown after 2 weeks (14 Days cycle) if he is posting in this time ! If he not post any thing it will be 0 activity counted. But can be others in this case with deleted posts.
Regarding this, I have opened a few topics until I finally understood how it really works. So: if you posted once in a previous period (just once), you have 1 point from that period and 13 latent activity points. The latent activity points are updated once per hour (and also visible on your profile), as long as your activity is not bigger than your post count. If it gets bigger, you'll see the update (at your profile) when the new period begins (although in the system it is still updated at 1h). For more info, please see here (including the posts).
|
|
|
According to theymos, The activity number is determined in this way: time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration activity = min(time * 14, posts)
Rough summary of what this means: If you post once per day on average, then you will eventually get the maximum number of activity points that you can get. Posting more than once per day on average is useless for increasing activity. The maximum number of activity points you can get is 1 per day, but your activity score only updates every two weeks. Therefore, it will take about 100 days to get 100 activity if you post once per day on average.
Activity is updated every hour.
I believe it's a bug.

In Romania we have 12.000 infected, 700 deaths and 15.000 quarantined / isolated... Govern says restrictions may be relaxed after May 15th, although we have daily 2-3-400 new infected people, as it was since March. If they'll do that now, it would be like they never applied any restriction.
O am not a restrictions fan, but I see that the infected number per day is the same as before.

It is very sad for me to see that so many posts here are handled, the users get punished, while my 100 reports for an obvious shillig go unhandled, although the shilling is visible from the moon, by anyone, although it is not necessary to know Romanian, although I reported the shilling in this topic as well... The more time passes by, the more I believe these two users are protected by Cyrus, in a classic Romanian nepotism. I saw in their posts they participated at a live meet-up with Cyrus (or more). Maybe this is the reason...

|
|
It's been two weeks now and my reports are still unhandled... Is there any hope to have them checked?
By not having them analyzed seems that the respective spams are somehow encouraged, instead of being limited...

We? Who is "we" ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Do you use multiple accounts or multiple personalities? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Yes. But that's what happened recently. However, the oficial rules of the campaign are not changed on the first page, thus we can assume they remained the same and what happened was a particular case.
|
|
|
According to the campaign rules stated on the first page, payments are weekely, between Monday and Wednesday. However, in the last weeks there were made two payments in a week: one payment gor the period from two weeks before and another payment for the previous week.

Oh if the topics were moved then it figures...Didn't think about that. But were them moved by mods?
Regarding the suggestion, I understand your point. I also thought about it. But maybe write that in a sticky topic somewhere...? Thus everybody would see this rule...?

The bugAccording to theymos, ~snip~ 1. Personal information must be confined to the new "investigations" board (under Scam Accusations), which is only visible to Members and above.
However, I just noticed that the Investigations board is somehow open also for Jr. Members and Newbies. For example, look at these two topics which appear on first oage of topics under the Investigations board: 1. https://bitech-mining.com - trusted vendor? - topic started by Vinncent - Newbie 2. SCAM ALERT - XtraBytes' neverending scam continues - topic started by Sabih - Jr. Member Besides, I also observed a question addressed by LoyceV in theymos' OP, which was never answered: ~"investigations" board (under Scam Accusations), which is only visible to Members and above. Is it intentional that Copper Members can view and post in Investigations? I'm specifically thinking about this post. In the above case, LoyceV was pointing a post of a Newbie user ( humanrights) with Copper membership, which also was able to post in the Investigations section. The suggestionI think it should be stated in the board description that it is available only for Members and up, similar to the description of Ivory Tower board, which appears just below the name "Ivory Tower". Also, the rules for Ivory Tower and Seriouss Discussion appear in a sticky post with an intuitive name: Rules for Serious Discussion and Ivory Tower. I did not know until today that the Investigation board is not should not be accessible for users below Member. Fortunately, I saw a topic started by iasenko and his words made me wonder if there are specific rules for the Investigation board: What happens when a newbie/jr.member have some personal data of a supposed scammer and want to post it?
~snip~
Gaining access to everyone to the Investigation board is also not a solution? So I searched for "Investigations board rules BitcoinTalk" on Google and I found theymos' topic mentioned above. That being said, maybe this board can has also a description stating this rule? Or maybe a sticky topic posted somewhere thus everyone can see this rule?

I supported all the flags. Thank you Lauda for providing all these links. Bun them all! (N.b. for more info about "bunning" please read here ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ).

Are you going also to open flags for each new found account? Of course, I'll support them all as before.

Hehe! Frumos gandit!
P.S.: articolul mentionat de tine mi-a amintit de vorbele unui mare om: "If privacy is outlawed, only outlaws will have privacy" -- Phil Zimmermann.
