4081  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market Price on: September 24, 2020, 09:59:34 PM
On Binance, on trading page, if I buy alcoin using market price, will I get my altcoins right away like when I buy using card? Or will still have to wait for certain trader to respond to me?

I never bought anything thru trading. I have no experience buying from Binance trading.

Follow those youtube links above which is the very basics of trading but if you do talk about that buying on using a card then its just similar to that but you are basically funding up your account on buying something with your card.Of course when you do trade you would need to wait up for someone to fill out those orders
before those coin balance would reflect into your wallet. If you do buy a coin then it will automatically add up and also you can see those buy and sell orders
clearly which you can make use if its worth to buy or sell into that particular time.Just try to have some grasp on the basics on how those on-site functionality works.
4082  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people keep playing unlicensed, illegal slot machines? on: September 24, 2020, 07:59:05 PM
Quote
across town, another type of gambling continued much as it had since the coronavirus shutdown. A customer sat at the back of a gas station and peered into the video terminal of an electronic gaming device, one that's often referred to as a "prereveal" or "no chance" game. These look and sound like a regular slot machine, but they manage to skirt the gray area of what kind of gambling is authorized in Missouri.

This machine is dangerous since the result would likely be rigged, no RTP information, no certification, no provably fair, etc. But the business keeps booming. Is this because of a mere convenience? Or something else? Nowadays, people can play from their mobile phones, online, on legit casinos.
No one can tell if those are rigged ones or totally fair or does have big house edge but the thing here is that people do continue to play without even minding if it does really show out some fair outcomes or not.I cant imagine nor even expect that these machines will be found on convenience stores which is unusual for these
machines to be placed but somehow i didnt see this one coming. Those numbers mentioned on how many machines operated then its odd that it havent been
controlled or something unless if gambling is really not prohibited or owner of these machines does have license or permission then it wont really be that much of an issue.

4084  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy every dip! on: September 23, 2020, 11:17:28 PM
if you are given the opportunity to buy the price at the bottom, then that is a good opportunity,
because the increase will occur if there is strong support, make sure you don't use all of your capital,
and you can share it to buy altcoins in the dip

the problem is no one really knows if it has dropped to the bottom, for example the btc price fell from 15k to 12k, some people suggest that it has gone to the bottom and will bounce back but in fact it is still initially down again to the 10k range, so you have to prepare money or a strategy when the price goes down you buy and expect the price to fall again and will buy back at the next decline, at least it might be more useful.
There should always be a plan B yet price are way too unpredictable thats why you should prepare yourself if your initial step or plan had failed then if the price goes down even deeper then you should ready the funds for you to accumulate way more cheaper coins. We might presume that the price wont shoot down on big percentage on a single day.
When buying back then we do always have those doubts and fear which is unavoidable and i cant blame someone if they do panicked out due to that reason.
Its always been like this where people do keep telling on buying the dip but doubts will always be attached to it.
4085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: September 23, 2020, 09:42:01 PM
Lol I love the jokes about nuggets winning this game. They have Lakers exactly where they wanted, now Nuggets will lose the next game and series will be 3-1 just like Nuggets wanted and then they will win 3 in a row to eliminate Lakers as well Cheesy.
That's my prediction as well and I said it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1220979.msg55238016#msg55238016. Well, if they come resilient again for the third time there's something they are brewing and that for sure is another history and may be unbreakable even on the next decades. They've just done 2 in a row what if 3 in a row that's totally unreal for them. But I don't think LeBron will gonna pull this through at least let him get to the Finals and let say if he choke on it again.
Making it happen on the 2nd time in a row? then that would really be a history on making a comeback on 3 games deficit.Same as justdimin where i do also love the joke about these talks about on letting lakers to win the next game and the rest would follow on what happened on previous powerhouse team.I agree that this kind of record or history is unbreakable
but i dont see that it would happen the second time around. If Lakers performance would really be just the same on this Game 3 then its possible but i dont see for Lebron and the
rest of the team will make it just happen so easily.
4086  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What actually makes a token pump? on: September 23, 2020, 08:39:49 PM
I'm starting with DIA. It is listed on top exchanges, has good partnership, the team isn't relenting and its price still drops drastically. So, I put up the question to learn with the trend on what actually thrives the price of a token/coin?

•Demand
•Pump/Dump manipulation
•Shill/Fud
•Upcoming big events or updates

When it comes to movement then there are several factors that is mainly considered to be the reason on why it do move and those are things mentioned above.
On that DIA thing then dropping price isnt only or can be seen on this project alone but in all most project in the market even the team is doing their best
on making updates and any progress but doesnt mean that it would pump out on next move.It all matters into those people who do buy and support this
project and the people who do sell their token holdings for profits.
4087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: cryptcurrency arbitrage any ideas? on: September 22, 2020, 08:46:56 PM
arbitrage still good?  any comments?

any suggestions for countries like where it would be good like to buy and where to sell to reap a profit?
Yeah, its always been good but the question is that on how you would able to spot them? Arbitrage opportunities do exist but getting yourself into it would really be affected by lots of factors neither restricted access or deposit on such exchange when there are huge gaps in price or simply you wont able to make it through because these chances arent really lasting that long but if someone do able to detect it out then theyre lucky yet money making would really be easy as pie but if you do only make it on the right time and on the right spot, if not then you would rather be on negative instead on making profit due to fees etc.
4088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do think about skill games? on: September 22, 2020, 06:53:33 PM
But regarding traditional slots or skill games, I just believe that every game will always be good if it is accompanied by skill.
Opposite from what I believe to about slots, dice or any mini games in casino. I don't believe that these games required any skills at all to win, what you need is just a luck and good bet timing. In slots, there's nothing much that you do but to just press the button and see where it lands. In dice you just need to choose between roll over or roll below. If guessing right in consecutives is a skill then they might be. Anyways, all games are made for entertainment, so enjoy  Cheesy
You forgot that all games on an online casino are all played by pressing a button only  including card games but it doesn't mean that all of them are luck based because you can play them with skill involved too . you mentioned bet timing on your post , bet timing is related to skill and I have been using that on the slot games  . I start betting small then gradually increasing the bet ,  it's not the same as martingle because it's not auto and I re arange my bets from time to time
Timing in slots and dice games doesnt really matter much because if your lucky then even if you do continuously press or roll then you'll surely win thats why it doesnt really matter much
about timing and everything on how you do bet because outcome would really be on random basis. If you win then you'll smile if not then move on.All of things online is surely
be press by a button but we can really differentiate which one is really a skill based required kind of game and which one is just really needed some simple bet or choices.
Its a matter of preference though because not all would have the same interest.
4089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: All your entertainment things must have an external limiting feature, agree? on: September 21, 2020, 11:43:00 PM
That is why I also consider external limiting feature to reduce our losses in gambling. Especially if we don't have someone to provide advice for us.

I learned self-control by having as much as many hobbies as my time permits me to do so and do an extreme time-management thing for myself. That, perhaps, is my limiting factor in gambling and it has been working pretty well I must say. I am living alone and I haven't been into a serious gambling spree thankfully and it seems that I wouldn't develop such an inclination towards an activity since I am always engaged in a lot of things.

Well I always lose $100 a month in dice. I am okay to forego the amount though if you think about it, that's $1200 in a year that could have been put into good use but whatever..
Im not really fan on totaling my loss in annual basis as long i havent able to spend such amount nor presume that it would really be a fixed amount because it would really be having some changes along the way.

It isnt really needed to have that external limiting feature because you can make yourself to be in controlled if you are really aware on what you are doing even if you do have lots of things to be done or not
as long you are aware that you are spending that much into things which arent really worth to spend on then thats the time you do make such immediate action.

If failed to do so then think back on whats the matter or mistake then try to realize and presume things on what would happen if you do let yourself do continue
to have this bad habit.

Such limiting features could be more suitable for frequent "big" bettors who aren't consistently profitable in their bets. It could also be used to prevent people from betting what they can't afford to lose aka gambling, or better still prevent people from taking too much betting risks

So they are just exclusively choosing those big bettors who do lost big time?I do rather believe on the other side of things if thinking off that they can make big bucks if those whale players would lose even more. How the hell they would care for such players specially on online casinos that they dont even know on whose playing in back of the monitor?
For physical casinos then there might be come consideration from the house owner that someone do really spend up that much but its hard to believe that they would completely
stop their profiting moment unless if they do really care for a person but its unlikely eh?
4090  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎲Tower.bet 🎲🔥 New Platform arrived 🎲Crash 🎲 HiLo 🎲 Wheel 🎲Contests 🎲 on: September 21, 2020, 10:51:39 PM
So, it's a side project of duckdice like stake of PD...
To be fair, I was really amazed with towerbet at some point. Website and it's UI is very simple and colors are well matched. At some point some games have old vibes that remind me The lord of the rings and Goblin.
In overall, pretty nice and good UI, it makes you to travel in time and gamble at the same time, enjoy gambling in ancient times.

Btw OP on withdraw terms I read that users should be able to withdraw via cards, paypal, qiwi and others but on faqs it's written that only cryptocurrencies are supported for withdraw. So, how?
I don't see that they accept withdrawal via cards, paypal, qiwi and others  can you quote here or take a screenshot the things you've seen in the terms and condition. I checked again their deposit and withdrawal tab and only see cryptocurrency
I dont also see such option which i dont know on where he do see that withdrawal option yet its unusual for site to integrate specially those traditional payment system like paypal, qiwi.
A screenshot would be much appreciated.

4091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Happened? on: September 21, 2020, 09:49:14 PM
Seems that the owner already lost his business. If you look at the last post of the luckyflop account, he tried to enroll in tower.bet campaign, a new campaign of yahoo. I don't know if he is the original owner or already changed hands.
I think it does not matter if he applied in any campaign. Someday I could open up my casino and close it later due to any financial problems. Then if i apply in any campaign this does not mean that I changed the hands  Huh
agree . no problem to that but it will be questionable at first because you manage to open up a casino business which is costy enough . before you open it up you should be aware that you can lost or be succesful on your business therfor you should prepare a secure funds if ever unfortunate events happened .  you wont become poor as in really poor that you will only join campaigns to earn an income  .  account can also be control by thier representative and not really by the owner of the site so seeing that account apply in other campaign isnt a big deal .
Its a possibility that this account is held neither by the owner itself or by its representative but since theres a change of email then possibility that it changed hands which do people on this thread do talk about. When it comes to business then it will really be neither on both if its fails or not but this one really flops and we know that not each site do launch
would really be having that expected or anticipated success.About on the account possession then just let them be as long they do no harm to the forum.
4092  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading group on: September 21, 2020, 08:55:38 PM
Trading groups are to be careful, some are pump and dump, mostly the ones that do the most is based on only Alts technical analysis, and very few are those who analyze bitcoin movements and give bitcoin advice. Actually for these groups it is better to have your own arguments before reviewing them.
Trading groups are a great way to get updated in which tickers you should look out for. However, high number trading groups also move like a cult and can manipulate the market. You can earn through this way following their indications, however, it is not good for your individual trading skill, you will not improve relying on this group. In addiction, Only the head of the group always profit the most since they are the ones controlling how the market behaves.
Its on manipulative side and making that group as a source of income for its owners. Some might really be interested on joining up these groups yet it do become beneficial for them
but to think that there would be always someone who lost up when theres someone who do make profit. For self learning purpose or talks then this doesnt really help for you to become a
better trader unless if you dont really rely too much on the information that you do able to get from these kind of groups which are just totally speculators itself just like you.
Also, most of the time these groups do deal with low cap coins which is really very risky for you to put up some money just for you to have the ride.
4093  Economy / Gambling / Re: Witch.gg - BOOST YOUR CRYPTO WALLET EVERYDAY! on: September 21, 2020, 07:43:56 PM
Its hard to determine if youre playing against a bot or a real player.(This is on waiting or on queue).
Tiles would be filled out by a some image if a certain player joins in and the roll begins and the winner would be
considered on whose the one would get the most number of image tile on each round.

My concern at the start, how can we verify fairness.

OP doesn't come back here for days to respond to all questions so we don't have a clue of how's the system work.

But referring to that image, if those are real humans, I was surprised that there are real players despite the lack of communication in their discussion thread.
No, its just an in game display or icon that you had occupied that spot because when someone do join up the queue and its start to roll then
it would gradually those image would vanish until which image would be left decides the winner.Just like on a roulette thing though.
Fairness is on big question.
Have some peak into their Versus game which is simply a PvP one.

Yeah there are lots of meaning of PvP https://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/PvP
Just to make it clear.  Cheesy (Just joking)
4094  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bounce Back is coming? on: September 20, 2020, 11:40:14 PM
I believe that your predictions and analysis has come to past and as such we have that the current dimping the cryptocurrencies market and stock market are experiencing will come to an end very soon. I see bitcoin trying to establish strong support around $10300 since morning and we hope to see bance back one more.

Bitcoin did bounce back but it did not have the momentum to cross the 11K. I think it might again retest the support at 10.2 - 10.3K before making another move up.

Does anyone here thinks that bitcoin will cross ATH in december this year ?
When it comes to ATH then im not really expecting much, same goes into previous years on where majority of people do think nor believe that it would able to do so.
Basing of on how Bitcoin moves then its really hard to believe that it would able to peak up that much yet we are only just 3 months left for this year and with that
certain amount of time wont really be enough on going on that level so easy.I do eyeing on 14-15k price though but its still not an assurance yet price
had always been unpredictable.

4096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Payment reduced due to the increase gas fee on: September 20, 2020, 09:44:57 PM
Hello, Happy Sunday to all the readers in the house.
Something has been bugging me and I decided to express it overhere, recently I joined few telegram group chat and many projects threads and all I got is non payment, I haven't received reward etc. This kept me on a high pressure not to join in promoting some projects because I don't want to fall victim as others are complaining. Though there are project that requested for gas fees to receive reward, could it be is necessary for us to send it and receive our rewards?
And the recent increase in gas fees has also limited many projects not to pay their workers.
The project that pays are those in tron, eos and other chains off from ETH blockchain.

I want to know if there's nothing they can do reduce the gas fee?

Thanks as your response are highly needed.
Dont believe it yet this had been just a classic scamming attempt where these scammers do just make an alibi on asking out some gas fees for them to sent out rewards?

Who the bullshit would really believe on such reasoning? Its called airdrop since its a free coin to be given into the public and those fees or gas would really be shouldered up
by the project team itself.A legit team wouldnt ask a cent if they would tend to have an airdrop.
Just be on your common sense side then you would understand that they are just trying to fool you on.
4097  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inspirational gambling quotes. on: September 20, 2020, 09:09:38 PM
The only sure thing about luck is
that it will change.

This is the most inspiring quote I find about gambling. It was true that the luck won't be with a person for a long. If the person make use of his lucky moments, then he has got the highest chance of success. If opportunity missed, then we don't know whether we'll get to be lucky again. As gambling is much associated with money, we need to be very careful handling each and every step forward.

Heraclitus, a Greek philosopher, has been quoted as saying “change is the only constant in life.” So be sure to expect changes in life and gambling, nothing last forever! Every winning/losing streak has to end in some point, but in gambling the point is to survive and have for the last green bet.
Nice gambling quotations in the entire thread, there's something for every person, reading them all and applying them in your gambling sessions would be great, if you can keep your head cool when things becomes hot!
Applying these up into your gambling activity then it would really be helpful. These are the most common one but to believe that majority will really fail into this matter.
Im not saying people are dumb but gambling industry wont really be that much a successful one if people are really smart on handling out their finances. So it basically
shows up that lots of people do still fall into that pit of addiction on where spending up tons of money for their gambling activity. This isnt applicable or saying for all gamblers
but majority of them are on that same bracket.I appreciate those compilations of qoutes though which can somewhat a good read for us.
4098  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which is a good option?? Trade or Hodl on: September 19, 2020, 11:31:35 PM
It depends on the strategy and coins we choose, but because holding is boring, I prefer trading over holding.
After all, based on my experience in the cryptocurrency world, trading can generate much bigger profits.
Especially the day trading that I do, I can make a daily profit of 3%. My advice is to choose coins that have
a high volume, to be safe when trading. Usually I choose the top 100 cryptos for trading.

Theres no such thing about being safe yet day trading is much more riskier than on just simply holding which it logical thing. There are indeed people who arent really fan of holding and they do just get bored and much prefer on actively trading. Its understandable and much better to choose to trade actively into those coins which does have volume yet you can
somewhat assure that you can really deal with moving prices compared to those coins who do have sideways movement into their prices. When it comes on choosing which one
you would do then it depends into your capacity because if you dont know on what youre doing then its better to hold than trying it hard.
4099  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: coming CBDC help or hurt bitcoin? on: September 19, 2020, 10:24:47 PM

Central bank digital currencies (CBDC) are coming fast. Recent article focuses on impact of digital yuan (likely first) to dollar, but what impact will it have on bitcoin or any?  I know they are not the same thing, but will eventual widespread adoption of government issued e-currencies (a given IMHO... just when) help or hurt bitcoin?

It doesnt help nor give an impact. This digital yuan is no different with fiat and we know that it cant really make an effect on Bitcoin market. They can switch all they want
but to think that making your fiat to digital isnt something new.So just let them be on what are the things they do wanna like to do.It wont be a surprising thing
if other government would do the same thing or do such trend yet crypto will always be a different market that doesnt rely nor dependent on other markets.
4100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Dice Games and Yolodice . Best strategy?? on: September 19, 2020, 09:24:11 PM
90% and then roll under make you stay in the game for long time but losing just 1 or two can lose it all. The strategy isn't new, there are users who actaully wrote aout this type of strategy but it lloks like an experiment only.

Make it 97% to make worth. Losing one bet will lose all te coins you won. It may be worth checking the provably fair of the casino of that single loss bet this time.   Cheesy
Common strategies on dice:

The Martingale Strategy
he Break-Even Martingale Strategy
The Inverse Martingale Strategy
The D’Alembert Strategy
The Paroli Strategy

Here are few but the most strat been used by majority is that Martingale strategy. Some say it works and majority been saying that it isnt specially if you do it
for lots of rolls.House edge will kill you and a long red losing streak will surely vanished you capital into thin air.Strategy that had been created is just
really making the game longer but doesnt really change the fact that all things vary on how lucky you are specially into this type of game.
