What about applying the new bumping rules to the press board! In my opininon, a news article shouldn't be bumped at all as it becomes less interesting/outdated over the time.
If someone thinks a topic deserves to appear on the first page then he has to use his bumping power.

If posts on the press board do not increase the total post count, then account farmers won't be interested in spamming there.

اختيار القسم المناسب عند طرح موضوع جديد يمكن ان يكون صعب بعض الشيئ وخصوصا عندما يكون الموضوع متشعب و يتناول عديد الافكار و المعلومات لكن في نهاية الامر هو ليس بالمشكلة الكبيرة فحتى في حالة طرح موضوعك في القسم الخاطئ من المؤكد ان هناك من سيقوم بالتبليغ عنه لنقله. المهم ان لا يكون هذا سببا للتوقف عن النشر.
تعدد الاقسام بالفعل يمكن ان يكون سببا في قلة التفاعل للاسف وذلك يظهر جليا من خلال عدد الزيارات و الردود لكنه يبقى امرا ضروريا للحفاظ على النظام و خاصة لتسهيل عملية البحث و الوصول للمعلومة بالتوجه مباشرة للقسم الخاص.

هناك بعض الاقسام لا ازورها و هو تقسير مني لكنني غير مهتم بما ينشر هناك صراحة و هذا لا يقلل من جهد الاعضاء النشطين هناك و لا يعني ان ما ينشر غير مهم فقط لكل شخص اهتماماته الخاص و مجالات يريد التركيز عليها.
في اغلب الاحيان اقرا بعض تلك المواضيع فقط بسبب ان الكاتب او اخر شخص قام بالتعليق هو شخص مالوف لدي و اعلم ان ما يكتبه مفيد.

كحل لتسهيل اختيار القسم المناسب كنت قد اقترحت في السابق ان يتم كتابة موضوع في كل قسم يتم تثبيته يشرح اختصاص القسم و نوع المواضيع التي يتناولها اضافة الى قوانين خاصة اذا وجدت او كان هناك حاجة لها.
اشجع اي عضو هنا للقيام بهذه المبادرة (شخصيا لا استطيع في الوقت الحالي بسبب ظروف شخصية حتى ان نشاطي هنا قل). تكفي فقط المبادرة و البدا بكتابة الموضوع و من الاكيد ان باقي الاعضاء سيساهمون في تطويره و اقتراح ما يجب تعديله او اضافته.

الموضوع غير مهم فعلا لكن ساقوم بطرحه ربما هناك من يستفاد منه خاصة في معرفة كيف يتم التعامل مع التبليغات 

نحن كأعضاء نقوم بالتبليغ عن المواضيع المخالفة او التي يجب نقلها للقسم المناسب لكن اغلبنا لا يعرف كيف يتم التعامل مع هذه التبليغات في الجانب الاخر.
ما اثار فضولي هو انني قمت بالتبليغ عن مجموعة من المواضيع ليتم نقلها للقسم الجديد الخاص بالمنصات.
طبعا لكل قسم مشرف خاص يقوم بالتعامل مع التبليغات الخاصة بقسمه و في حالتي كان المشرف غير متصل وقتها لكن لاحظت ان احد المواضيع دونا عن غيره تم تعليمه ك bad و لم يتم التعامل مع البقية.
طبعا المشرفين العامين يمكنهم التعامل مع التبليغات في كل اقسام المنتدى بدون استثناء لكن من المستبعد ان يتدخلوا في الاقسام المحلية بسبب الحاجز اللغوي كما ان تدخلهم يكون عندما يكون المشرف المحلي غائب لفترة طويلة.
في النهاية اكتشفت ان السبب كان بسيط و هو ان احد المشرفين العامين قام بتعليم الموضوع عن طريق الخطأ ربما لطول القائمة التي امامه.

كما ذكرت، الموضوع غير مهم فعلا لكنه فرصة لكي نعرف دور المشرفين و صلاحياتهم.
اثراءا للموضوع:
هناك المشرفون المحليون: يهتمون بكل ما يخص الاقسام المسؤولين عنها فقط.
المشرفون العامون: يشرفون على كل الاقسام و صلاحياتهم اكبر من المشرفين المحليين خاصة في ما يتعلق بحضر الاعضاء و رفع الحضر.
المدراء و هم المسؤولون عن تسيير المنتدى بشكل عام مثل وضع القوانين و تعيين المشرفين و غيره اي ان لديهم كامل الصلاحيات.
هناك ايضا patrollers و مهمتهم الوحيدة التعامل مع منشورات الاعضاء برتبة newbie. لا اعرف ان كانت هذه الرتبة لا تزال موجودة!
هناك ايضا فريق اخر يجب الاشارة اليه و هو فريق cryptios و مهمتهم الاساسية التعامل مع العضويات المخترقة او المفقودة و اعادتها لاصحابها كما لهم صلاحية اغلاق العضويات عند الشك انها عضوية مسروقة. بسبب الدور الذي يقومون به لهم صلاحيات يمكن ان تمس من خصوصية الاعضاء.

ان كان هناك من لديه اي معلومات اضافية او تصحيح لاحد المعلومات السابقة ارجو ان يقوم بذكرها لاضافتها هنا.

You don't have to understand all the aspects of bitcoin or know how things work under the hood to be able to start sending and receiving bitcoins.Even if you are not a tech savy guy, all it takes is someone who explains and show you the basics like how to create a wallet and how to secure it.
I think it's time to stop spreading such wrong ideas, that bitcoin isn't for everyone and you have to be a genius to use it.

technically, you don't decrypt a wallet file password but you brute force it which is totally based on luck and the length/complexity of the password.

I am sure the wallet file is fake and all this article is just bs. Just take a look at the photo they posted, the member who shared the file is a newbie on that hackers forum. Why should any one trust him knowing that there is no way to tell for sure if the encrypted private key is the one for the address in question.

Probably, they add this restriction to reduce the load on their servers. Just imagine how many orders you will find on a trading bot's order history! (maybe they don't know about the workaround).
2-3 months seems reasonable to me. On some exchanges you can't see more than the last 100 orders or so.

Please keep us updated. am interested to know if it really has anything to do with server load.

Actually, revealing participants usernames wouldn't prove anything. If the casino's intention was to manipulate the results then nothing can stop them from creating fake accounts and announce them as winners.
However, it would be nice to know how the winning tickets are being drawn.. or maybe use a provably fair system for this so we can check the results.

Looks like crypto users became the main target of scammers and with all these tools sold on the dark web it's not that hard to set up a phishing website.
You don't have to be a hacker or have any technical knowledge.
Lobsterpot Method, I think this is the most used method by phishers when targeting crypto users. Almost every known exchange or web wallet have hundreds of fake clones.
I don't think key-loggers fall under the phishing category though.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using any of the wallets you mentioned especially coinbase. It may be a good and reputable exchange but shouldn't be used as a personal wallet although it charges less fees compared to other exchanges.

Using the lightning network isn't always an option. The one you are going to send coins to must be accepting lightning payments. Besides, if you are going to use LN just for one transaction then it will cost more than a regular on-chain transaction.
