4101  Economy / Speculation / Re: If market crashes, BTC will crash twice as hard. on: September 20, 2020, 11:17:16 PM
If that so, then let SPY dried off and see what it happens to BTC price. Could be that important and sees if that is correlated to it because almost no one we'd like to believe it. Reason why? Bitcoin has free market flows, in fact, the stock market drops hard, the global economic decreases but we are about to make a good position away from it and making a good market rally. That is why I'd never thought that is likely to happen, it is negative as per see.
4102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm scared of ethereum gas fee on: September 20, 2020, 10:58:35 PM
A $2000 gas fee could be that possible if the price of ETH will also be $1m ( just my own assumption). But as for now, I definitely can't think of any changes that brought it there. The gas fee will somewhat change oftentimes but the current price won't make the fee to completely surging high and make you afraid of. Just above replies, nothing to worry about because ever since we never touch at $500 AFAIK and how much more for $2000...a very slim chance that it happens.
4103  Other / Archival / Re: Bitcoin’s Hash Rate Reaches New ATH on: September 20, 2020, 01:03:05 PM
Miners keep their machines at work even during the crisis. Some did the quit but still many were still left and continue their work. Why? Because miners can still make money from mining and they are not losing the confidence that soon to come that Bitcoin will reach for another ATH and make them more profitable than this time.

The hash rate gives some insights that more activities happening this time and that pretty obvious how busy they are.
4104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why mixers? on: September 20, 2020, 12:27:39 PM
Not all transactions run into Bitcoin mixer are illegal or something say it was coming from scamming or hacking. No, the mixer doesn't rush to make questions with that to a person who did the transfer. But, don't you surprise hearing some hackers get in hunts with the authorities because of their crimes? The mixer does the monitoring of every transaction and if that is suspicious, they'll have to trace it where it comes and whos owned the wallet address.
4105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't trade if you're inexperience rather stake your coins. on: September 19, 2020, 12:05:52 PM
I agree with you on this one, trading requires much skills, learning and experience, and for someone who is inexperienced in the trading aspect shouldn't dare to trade at all, because they are bound to make tons of mistakes which will eventually lead to loss of capital, but staking of crypto is quite safe and profitable sometimes and some other times you might find your self on the wrong side of the road,an advice before you stake do a little research about the coin your about to stake and it seems like staking is a better option for people who don't know how to trade.
-Knowledge
-Skill
-experience

all of these things can just be acquired if we would have tried to trade and understand the risk. Trading couldn't be for everyone, everyone knows it but why a lot of people come into trading without enough knowledge? It is just because they want to understand the life of a trader and also, the can earn additional knowledge and skill base from their bad and good experience.

it all binds with try, effort, and hopes. Nothing seems impossible if we don't afraid to take the risk and accept the consequences that might happen afterward.
4106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any suggestion in investment in Defi coins/tokens on: September 19, 2020, 11:48:50 AM
I would step on the sideline when it comes to most DeFi projects for now as the market seems to be undecided in which direction we will go. It seems that the initial craze around DeFi has subsided a bit as well, so those projects that made crazy returns in the past months could see even deeper consolidation, or not and they will break the short term bearish trend and do another run to the moon. But you cannot miss with already established DeFi tokens as Aave and Synthetics, or even new juggernauts like UNI.
Defi projects would something to lead for a bullish market, Bitcoin didn't and so they are.
But there is one thing it appears into my mind and that is manipulation. I'm afraid of this bearish season had come to its ends shortly and creates huge losses in many investors. No, I can't imagine the tragic ends of altcoins season last 2017 and leave crypto enthusiasts suffering losses. It might different for today but could be possible that it happens again, history repeats itself (I hope it won't).
4107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This will help day traders and newbie traders. on: September 18, 2020, 02:18:24 PM
It actually, traders can read this, and surely they can understand this but I'm not sure how persistent they are in doing all of these things till the end. Because people often change especially when they know other strategies and they keep experimenting with new things away from the basics. All of these will be forgotten at any moment.
This is a reason why traders like this won't make a good end but just a horrible end of their trading life.
4108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India looking to Re-ban Bitcoin on: September 18, 2020, 01:47:40 PM
snipped...
Nice strategy from Bloomberg to make some money, there is no recent updates about the pending bill but they released an article about the old news with niche title so they got lot of revenue from their page views, but seriously we need to consider this old news for discussing?
I don't see money involve in here, it was Bloomberg wanted to tell everyone that the India government do nothing good toward crypto but just making their people become hopeless on Bitcoin. You might have noticed it that this article is made a long-time ago, but the fact that it happens again (banning crypto again), they would also like to published back again.

Well, I'm not sure how consistent they are but seeing their actions, it was terrible and somewhat ridiculous.
4109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why government Don't kill btc? on: September 17, 2020, 10:59:38 PM
And why they should do that?
They'll never find wrong about Bitcoin that will push them to eliminate. They heard about scamming, fraud, hacking, and any negative news toward Bitcoin but it is the fault itself, this is the fault of those people who are stupid to think about easy money, greedy individuals.

The government looked into Bitcoin as a huge potential market in the future. Yet, it can't be used as a currency but seeing people benefiting from this as a form of investment, they are likely giving their people a freedom to choose their life, financially.

Would like to send us proof that you've been a scam or anything like. Your accusations will only be valid once proven guilty but as long as there is nothing it proves them being guilty, they're still free and will continue their services.

Expected that these kinds of schemes are flooding around and that we need to be more careful especially to new exchanges as most of them are a scam.

However, you can ask help to some DT to investigate them but of course, they'll need a few TX that will help them to trace.

4113  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Insensitivity in analyzing/reading scam/problem on: September 15, 2020, 02:06:53 PM
Scam, scam, scam...yeah that it looks like a scam but what if it is not true? I may lose the opportunity.

Believe me, most people fall into this scamming not being unaware or innocent, but it is because they are blinded to see the reality because of money. Greedy people always become victims of this and it is too late already to realize. They are not stupid and I know that but they don't just want to make a change, instead of relying on false hope.

4114  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbee: Is bitcoin a real currency on: September 14, 2020, 11:57:44 PM
Bitcoin is said to be a currency in virtual form, we can use it to buy food, stuff, and anything as long as it was accepted in a certain place or establishment. There is no official statement that Bitcoin is fully accepted worldwide but for a reason that people are currently using it and accepted as a form of payment, a big factor that we are soon more usable currency than FIAT.

The development will take some years or even decades. It needs more support especially from the countries leaders to fasten the development and officially announced. Because at this time, more people are buying crypto just for an investment.
4115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is possible that bitcoin will use nowadays in cash less transaction? on: September 13, 2020, 11:05:07 PM
I think government will support having a cashless payment system especially now that we're in this kind of situation but i guess not with Bitcoin because i think it will make it more complicated to others, and we've been using cashless payment using QR scan with different mobile wallet and it's very convenient for me, but maybe Bitcoin payment will be introduced and supported by many in the near future.
Indeed, they are supporting it since before, credit card and debits card have already existed quite long...and PayPal comes next. But using Bitcoin isn't finally at its reach, not all countries are open for this opportunity but instead of banning it. But if this pandemic will help to change their mind and approaches cryptocurrency in good well, then this pandemic is the blessing in disguise for crypto. In fact, we can see it now that there is a massive Bitcoin adoption this means that the government openly accepting the changes and the demand of the community.
4116  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Eterbase Exchange Hacked, Don't Leave Your Funds on Any Exchange! on: September 12, 2020, 11:51:56 PM
I've often to leave some funds on certain exchanges for a few days before finally decided to withdraw it and not to trade again. But never experience being hacked because, in the first place, we should also have to check if that site is legit or not. The most common failure and our lapses is that we neglected to check it first, a thing that we shouldn't have to forget.

It could be frustrating but people never learn things like this until they have experience.
4117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Inoue vs. Moloney - October 31 on: September 12, 2020, 02:33:53 PM

Can they sell at that price? I doubt.. Tyson and Rjr are popular in the entire world while " Inoue vs. Moloney " is not that popular especially in the USA as Inoue hasn't fought in the US land yet.
Inoue is still a big attraction because the media portrays him as one of the most promising boxer in the industry, many Americans have seen how Inoue fought Donaire and they consider Inoue as a great prospect just like when they first saw Pacquiao, it will be great if Inoue fight in the American soil one day, and get the same treatment like Ryan Garcia is getting.
It's different though, Ryan Garcia is state side, while Inoue is Asian, so different treatment. And Inoue has not yet been exposed to American, it's just one fight that they have witnessed and that's why Bob Arum is really working hard for Inoue to be accepted in the US soil just like what he did to Pacquiao and he is trying to repeat it, however, it might take some time because of the pandemic.

The timing was really bad though, it was Inoue's debut in the US and yet the fight was postponed because of the pandemic. He is good but I think Bob Arum can't anymore find a boxer like Manny as he is already a legend and one boxer said that 8th division champion as an achievement is hard to surpass.
Yes, timing is bad, but Inoue is still very young though, so the potential is there in the next coming years and we do hope that in the next 6-12 months this nightmare will be eradicate and we will be back to the "old" normal. In any case, we do hope that Inoue will become a super star in the US soil.
Ain't that impossible. He have the ambitions to be like of what superstart had achieved. Not that fast for sure, but he's still young and he needs more experience to be one of them (legendary boxers). He needs more fight to win in order to have his name on the list and make huge fight specially in the US. That's the only way it helps to gain popularity and may boxer promoters will take care of it.
4118  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Downloading into not safe website. on: September 11, 2020, 10:47:18 PM
I am also not aware that bitcointalk had an apk ready to be installed in apkpure.

Also, if you have the options for installing applications without using any 3rd party services, it would be much better. Don't settle for less though.
I even not see this until you've posted it and not visited that apkcure.com site as well (that makes me unaware). Quite interesting to see but better not and avoid this, I'm worried how I compromise my account having any apps just like this.

Having a lot of fake apps sprung online, fake/clone sites, it makes me bad. I have to stay away from this, ain't bother me to bookmarks legit sites than having apps.

4119  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish! on: September 10, 2020, 11:30:02 PM

https://www.coindesk.com/price/bitcoin

The price still waving away from touching $9k, it keeps moving slowly back high again.
But anyway, it was not a thing to worried about even if we get back below $10k because the market will still remain healthy. We are not yet at the bearish season in order to think that we price will fall back down. Not this time and probably not this year.
4120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: History will be repeating itself, invest wisely. on: September 08, 2020, 11:11:29 PM
Most people also got crazy in investing a project that they saw it was already at hype. They are immediately jumping on it. No, I'm not sure if they know what they are doing or even having a simple search in that particular project. Greediness what drives them and that gives them a reason not to succeed because they even forgot the possible things that might happen after. The only thing in their mind is money, this could make me rich instantly, I'll be a millionaire by tomorrow which is only an illusion.

That is why I stay away from the hypes project, failures will come next. How fast it goes high that is also how fast it dumps and sometimes it goes dead after.
