Soon it will be a year since the bitcoin touched its maximum price, and after almost a year of downward trend, I would like to know if any cryptocurrency or any project has managed to beat the performance of Bitcoin. It seems that the decline of Bitcoin has dragged down the value of all cryptocurrencies, and regardless of how good a project was, its value has also declined.
Is there any cryptocurrency that is worth more now than a year ago?
Profitable coin can see by many ways, because a lot of altcoins in past increased more than 100%, and it can be called profitable than bitcoin. But in the end, everything will back to bitcoin and no altcoin can beat it yet. |

I think because of hardfork that will come, it make people start to trade it, we must know that traders will do anything to get profit,like make volume trading increased so they can get profit from coin's volatile, because it will not always increased in price.

I personally think this was the dip on bitcoin and will be a great time to buy on bitcoin. We all still hoping this new year will be a great year for bitcoin after the drop. Hope it will come true and make all investors happy
For me,buy on the dip means you buy those potential coins with their lowest price.The market is having a downward trend that makes a good opportunity for traders to buy and hold the coins.Hopefull this dips we are currently facing will now come to an end.The bearish season is over once a bull run will occur. Still don't know how to decide which is dip of coin in markets. I always bought coins that i think already in lowest point, but keep down and down again. Maybe if someone can buy coin in dip position, he is very luck or buy coin step by step. |

Unlike 2010-2016 when altcoins were all shitcoins, now some alts have stronger fundamentals than bitcoin, and they're only behind on adoption and recognition.
2019 will be yet another alt season, although this only includes actual good alts.
Crap tokens will continue falling.
I think there are not much different between altcoin in past and now, what make it different is which market it listed, now some tokens really hard to listed on markets and then when it is get listed, it has no value and not reach ICO price. |

By the way if many investors save and hold their bitcoin without know by their family or friend more afraid, when he die how to get back their bitcoin and make bitcoin supply will be less.
If someone's die and their bitcoin loss forever, it means can help supply because it will not tradeable in market or anything else. But i think that will rare to happen because peoples maybe already prepared for that. |

Actually the decision is in your hands, because sometimes holding it will not be a wise solution. We must continue to consider everything thoroughly, such as the future of the coin and the potential it has in the long term. Your does make sense because holding is not always the right move a crypto traders or investors ought to apply sometime in other to survive the market cause there are some crypto currency which are not good for long term investment and anyone who hold such coin for a long time will definitely run into debt. The problems with the other holders was that they are not doing any study or research skills before investing in the coins, were in the end they are waiting for nothing due to coins are just a piece of shit coins only. But holding coins can really give us a chance to earn huge amount of money here as long as the coins is 100% potential in the market with a high volume in every platform. Big problem of every new traders, i believe old traders will know what risk when bitcoin on high price before buy it. But traders that only follow hype of bitcoin, as we can see they don't have loss management when their asset keep get down. |

Hi, i am wondering if i should buy a little bit of top 20 coins at current prices, 8th dec 2018, or wait until the market gets lower. What do you guys do?
I have bought the current dip, or at least... when market cap was still around 120 billion usd. Following my policy to buy after huge drops only, i planned to buy the next dip if market cap is around 60 billion usd. But should i not buy the current dip twice? Because what if the bakkt launching next month is succesful? What if it gets followed up by the ETF getting approval in the february sec-decision? What if it all comes paired with new developments that occur? Is this a realistic scenario for short-term?
What would you do, if you were following my plan/policy? I don't buy with large amounts so i can take some losses, what do you think is best?

My opinion, if no sell orders it means people are holding their assets and it will be good for price, even we know when price climb up, people will start sell theirs, it can help price to up again for now and not get barrier from sell orders. |

We have to agree that history keep repeating itself. Bitcoin usually bottomed at 80-90% of its all time high. Thus by observation, we are near bottom. Good time to buy now.  At least buy now still better than complain and blame bitcoin for get down until now. Some new people who bought at high price maybe not research from where bitcoin price start. |
