It is 401 mhs Amph not 400 and yes it is still not stable but it will be.Just because you r capable to do that u call it fake? i'm calling it fake if it is done with OC, which it's impossible, oc will not increase your hash by 60%, that's plain stupid he is hiding a private miner at 100%, no doubt about this and actually i was the first that was saying that pascal still need to be discovered, and just porting maxwell code to it was not enough there are many optmization do to on the other algo with pascal, if it can reach 400MH on lbry, imagines on neoscrypt lyra2v2, spreadcoin etc, all should be increased by 60% which will make the 1070 the best card available without context |

Hell, i give up.
I started this thread to inform others about the 1070.
I didnt post anything about how much Hashrate a 1070 is capable of, and what the max is.
And i wont give more info at this time.
well no one is doing that hash with epsylon last release, so there is something added here for sure this is not about oc i'm sure, your core is at 2050(i doubt it can go higher than 2100 and even then this is not the reaosn for doing 400MH) and mem even at default, but regardless mem are useless here with the same setting all i can get is 260, so you must have some private miner for sure |

something strange usually by ocing you should not be able to reach such crazy speed, by improving it by 60% or more
did you have the epsylon build or something else private?, what is your "top setting" exactly? consumption when running it at 401MH?

it has to do with one thing, that none seems to consider, the fact that altcoin mining is very profitable, and it is added to the halved block reward, another good portion of bitcoin produced per day
altcoin miner are dumping at least 1000 more bitcoin a day added to those that are produced by the bitcoin chain already, which are 1800
this considering that there are 200k gpu that are mining and each one produce 300-500k satoshi per day, in other words there was no halving at all, there is still a dump of 2800+ coins per day...
But those coins are coming from somewhere.. It is not like those bitcoin are produced by altcoin mining. People buying the coins that are dumped during mining need to buy the bitcoin themselves. So it is basically a 1 to 1 exchange of fiat for altcoin with a slight delay in between where coins are bought and sold. RSI analysis shows that a sale was bound to happen, probably will not go lower than 550-600 usd. those coin are still exchanged for something that is produced, and it is very profitable, so it's mean that it will be dumped under the price at which those bitcoin were bought, because miners have the upper hand over those buyers that bought those coins that are sold to those altminer example, a random guy buy at $650 1 bitcoin, he use it to buy a profitable coin, like etheruem, now this mean that a altcoinminer dumped his etheruem for that 1 btc, now he did it at a ratio that it is very profitable for him, so he can dump immediately the 1 bitcoin he acquired |

I want to buy 2 x rx480 nitro 4gb , but on LBRY make only 600 kh/s for card on windows 10 x64  and with linux ? . With ETC and ETH i know the speed is 25 mh/s . With my GTX 1070 i have 270 mh/s with LBRY . Thanks . Don't worry about LBRY, it won't much profitable much longer. are you worried about the fact that you were wrong about ethereum being the only profitable one? i told you long time ago, that other better coin would emerge and this is only the beginning, Lbry was not even the one i was talking about....there is no way that this place will die after etheruem go pos, something else will take its place |

there is no way a single 1070 can do 400MH, you are indeed wrong here, post screen otherwise i can not believe this
not even one 1080 can do that hashrate
about oc what i intend is that it is much easy to just boost the MH instead of fining the best value between the MH and the wattage
in the first case is just "increase" in the second case you need to find the best ratio between the two

Yes i am. Took 440 Watt for the complete rig.
I am waiting for 2 more 1070 Amps.
Need more to be sure the settings are perfect for 1070 Zotac Amps.
can you post a screen of those 300MH per card, and their consumption? i'm curious... 300MH is crazy high for just one card |

Thats close to my custom settings.
Powertarget for the Zotac is not the same.
"The best" is what you prefer. Hashrate or Hashrate / Watt.
The Zotac can get > 300 Mhash.
the best ratio between hashrate and wattage of course, getting just the best hashrate regardless of consumption it's easy, just oc it until it crash... are you sure about 300MH? the maximum that i've seen was 272MH for a 1070, 300MH+ is 1080 territory |

the best i've found is 80% power limit +150 on the core
consumption is 140w hashrate 250-255

no matter what pool you mine, there is always a certain % of loss, i suspect this has to do with how the block reward works here, the increment of 1 every 100 block...

I have a question
Does the GTX 1070 only do poorly with Eth in windows, or is it for all coins?
And how does the GTX 1070 perform on dual mining. I am not seeing mention in the last few pages.
I do know it does 26 -27 Mhs on eth using 131w @ 64C stock running Ubuntu 16.04 It also gets 1.2 Mhs average on Neoscrypt using 181w @ 68C also on 16.04 ccminer sp fork It also does pretty well on lyra too I'm happy with the 1070s and feel confident about roi considering they work pretty well on eth for now and can also switch around to other algos when eth diff gets too high. What else is cool about pascal is that I all ready have a few gamers that will buy them if I pull them offline. 1.2MH on neoscrypt is impressive, even for linux do you have some proof of that hashrate? |

just bad luck, instead of 5.4 btc per day with 10% hashrate of the net a bit less, 1/3 less, it can happen nothing strange

2x8 pin are bad, don't buy them, there is no reason anymore with pascal to have 2x8pin card they just force you to buy an expensive psu with additional cable that won't be available with the psu itself

590w for 100MH seems bad, i know that the 1070 on linux can do 900w 200MH
in any case i would never buy an asic even if it was more convenient than gpu
this because its resale value is a joke, you will end up with a useless ornament...certainly good for accumulating dust
