So if account was hacked - then hacker used it to spread malware - in a result forum staff banned account (still being under control of the hacker). So that mean that the rightful owner of said account is basically fucked and his account is banned forever? Or the ban can be lifted based on circumstances? No. People can get their accounts back the usual way as long as there's reasonable evidence it was hacked and not just them spreading malware, though they'll have to wait for an admin to sort it which can take time. |

You can't change the rules after the fact for the same reason why you can't self-mod a thread after you created it as it wouldn't be fair. As shorena said, just lock the thread and create a new one (and ideally self-mod it if you want to inact your own rules).

It seems for many darknet dealers and operators it's often silly schoolboy errors that lead to their downfall. Ross Ulbricht would likely still be a free man had he covered his tracks a bit better when he was trying to set the site up.

Bitcoin is the best investment of all time. Owning Bitcoin is better than owning a house.
But the opposite is also true. It could be the worst investment of all time and worth zero in twenty years. Nothing is guranteed and btc is just as risky as investing in a new tech start up or whatever. The potential for huge gains is certainly there but I wouldn't stake/bet your entire life savings on it. |

btckol was already banned and I just took care of idyu. If that's another alt of Kralle he's already had several accounts banned for trolling/being a nuisance after scamming. If people are purposely just trying to agitate people by swearing and going off topic etc then they're going to get banned.

on my account it says potential junior and I think im better than that

You're a Jnr member not a potential one and the only way you'll gain potential Full Member is by getting 120 activity and to do that you'll need to make sure you post at least once in another six periods so 7th June is when you'll have the potential to be a Full Member (if I've calculated it right). |
