I do agree with all of your points mates, BSC has become a store of value for some people. People bought BNB are not only caused by the solution that already offered but BNB gives so many benefits to its token holders compared with another exchange token. The scalability problem is not a big problem as long as it can be forked to increase the blocksize but the main problem was whether the community wanna fork it or not.

That will need a lot of effort to prepare the fork but it's not impossible to be implemented on ethereum to increase the block size. BNB may become the next ethereum next years

I don't think so. Almost all of the exchange sites were charging the same fees that already used by binance. I have been withdrawing from the various exchange sites that used TRON USDT and these exchange sites were charging me $1 as the transaction fees while FTX has become the only exchange site that charges me less than it.
