ok that sound cool but can you elaborate for a noob ? Thru this platform, you are the one who will get gains from your personal data and not the big companies like google or facebook who got million of dollars from your personal data. I agree, now everything will be much honest. as it should be. Google and so much on this earned! Datum opens interaction without an intermediary - and it's very cool! correction, Datum IS the intermediary between you and the companies that want your data. Yes, but the commission is minimal. if to compare with Google - it takes away almost everything. this platform will be very useful, I think so. Google is almost monopolist so they can have outrageous fees and commissions but this will change when Datum platform will be finished  i realy hope so that the monopoly of google can end(maybe) with the emergence of platforms like Datum... |

Actually, the app is looking worse than I expected (my expectation can be high though). But still it is a start, and probably will much better till release. Currently, it's of course at the beginning simple but they will for sure add some graphics after that I think you will like it more! I like what's on the screenshots, the beginning is laid, a little more work on the application and everything will be fine. If the backend of an app works without bugs it takes not that much time to add more graphics, btw. I liked your logo with the fox from the first time I saw it. Better to focus on the functions then on the design. The design is not a source of bugs and issues normally. But the design is one of the most important points why people want to use an app. Devs should especially focus on an easy to use system. this is one of the main characteristics that can decide the success of the project/app an user friendly/easy to use system... |

I am talking about stopping exploits that could destroy the company. Like the example where someone bought the whole inventory with 60 cents and hundreds of 20% off coupons. There need to be a safeguard in the terms and conditions to prevent that.
Of course it is a two-way street. The business also try to exploit discounts for their gain. For example they might advertise 80% discount but have only 10 items in stock, only to lure customers to the shop. Or situations where a retailer advertises a super low price over half the internet, but cancels all orders because it was an obvious price mistake.
After the merchant has set all terms like max. coupons per person, validity period, etc. there might be some kind of plausibility check that such extreme cases like your example can't occur. So we agree that the GAT platform needs a way to support sanity checks before the Merchant Tokens are released. But what if an exploit is detected when the promo is already running and it is not covered by the sanity checks? It looks like that too is covered: Merchant Tokens may be destroyed and modified any time according to the requirements of the issuer. This allows merchants to quickly change or even withdraw programs if there is any negative impact resulting from their digital token program.In that case I am interesting in how the user interface for configuring and managing Merchant Tokens looks. I agree with you man, I'm also interested in those techical things. But maybe they will not share with that user interface, you talk about the interface between merchants themselves and GAT, right? We just need to wait couple more months. Everything will be clear when whole platform will be finished  you are right we will know exactly only when all the jobs at the platform will be finish and a stable version will be released... |

As far as I understand no dividends are paid. no dividends, you make profits from the bots and you use the token to buy bots that is a winning strategy buy bots with token then make profits,in my opinion is better than a fixed dividend... |

I hope the team have a good marketing strategy, since thats the door to the mass market. When I Take a Look into the AppStore its impossible how much apps there are.
The name Datum is already well known in the ICO world. All the ICO hunters have heard about it,s o they are already doing something very well with marketing I am pretty sure they know what to do to get good publicity. They already raised a good amount of money in their sold-out pre-sale, that should attract more prospective buyers for the main-ICO. I dont mean advertising in the crypto world. That is, why I spoke about "the masses". If you want a successful app you need more users than from this forum (; ... To reach potencial users outside our little universe, you advertising has to be aggressive and omnipresent. Actually, i believe the hard part is getting good publicity to raise enough funds. Think about it, what is hard to do for you? - invest in a company - Use an app. So if they can make people to invest themself, they would probably make more people to use their app reach all kind of users/investors not only the crypto based is a hard work and needs a powerful global advertising campaign... |

All manager's trading profit minus manager's commission minus operation commission (0,5% according to the whitepaper) is distributed among investors. If you invest any amount of money into a certain manager's coins, you profit depends on a manager's investing abilities (minus the above mentioned commissions). Soma does not have any soft cap in its ICO as far as I know, because they are already backed up by venture funding from the earlier funding rounds. They already raised 14267ETH/120000ETH. Soma is a promising project and i think they will reach their hard cap. Damn! You are right, that's a lot of money already, hard to tell if they rise the max cap with the fixed ratio. Hopefully yes. they raise already a lot of money/eth i think/hope they will reach hard cap with some last minute whales... |

Is there a bonus for ICO investments?
Yes there will be a bonus. The first third of the tokens will be sold for $0.2 each, the second third for $0,3 per token and the remaining tokens will cost $0,4. So being fast makes sense. The ICO will start in about 19 days, so still enough time. That is actually a huge advantage, to buy the coins early. At the end of the ICO you will theoretically double your invested money. Usually you get like 30, 40 % bonus, but here it will be much bigger. After it hits the exchanges, who know how much will it be worth. so at the begining of the ico the price of the tokens will be low and then increase with time,is a good strategy in my opinion,after listing the exchanges nobody knows if the price will go up or down,we will know it only when tokens will be listed... |

Am I right that the ICO would be on November? What particular date on November? I can search wide enough of information regarding UTRUSTs' ICo because I lost data on my internet.
They announces exact data already: ICO will be in November 2 2017. They preparing to ICO now. May be they will give to us some demo version  there is still remaining a lot of time before the start of the ico,i hope they will release soon some demo version so we can test it for well... |
