After i saw your website i think your business idea isnt so much about bitcoin and can be applied to practically everything.

I guess ill wait for the first pirated version, which will come for sure.  Tongue
4122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: May 06, 2015, 01:18:47 PM
if you said

What are your best methods of growing Bitcoin.

I will suggest to invest your bitcoin,
you can invest in any way, like trading or HYIP..

This sounds like a very bad suggestion. HYIPs are scam by default and you most probably will not even get anything out of it.

Trading is fine but not trading as investment from the start. Better starting with a very small amount (20$) and learn from that. A noob will lose for sure. So as a investment trading is nothing for a beginner.
4123  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] MarginBot - A Bitfinex Margin Lending Management Bot on: May 06, 2015, 01:16:05 PM
I did not get it work. I decided to write my own bot. When i finished the Server gave me a "nonce to small error" which can be interpreted as "your privat key and secret key are already in use". Which was not done by my own program and the key was only used for the php bot. I deleted the old keys, created a new one and everything worked as it should.
Any idea how or why that happened ?

Maybe bitfinex is binding keys to one single application, storing all the details about the sending computer, browser and so on? Though you might better ask that in bitfinex services thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=229438
4124  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Stay away from ASICSPACE on: May 06, 2015, 01:06:38 PM
jtoomim... im impressed from this investigation. Looks like you do this properly. And i like that you really seem to be independent since you dont follow the words of one side in this easily. Smiley If i would be in mining business i would definitely use your service in case i need it.
4125  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: May 06, 2015, 12:16:06 PM
here's the most info I can find on the guy.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=974893.90;imode

FC real name appears to be Xinyu Jiang also known as Brandon Lu or Della Lu, accordingly to ninjabot, nubbins and others

And the factory is not located at Mongolia but HuaiAn City, JiangSu Province

but honestly, if I had ... how many millions? ... and wanted to disappear... AND I already was from SE asia area.... youd never see hide nor hair of me again. Lets hope he does something stupid, loses it all gambling, gets sloppy and gives away his location...

and who the hell was holding a lot of AM shares anyway? private shares i will assume? they were all in since IPO? already made a huge profit, so written the whole deal off?

I have to stop obsessing about this. its only money i guess, but geez louise man!

Are there still now infos? His wife still waiting or did she disappear (move to him) silently now? But maybe he wanted to exchange his wife anyway too. Oo

So police is still searching for him and nothing changed?

I cant believe he is a scammer though. He most probably had way better situations where he could run with way more money. Getting 10% more with already having that amount doesnt make much sense to me. So for now i think the best explaination is him being kidnapped. I mean if a criminal organisation gets the idea to get money with bitcoin then the first idea would be stealing it. And friedcat looked like an easy target.

Maybe he only could not take the stress and took some time out in a hut at a lake or so. But that doesnt sound likely.
4126  Economy / Securities / Re: [CANNABIT] Investment Details - Announcement & Discussion Thread #cannabit on: May 06, 2015, 11:59:56 AM
Any updates? No activity for over 4 months. SebastianJu could you try to reach em and ask for an update?

Especially on the Cryptostocks situation. The shares should move to Polo / NXTAE or something equally "safe".

Im not so happy that he didnt get back to me lately. Last thing i was told was that he now works fulltime on cannabits core business. He liked the idea of going decentralized and more private than this forum and asked me for suggestions he can look into then.

I would like him staying in contact more but it seems he does not yet see the importance of that. Otherwise he would.  Roll Eyes

Is poloniex decentralised? I think he would prefer NXT otherwise. With NXT you mean the normal NXT-Exchange right?

I will try reaching him though.
4127  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Da Dice] Signature Campaign Discussion Thread | Join The Fun! on: May 04, 2015, 01:31:37 PM
Would anyone mind if we exclude Meta and Beginners and Help boards from next week?

You can certainly post there, but only it won't be counted. But, if we find very useful posts in Beginners and Help we will certainly count them. Smiley

What do you think?

I think as long as constructive posts are counted its fine. Because i think those forums are the first point where real new users apply. And those will more likely check out a dice site than older users. They dont know what it is and might click more easy. And play if they are minded that way.

So campaigners answering questions there could be a valuable marketing. Counting those posts is good i think.

Maybe its best that way. Though i wonder if there really is so much hard to identify spam.

I think if you take the bonus as a reward someone can reach for then 3 bonuses mean that everyone lower might think that he cant reach the bonus anyway, there are 3 or 4 top posters who will take them with high certainty.

So even if you have small bonuses like 1-0.1 2-3-0.05 and the last 0.1 spread in 4 maybe. Then you might reach a broader effect because many more user see the possibility to reach at least one of the bonuses.

Thats at least how i see it as an incentive. Of course i guess the top three poster wouldnt like it. Smiley Though they wouldnt go because they still would earn way more than in other campaigns.

That is exactly what it is going to be. Wink

Great that this campaign is open to suggestions. Others are missing that for a reason i dont see from a marketing perspective. Wink

4129  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Purse.io - Bitcoin Amazon Marketplace - Save ~10-25% on Amazon Wishlist on: May 04, 2015, 12:19:00 PM
Why does purse giving me so many disappointments? Since i waited over night to get some product bought i now decided that i cant wait any longer, since it seems no buyers are around at the moment. Or purse isnt advertising at the moment. So i sat my discount to 5% and... nothing happens. Not purse instant. I had tried purse instant before with 8% discount as a tester and all went fine, besides giving them the shipping address.

Now i tried to buy the product directly through their searchbar and... they tell me that only US-Adresses are accepted anymore.

Great. Useless feature again. And i thought i can trust purse on this because i need the product till mai 8th. I feel like i shouldnt put trust into purse since at the end they change their rules anyway so that i cant participate.  Embarrassed

You're also better off sticking with what you know and not arguing with Jared. I wouldn't put his working knowledge of creating mines too far above the people he left behind who cooked your units, and I think even you can see he's here more to argue than to solve anything. Circular logic and speculation, are exactly that. Good for you for having the balls to stand up to these folks. Of course the twits here are going to poke all kinds of holes in what you're doing. Fair point though, you won't see a criminal prosecution out of this, so go for civil. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice and the heads up !

Did Toomim Brothers already give a timeline when first, or the complete, results will be available?
4131  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] MarginBot - A Bitfinex Margin Lending Management Bot on: May 04, 2015, 11:03:52 AM
Hey there,

i want to test the script right now. I am using XAMPP for testing with Windows. Everytime i went past the database configuration and the website config the install.php script tells me that everything should work fine now and i should make my config readable only. After i did that and klick on "Log On" it just redirects me to install.php again and starts a new installation process.

What could be wrong ?

Maybe your config isnt readable anymore now? Only a guess.
4132  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: May 01, 2015, 12:42:40 PM
Think about why those coins were on Gox at that time and then think about the odds of you getting any of them.

You mean he only claimed they were there? If so then it could serve as an evidence that he actually was scamming. Opening possibilities to bring him to jail.
4133  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Stay away from ASICSPACE on: May 01, 2015, 12:26:12 PM
This user does this on a lot of threads. Seemingly defending the indefensible actions and doesn't READ THE FUCKING THREAD. Careful he might call you an EXTORTIONIST next if you are looking for fair compensation for the damage.

So since i did not want to remove the NEUTRAL rating for you i now get you going after me?

Its clear why i rated you since i linked the problem with the rating. And you still werent able to explain how someone would have to be refunded for a miner that he rated as perfectly fine, ran it for months until it was worthless, and then got the idea that this miner was so broken that it could have not ever been sold. Then starting a campaign and tries everything to move dogie for a refund.

Whatever, i dont want to go about this in this thread. Maybe you should consider how much worth is in going after others you blame for your own errors. You look like you have enough time to create something constructive instead.
4134  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bittrex phishing warning on: April 29, 2015, 01:42:09 PM
Since when does google allow putting in another url than the real target url? Oo

How is that possible ?? As far as im seeing it has the same name www.bittrex.com or am i blind? I didnt know it was possible to fake that thing

The URL looks the same but check the lower left of the image, the real url is different.
4135  Local / Anfänger und Hilfe / Re: Allgemeine Fragen zur Währung Bitcoin zwecks wissenschaftlicher Arbeit on: April 29, 2015, 01:25:24 PM
Du hast das hier sicher schon gelesen? https://de.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaktionsgeb%C3%BChren and https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_fees

They write about the official client, there are other clients out there who allow, theoretically, free transactions. But that doesnt work very often because you need to meet the minimum requirements from the network. If not met then your transaction wont land in a block at all.

Its about the transaction size often enough that decides the min fee.
4136  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PythonPro1337 Scammer [Bounty] on: April 29, 2015, 01:16:49 PM
Why did you think that someone could or would create all the things you wanted for a half bitcoin? As long as there arent free solutions, where he only has to adjust some things, this sounds impossible.

And even so, escrow is the way to go...

4138  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Stay away from ASICSPACE on: April 29, 2015, 11:24:32 AM
When you think about that topic then there is a third explaination.

You are not providing an explanation. You are coming up with guesses based on nothing but assumptions. Not helpful.

How could you provide an explanation? In no way, as you are involved party at all with no actual factual knowledge of the situation.

What kind of miners was it? Did you run them by yourself before or did you buy them from someone and let them send there?

Have you ready anything I have written at all? They are brand new S5, delivered straight from Bitmain to ASICCRAP.

They have damaged them, they already admitted doing so.

Right, im sorry that i didnt read carefully.

So these were delivered to ASICSPACE directly from Bitmain and are brand new.

I guess there are no other complaints about the temp sensor from S5-Customers?

I would like to read the results of the investigation from Toomim Bros.
4139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: April 29, 2015, 11:20:57 AM
last year i've tried put bitcoin to investment in various things.
From IPO altcoin, invest on gambling dice, cloud mining, invest on a group of trading bitcoin. Some of it end with scam, another is making profit but only in short term period.
Next to do are invest on bitcoin faucet, my friends told me he got decent amount of dollar from ads network as publisher on his faucet.

You should ask your friend to not only telly you what he got from the ads but instead what he paid for the site and visitors. As far as i know faucets arent really easy profits for the owners.
