The document says they (knew) have leak for years and they could bankrupt any time, and they let it leak with the concern that MtGox drags down the bitcoin world with its fall - that is hubris. Quote: "The reality is that MtGox can go bankrupt at any moment, and certainly deserves to as a company. " There are some who point out MtGox would not say this, hence the document is fake. But they are known blatant. Why would they let it leak?? They didn't know how to avoid the leaks technically? You would think they had the money to buy some good techs! |

But splitting the investment, i think helps not soooo much... like boumalo says, 4*0.5 BTC is still 2 BTC.. yes even the max limit is 0.5 BTC i can make multiple investments, but in the time between 2 deposits, a other user can make a deposit... If someone deposits 2 BTC they have to wait until the wallet has a balance of 2.6 BTC before they get any money whatsoever. This way, they only need to wait until the wallet is at 0.65 BTC to at least receive 25% of what they are owed. This way, we keep payouts going much faster and even if the ponzi was to collapse half way through, the player receives at least some of their money back - if that makes sense? Deposits are still repaid in date order, so there is no difference there. Do you? It is good to innovate and try to keep it going, I think it is one of the best ponzis out there but let's face it : breaking a 2BTC deposits in 4 0.5 doesn't change much and I am going to tell you why : 4*0.5=2BTC I think the website needs a little bit more than that, maybe a promotion 50% for the next deposits and the older deposits only get 10%, I could settle for +10%!
